I was a little apprehensive about trying this place because it's essentially three restaurants in one, with multiple menus to choose from. We found it on a Top 10 burger list, and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. The burger tasted incredibly fresh, and the toppings were thoughtfully and perfectly balanced. The fries were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, and the onion rings were just as good. I've only had arepas once before, but these were outstanding--crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. Instead of the usual ketchup and mustard, they served their own signature pink sauce and an aioli sauce, and honestly, that was all we needed. Both complemented the food perfectly. Every time we come here it is an impeccable experience. Music is always playing just the right song and the food selection is off the chart, each item we try is perfect, no bad choices here. Quite large portion so make sure you bring an appetite! A little bit pricey for burger but I have to try the other variations of the burger combination as I only tried the Elite Burger. I also tried the Colombian Papas Locas which was a large platter of French fries with chicken, corn, hotdogs and beef on top with cheese and bacon baked with their sauce drizzled. It was so good! In terms of ambiance, there isn't much since they are located inside an office suite which was a bit challenging to find since I was expecting a bigger sign outside. They have outdoor and indoor limited seating which I can see be utilized when the offices are busy or on the weekends when families want to spend time together outside. Found this little jewel off the beaten path. It's a Mexican twist on American burgers. Walk in and you order then sit. Welcome very nicely by some very lovely ladies. They have plenty of table for two inside and more family friendly outside. Menu is simple and infuses Hispanic flavors. I ordered the Cowboy burger and cooked to order. The flavors and tenderness was spot on. The purple bun was a nice flair. It was just a little too soggy as it had lots of juices from the ingredients. I really liked walking into this restaurant. Adorned with fake leaves on the wall and wooden paneling it feels earthy and alive. There's some seating inside (smaller circular tables with tall chairs) and more outside (picnic tables for larger groups). The music plays both inside and outside so you get to enjoy the feel of the restaurant despite where you sit. What we got: The Cowboy - 5* this was fantastic! The fried egg is slightly gooey in the middle, the arugula adds a nice sharp note, the onion rings weren't overpowering, and the bacon was yum. I also enjoyed the black bun (apparently made with squid ink and bamboo charcoal). My partner asked for the burger to be medium rare (they ask how you want your burger cooked) but it was delivered well done. That aside, he gives the burger a solid 4* in taste. Fries - 5* crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. And a great flavor. Perfection. These are an ad on to the meal. It comes with ketchup and a delicious green dipping sauce. We have no idea what's in it (maybe some lime and mayo and spices?) but who cares! It's unique and enjoyable. read more

My wife, who speaks spanish, choose to go to this great burger place. She made an order over the phone but she did not feel comfortable giving her card information over the phone and wanted to pay in person. Once she got there she got the most rude gestures from the employees there. Also, not knowing, was talking Spanish to one another and was making rude comments like she didn't understand. This is a very good place, but her customer service experience was horrible. I am relunctanlty giving this 5 stars and not 4 because the tip is included upon payment and that was not disclosed to me up front. I understand why places do this. I am an avid tipper and don't appreciate this practice. I would have been OK with it had the waitress told me up front that the tip was included. She was great, I'm thinking this is a policy and not her choice, but I still disagree with it. There is also a slight language barrier at least with some of the workers. I'm Colombian-American though so I understood them full and really enjoyed the Colombian music and general Latin vibe of this place. Apparently there is an upstairs section where karaoke and parties take place. I will definitely check that out! As far as the food, I read reviews and went with the cowboy burger. I'm not eating pork at the moment so the swap to avocado was accommodated without question or extra charges. I had to order French fries although you can request a side salad and one other option (forgetting). The food was exceptional and portions are extremely generous. Incredible. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. We had tacos, margs, burgers, and a piña colada, and every sip/bite had us saying OMG. Not the cheapest meal around but worth every single penny. Frozen drinks are made with real rum/tequila (not wine-based), burgers are cooked to perfection, birria tacos were some of the most flavorful we've had... I could go on and on. I came here for the hype from other people to get takeout. It is a combination of Mexican, American, and Italian food options in one place=unique! 1) presentation is nice and packaged very well. All condiments are in bags. 2) taco is ok. Carna asada, beef tongue tacos were so dry and not very much seasoned. I had to use from the extra spicy sauce to make it little flavorful. 3) Mexican burger was ok! It looked delicious but it was just too bland for me. My husband got the cowboy burger. He enjoyed it. 4) grilled cheese and tomato soup is ok. Tomato soup is very dense which means mg daughter wasn't able to dip her grilled cheese in her tomato soup to enjoy. 5) chicken tender and fries was decent. Good meaty portion on the chicken tenders. The location has this burger joint, a separate tacos restaurant and pizza or Italian i believe. In theory, a good business model if done correctly. Separate advertisements, multiple streams of income and use of the same kitchen/building. My French fries tasted like they were fried in dirty old oil and they weren't crispy at all. I ordered my burger medium well. It was medium rare and the middle of the burger was cold. None of the veggies on the burger were fresh and you could tell the lettuce they use on the tacos (shredded) is what they use on the burgers. After seeing a rave review of this impressive burger joint in a local magazine, I just had to stop in and try one myself! The place is located in a business park, far from any "typical" eatery, but it's easily found, as it has the colorful outdoor table umbrellas noticeable from the road as you pull into the parking lot. Upon walking in, I learned that this is part of a "restaurant group" which is comprised of three restaurants and all three are in this same location... This burger joint, a Mexican/taco joint and an Italian/Pizza joint... Very odd! But if they execute the other genres of food as amazingly well as they do burgers, there's no doubt those are outstanding as well... I'll find out on another trip! The chef who took my order was very helpful and explained how they make their burgers and even made changes based on my tastes (such as adding more of their housemade hot sauce to their mayo to make a spicier burger for me. I ordered the Cowboy Burger and it came out PERFECT and looked EXACTLY like the professional picture I saw online - how amazing!!! When asked what side I wanted, I love onion rings so I asked what made theirs special and he told me that they make them in-house, daily! So, of course I got those as well. They were great too! Great burgers and chicken sandwiches, however, it shares the kitchen with like 3 other restaurants and can take forever to get your food on a busy weekend night. We ordered take out one night, showed up on time for the time they gave us and our food still wasn't ready for another 30-40 mins. Its hard to describe... the dough had the flavor of stale bread, and the texture of poster board - like the kind you see at a science fair. The crust had a weird cut pattern, too. Notice most of the workers, they used the gloves to touch everything also preparing food and I noticed the young guy which I believed the OWNER went to open the doors into the supply room and also called me from outside while I was waiting and ask me one of my order was not available so again he touched the front door knob and kitchen door knob and he prepared my food without changing gloves .
