Every time I order the bacon cheese fries, they give me the old stale fries and just dump the cheese on top, as if that makes the fries fresh again.. This seems to be a trend at all Wendy's. This Wendy's is severely mismanaged. Last night I went through the drive thru, and to no surprise the line was backed up by waiting for the cashier at the speaker. Apparently, the car ahead of me's order was incorrectly put in, which seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I overheard the teen workers screaming over this, which is highly unprofessional. The food is mediocre at best but is definitely not sanitary. I've only gone here out of desperation. Got a junior bacon cheeseburger and the side of the lettuce sticking out of the burger had this black stuff all over. Thank god I saw it after taking a bit. It looked like mud. Wish I had taken a pic of it. Went back to drive through to just let them know. The guy at the window was nice and went back and shows it to the manager who didn't even bother to come and apologize!! Food is crap here...employees are completely lost when taking orders and always screw it up. They get an attitude if you ask for ketchup or any kind of sauce. I've been a fan of Wendy's for years, but this particular restaurant's service is the worst I've ever seen. People standing in line waiting with the employees just ignoring the customers is not acceptable. I was in two days ago, there were two people ahead of me in line. One finally left without ever being waited on, and it took forever to have my order placed. To make it worse, the manager was sitting out in one of the tables while this was happening and never offered assistance. Complete disregard for the customers. I don't know how it stays open. Unbelievable. Today I made the mistake of going back, different employees working, but same lack of response trying to place an order. Took roughly 20 mins in the drive through to order food. (I don't know if they were seeking out the cow to serve me....) Drive through operator was short and disgruntled during order placement. The individual who ran my credit card never provided a receipt forgoing me the opportunity to report the poor experience to Wendy's corporate office. Order received was missing core items that were selected. End to end unsatisfactory experience. The worst Wendy's I have ever been too. They constantly get the food wrong and the service is horrible. I have been left waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes before with no one in line. You would think corporate would step in and fix this place or shut it down. It never gets any better. Every once and awhile I try to give it another chance because it is one of the few fast food places near by but nope it jut reminds me why I never go there. Just got a new southwestern chicken salad from this stone ridge ,VA location. Tasted okay till I had to pull out a very long hair out of my mouth! How disgusting! It wasn't mine for sure since I have very short hair. Tried to call them to report this but the phone was never answered. In all my years of going to Wendy's in several states and getting either the fresh salad bar back in the day or the pre-made ones I never had this happen. Horrible service. Went inside to attempt to get food because the drive thru line was 15 cars deep. Not only did it take 3-4 times as long, but I was witness to nothing short of ridiculousness while they were preparing food: misreading receipts, mixed orders, the cashier (who was helping fill orders) literally walking in circles, and exploding root beer floats. On the root bear float, the man put the root beer in first, then ice cream, then placed a flat lid on it, causing the carbonation to fester beneath. Add the straw and you've got ol' faithful. When presented with the disaster, the man (pretty sure manager) proceeded to do the exact same thing again but this time placed the medium sized cup inside of a large cup...in case it exploded. By this time, I'd been in there for 30 minutes, didn't care, and just wanted to leave. Fries cold. Food cold. Root beer float leaked out. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. It came in 5 minutes and I opened it to see a soggy piece of chicken patty. I immediately took it to the counter and asked for a replacement. The lady showed it to the manager and the manager acted like he threw it but rewrapped the same patty with the same bun and asked the lady to give it to me. This is such a shame. This is definitely the worst Wendy's in the area. I have been here a handful of times in the evening and the food is always extremely salty, cold, and/or burnt. You might be lucky and get lukewarm. Slowest fast food place ever! Went during non peak time through the drive through and it took about 10-15 to get food.

Never expected much from fast food,but how hard is it to get my order of chili chips. They took a while to take my order although it wasn't even busy and then when I drove up to the next window they were quick to charge me, but they weren't even actually sure what I wanted. I had to tell them again and they sloppily packaged my food. I asked for ketchup twice and they gave me sweet and sour sauce. read more

My biggest issue with this Wendy's is their bug zapper at the drive thru. Filled with bugs. I mentioned it to the cashier and told them they needed to get it cleaned out because it was disgusting. This was a year ago. I didn't go back until this summer. Guess what? Not as bad but still bad enough. Being in food service I know these are a necessity. I just bought a Chili salad from the drive through and got the wrong stuff with it. I got two packs of crackers, chili, salad and 2 BBQ ranch dressings. Obviously your drive through crew needs more training. WOW! read more
