I try to avoid bad reviews but this was crazy. Came for lunch and the drive thru worker had to tell the front desk cashier to get out front she had people after waiting for a while. She walked out slowly rolling her eyes at us and an attitude like she couldn't care any less. Ordered for dine in and she gave it to us to go, fine whatever. Went to get my soda and the machine was over 3/4 empty of flavors/out of syrup. Took the last large lid for my drink as the other lid sized were just gone. Not a napkin to be found except for a single almost empty roll of paper towel. Food was barely warm, and we couldn't even get every thing we wanted as they were "out" of things. Toilet paper was found on the floor outside of the bathrooms. Restaurant was dirty with spills and residue all over. Last time I'm going here unfortunately as I love Wendy's lemonade and frosty and baconator. Sad read more

Went on 2/11/26 for a mobile order around 20 minutes before closing, so I understand not receiving my order as they had already started cleaning. Instead, the workers avoided me for 10 minutes then asked me if "everything was good." Lied to me about someone else picking up the order as I had just placed it. Just tell me next time you decided to clean up early, or change closing time to earlier. read more

This is one of tge dirtiest fast food restaurants I have ever been in. Most of the employees were not eearing hair nets or rubber gloves. The ENTIRE floor was sticky. The drink dispenser had a mess of flies in it, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There was spilled food and drink everywhere. There were multiple puddles of liquid (water?) Throughout the dining area. Food was mediocre. The manager told one employee that they were going to have to change out the fryer oil twice a week, and he asked her why.... Not only does it take 5+ Minutes for them to take an order but when I came for lunch on my break I waited i line after she told me over the speaker she would be right with me in just one moment. Then i sat at the speaker for 20 minutes and after that i pulled around to the front and saw all the lights were on except the cashier spot for the drive thru. After waiting another 10 minutes I parked my car to see if anyone was inside and so I tapped on the window since the door was locked and there was a worker sleeping on the tables bench. She had a line waiting in the drive thru that blocked traffic at the intersection and didn't even seem phased when me and another customer who waited in line for almost 30 minutes. So poor service. Terrible Management. And the worat part is this isn't even a one time issue. read more

First of all, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Not sure the last time they were cleaned. Was going to tell someone at counter about them, like the bathroom sign says to do. i was there this morning and over heard a district manager being rude to one of her workers. I felt so bad for the poor girl and really wanted to tell the young lady don't allow anyone talk to her that way any job isn't worth that. The young lady ask the manager to call management and the District manager told her no she doesn't have to it's her store and to leave her store, the young lady then walked to leave and then tried to call the police on her because I guess she wasn't moving fast enough at the manager speed of satisfaction. The girl left crying walking home , I felt so entirely bad for her. The attitude that manager has in the morning is not fair to others and their feelings. I will be contacting someone above the manager . I go there every morning and the girl was so sweet I was shocked she was being treated that way. No one should never be talked to that way. read more

It was dirty as hell and the food was good but it was dirty as hell. The soda machine was all junky and the soda tasted terrible. The tables only get cleaned at night and it is a germ factory in there. The toilets were clogged and they had horrible customer service. They didn't even knowledge that I was waiting for myself to order. They wont stop cursing and they just went to the bathroom every 3 minutes after they did nothing. I wouldnt go here if I was you. They are nasty to their customers and won't even serve us properly when I had some people coming over to visit me. They are bitchy and rude. I've been to Wendy's 100 times and have never had a problem, until I came to this one. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they asked us to pull to the side so they could run the order out to us. 5 minutes into the wait, the car ahead of us received their food after they pulled to the side, but they messed up the order and had to send it back. 10 minutes after that, they finally got their order. We waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for our food, and they had their runner ask us "what was on your order again?". After that, it was clear they had no clue what they were doing and we left. They couldn't even give us a refund... We were on a time crunch so we figured "fast food" was a safe way to go, but this place has to get it together. read more

You will hardly ever see me review a fast food joint. I am just not into them, especially when I know I can find much better food for just as good of a price. For the most part I can preorder at a gourmet place so I don't have to wait....but you know sometimes it's just necessary to stop real quick while you are out. I am sure lots of us have to once in awhile. Very rarely is the food like it is on the commercial also...usually less than stellar looking...and not as appetizing looking. I have to say one time in town I stopped here for a place to eat on the way out...it was phenomenal. The burgers were full and buns fluffy and fresh. The fries were to die for, hot, crispy, buttery and good. I have never eaten at a Wendy's this good EVER...Everything look just like the commercial...I even only got a Jr cheeseburger and it looked almost like a Single....which is easily twice as big. This location keeps going downhill real fast!! Second time this month we stopped in and the dinningroom was trashed and no one even tried to clean it while we were there,there were 2 cups of ketchup on the floor when we walked in and it was there when we left.The trash inside and outside was stuffed full. There was no one at the counter when we walked in they were all out back hanging out when maybe they could have cleaned the diningroom. Wendy's is our "Go To" place if we want a quick salad, as they seem to be consistent form one store to another. We stopped at this location on Saturday 6/15/19, and will not be going there again. 1. Store is run down and dirty overall. 2. Counter Service was slow at best. 3. Food did come out as ordered and fairly quickly. 4. This is the worst--as we were eating our meals, an employee(same one that I had just gotten an extra sour cream from) came out of the kitchen into the dining area and puked in the garbage can next to the soda fountain. She then wiped her hand on her face and then on to her uniform. It continues--she went back into the kitchen but came right back out and repeated the whole thing again, then returned back to the kitchen and to the register area. I did call Wendy's and a supervisor called me back. He told me that he researched the situation and found out that the employee had punched out for the day when this happened--really--not an answer in my book. Needless to say, we dumped our meals(not in the same garbage can) and will never visit this store again! read more

This place is terrible. Poor experience the last two times I have been there. Three of us just went there. One of the employees budged my roommate in line after we had already waited a few minutes and the manager knew he did it and allowed it. I would never allow an employee in my store to treat a customer that way. Another employee kept pushing past my boyfriend and I while we were waiting for our food she was just being extremely loud an obnoxiously eating a frosty. It was gross and rude. Went to this Wendy's one day while I was shopping with my brother. Not being from the Syracuse area, we figured Wendy's would be fine to eat since we have one at home. The fries were cold and look like they have sat to the side for too long. The chicken sandwich looked nothing like the picture (and yes I know that this happens at every fast food restaurant).
