This is the worst Wendy's ever!! I ordered a Baconator and another bacon sandwich and neither one of them came with bacon! When I turned around and went back and asked them to correct it, they put two slices of bacon on both of the sandwiches. Both were supposed to come with several more slices than that, especially the Baconator! The service was also less than stellar. The guy that took my order, acted like he hated his life and was absolutely rude and miserable. this Wendy's is going downhill. Not only do they have an AI answering the orders. The AI will try to rip you off if you don't tell them exactly what you want three times. Then when you get to the drive-through window, nobody is there. I learned all about McKenna having a fever and throwing up and not calling in I learned about nobody at the register ever and then when I got my order which was very simple it was the wrong order and the potato fries were so chewy I couldn't even chew them. I didn't even want to turn around because it was so gross. I didn't want them attempting to make my food again this place used to be so good.. all I ordered was a sausage English muffin and some potato wedges. Ordered 3 sandwiches 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a baconator with fries got 2 chicken nuggets between stale buns and 2 dried shriveled up patties between 2 stale buns with no sauce no lettuce or tomato that I asked for nothing. I got a genuine bag of depressio. read more

This Wendy's location is pretty good for the most part. I have received fairly quick mobile orders but the place can get very busy since it's on route 20. I haven't experienced any off-putting food here so far. I normally come to eat at this location during my lunch breaks on occasion. I normally get the pretzel baconator which tastes great. I noticed some of my stuff comes out a little squished I'm guessing because they're rushing things out for orders. Their drive-thru it's kind of beat up though, and they have a huge hole right next to their drive-thru window when you pull up so you have to be really careful when you drive away from the window, your entire vehicle will sink into the hole on one side of the wheel and I stopped going through the drive-thru because of this. Terrible service. The staff seems to be a bunch of teenagers with no or little adult supervision. The drive through order taker was rude and aggressive, ordering me to speak up after I placed my order very clearly into the receiver "A number 3 combo with medium fries and a med lemonade ". Not a very difficult word combination to understand! Absolute zero courtesy! Filled the order incorrectly and tossed the bag of food on my lap saying order up... order up. But i just want to say that i came thru yesterday through drive thru and the young lady with glasses in a bun who looked about 16-17 im not sure was very kind. every time i come through it's always meh service. either some attitude or just no personality. This place is run horribly. Several times I have gone there and as soon as you pull up they say "cash only today are machine isn't working", one of the times I came prepared and had cash on me and they said "sorry we don't have cash to give for change!". Other times I have gone and they have not had burgers, fries, salads, the soda machine was broke. This has been terrible but my daughter loves Wendy's. She needs to get use to McNuggets because driving there on a 20% chance I can just order and get my food is not worth it! read more

I can tell from the other reviews this is nothing new, but going through the drive through today we sat there for about 10 minutes before saying hello into the speaker because no one said anything to us and we weren't sure they knew we were even there. A very rude lady finally responded with a huge attitude saying she already told us we were going to have to wait because they are too busy. We were the only car in the drive through and driving past the lobby we saw no one inside. She had the audacity to tell us not to be rude as we drove away without ordering. Food was not even luke warm, but cold. Asked to have my fries and nuggets replaces, cashier had a MAJOR attitude. Replaced my order of cold fries, with less than 2/2 of a portion of luke warm fries...so much for their hot and crispy guarantee. My request for a receipt was ignored, attendant just walked away. Burger was cold and nasty, bun was stale. It it's a choice between eating at this Wendy's, or going hungry, go yourself a favor and go hungry...that will be more satisfying then their food. Do not visit this store, my boyfriend and I have went here a few times and our food is constantly messed up we just got food from here tried calling the store to replace the entire order only for whoever is managing the store at the moment got into a argument with my boyfriend and has repeatedly hung up on him, each time he has tried to call today, he tried each time on the phone to get her name and the number to corporate and each time she hung up the phone. I have been here many times over the past two years or so. Sometimes I go in, sometimes I drive up, and twice I've used Door Dash. I usually don't have any issues. Service is solid and friendly each time. Food is decent but not great. Inside of restaurant isn't that clean especially for newer building.
