I've been all over the country to different fast-food establishments, and Wendy's is usually one of my favorites. This Wendy's location though is unequivocally the worst run franchise I have ever encountered. I've been here a few times and it's ALWAYS an AWFUL experience. The service is horrible, and the food is usually cold. Recently I went through the drive-thru and ordered a salad. I was told they were out of salad. I said "okay, I'll take a large chili". I was told they were out of chili. I then requested the chicken strips but was told they were out of chicken. I asked what they had, and they said only hamburgers. I was also told their computers were down, so they were only accepting cash. I then drove off, and I'll never come back. read more

Going to this place went from bad to worse in seconds. While one employee was taking my order in the drive thru another interrupted on the intercom to say "We don't have cheese so you only gett'in two patties." So I asked if there is a different price to accommodate what the combo would be left without and he said no. Then I get to the window and no greeting from the attendant, just a hand out for payment. After the exchange of payment for food, I asked for a receipt. With an attitude she gives me a half printed receipt. I don't know how this place is still open with all the bad reviews. By far this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It's sad that you can't complain to the manager about the service because she was the manager. Not only was she completely rude when she messed up our order but, there was an employee standing half way and half way out of the doorway of the restaurant area smoking. Got our order home and the chicken on my salad was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The Dave's single burger was burnt as well, my mom gave it to her dog. If I could give 0 stars I would! We had a pretty bad experience here once, thought maybe it was a 1X thing, so we gave them another chance. 1st we asked if they sold cheese sticks (I accidentally mixed up the restaurant with Arby) and for some reason they thought it was the funniest question. Went ahead and ordered some chili. When they asked if needed sauce, I said no, but DID request some crackers. I noticed that all the workers at the window were African American... me being white, again they thought it was funny a white person asking for "crackers"! Immature and racist! Another time I had went inside to order, and they immediately took the order of the Hispanic person that came in right ahead of me, but wouldn't so much as acknowledge me... this country is way to racially divided to have racist people in public service! My family and I stopped in while traveling home and was left appalled with the poor customer service. I said good morning to three different employees, one being a manager, and was met with stares as though we were unwelcome guests. There was liquid spilled all around the drink machine with no signage stating such. When we received our food, we had items missing and the staff reacted as though I was lying. Awful service, awful staff. I ordered two salads and they didn't tell me it would be a 10 minute wait until after charging my card. I had to pull my car forward and wait about 15 minutes. A guy comes out with a salad and literally throws it into my lap without saying a word and walks back inside. When I go to ask where my other salad is I check the receipt and see they only rang up one salad even though I asked for two and the lady at the drive through read off my order to me correctly. This place is absolutely awful. The workers have an inability to perform their job without being disrespectful and preoccupied with other things. They also have an extreme tendency to mess up orders. Complaining about these incompetent workers leads to nothing, as the managers do not care how they act as long as they show up, which is an absurd way to run a business. Terrible experience. There were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru but it still took 20 minutes. When it was my turn, the speaker was silent for several minutes.. I said "hello??" And I could hear the whole staff cracking up.. as if they were playing a game seeing how long they could make customers wait. When I got to the window.. several staff members peaked over the lady's shoulder and were laughing at me. Literally everyone came and looked at me and started laughing. I had to check every single item I ordered for spit, or dirt, because I had no idea why they were all laughing at me. I'm ot sure if they picked up fries off the ground or what - but that's the worst experience possible to think people did something to your food. Dreadful. If possible zero stars. This has to be the worst run Wendy's in America. My last three attempts at this Wendy's over a one year period have resulted in "We are only taking cash tonight and we are out of meat", "We are out of meat" again, and tonight getting no ketchup. This would be a minor inconvenience if I hadn't specifically asked the person in the drive thru for extra ketchup, but she gave me a positive wave as she was talking on her cell phone. My husband and I were asked to pull up and wait for our food. We waited about 10 minutes outside before I went in and asked for our order. I had to physically go in the store where they seemed to have forgotten about us. I was asked for a receipt which no one gave me. Many employees in this restaurant did not have gloves on or their masks were not properly being worn. Our order was 1 6 piece nugget, a 10 piece nugget, 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, a fry, and a grilled chicken sandwich. I waited 8 more minutes and received 3 10 piece nuggets, 3 junior cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and a chicken sandwich. Everyone was still very confused about what we ordered. The staff was very friendly, but over 3 out of our 4 sandwiches was wrong and we had to send them back. The chili in our order was missing and we had to remind them about our drinks which we got long after our food. The wait after we ordered our food was 20mins or more. Not fast food at all. Entered restaurant placed order for a salad which took 15 min to receive got told there were only 2 people working behind counter after receiving my salad employee grabbing it from cooler and putting sauce on it I entered dining room were Wendy's manager was sitting with 2 suits talking . Very friendly folks at the drive thru. The spicy chicken is always good. Typical Wendy's food but I had a good experience.

The food wasn't good. The staff was definitely not friendly. The place inside was just dirty.

The employee taking our order was pleasant and proficient and had no issues with the beginning. Arrival at a prime time one expects the place to be busy but unfortunately the efficiency is lacking. With about 10-12 customers waiting for their orders the area was packed. As with the previous Wendy's a few people left as the wait was long. I overheard one lady tell the gentleman she was with she just wanted to leave and didn't care bout a refund as she was tired of waiting. I'm unsure if it's a string of bad locations we stopped at or if Wendy's is having issues chain wide. Efficiency is the key...this is fast food. With this visit I will no longer visit Wendy's in the future. read more
