I've always been a big huge fan of this fast food chain, and its mainly because of the really healthy food options. Their burgers are pretty good aldo, and they have been running the same Biggie Bag $5 combo promotion for years. What I like most though are the healthy wraps. I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap for lunch today and it was good as always. The service here though was somewhat unfortunately not that great, and ordering was a frustrating experience. It wasn't even that busy, and it just seemed lime the employees were not really into working there. I actually dined I side, and the restaurant was clean and they had all of the condiments. Be careful as tricky intersections. Parking is so so. Occasionally we all need a frosty. Sometimes a lunch or dinner too. One thing Wendy's deserves credit on, is that they don't use frozen beef. Far more fresh and tasty. That's a positive. Good employees and clean location. Seats are comfortable enough. Tables work well. It's a fairly busy location, but they'll get you squared away. I started to drive right past this place when my gps told me to turn right. It doesn't have to typical Wendy's "look", and the entrance to the drive-thru is next to a barber shop, but go like you're driving behind the building and you'll find the order screen. Not sure if there was an issue with the microphone but I could not understand a single thing that the employee was saying through the speaker, and I had to repeat myself a few times. My drink order ended up being wrong, and I just ordered nuggets with that, so it's kinda hard to mess the food up. The best thing about this meal was definitely the Ghost pepper ranch sauce! This drive thru is very inefficient - I'm hoping they were just having an off day. I can't believe it took me more than 20 min to get through the line and there were only 4 cars in front of me. The staff were having side bar conversations about people who didn't show up for work and I could hear it through the audio system. I get they may have staffing issues but close the drive thru if you don't have the staff to support it rather than make it painful and inefficient for customers. I was expecting the run of the mill breakfast from a chain Resturaunt. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! My friend and I were about 3-4 hours into a long road trip down south when we stopped here to grab breakfast through the drive through around 8:30am on May 13. We were a little new to the breakfast menu, and stumbled a little, but the woman working the window was so patient and honestly so nice to us. It wasn't any super spectacular conversation, as we just ordered food, but we really just appreciated the kindness especially at that time of the morning and made sure to save the location info to let it be known. Fast food isn't always perfect, but our breakfast sandwiches were hot, and potatoes perfectly crispy. And our strawberry lemonade?! Exactly what we were craving, and made the rest of our day. So the biggest thank you and appreciation to the staff that morning, it's the small things that really make a Wendy's road trip breakfast so memorable lol. read more

They get one star because of their drive thru operator today. This woman would not let me get a word in. She just kept asking me "will that be all?" - I wanted to modify my order, get no cheese on my chili, but this woman gave me no chance to speak. I stopped in here on 5-21-2022 for a lite lunch. I don't usually eat lunch on Saturday because I typically will have a nice dinner. Today was different. I was hungry. I order a single with cheese combo, ONLY mustard, pickle, lettuce, and tomato, with small fries and a small "natural" lemonade. $9.85!! Hey, I am not skimping on food, but these prices are getting insane. The cashier was Shahin. Apparently, he too thinks that people do not want receipts. I had to ask for a receipt. I got that. What I didn't get was "salt" because the only salt they had was the big container of salt that they sparingly sprinkle on the fries. How does a place like Wendy's not have individual salt packets? I moved on salt-less. It's a convenient place with consistent quality food. Customer service is lacking somewhat, but I have come to expect that from most places these days. The fish was pretty good, fries were decent (better than mcd's), but the sweet tea was terrible. We ordered online via the app and it doesn't allow you to add the deals to your cart, so you have to pay full price. I wanted to try the Vanilla Frosty-ccino... well it's not a frosty. I was expecting a coffee frosty concoction, but it's really just a vanilla ice coffee ... it was good but def not worth 2.50, I tried to add it for $1 from the "deals" but it wouldn't let me.
