We went at noon on a Sunday. There was at least 8 people working yet they couldn't seem to get it together to cook and get food out in a timely fashion. They were also out of the majority of the sodas. Our food was lukewarm at best and what should have been a 20 minute stop turned into 45! I Stopped here tonight and was pleasantly surprised with the WONDERFUL service I received at the drive through. The young gentleman was extremely pleasant and didn't make me feel like I was "bothering him" as I felt at so many fast food restaurants lately. Me and my sister came fromUpcountry Provisions (totally recommend just down the road from this location)get the Rest Stop anyway we waited about 20 to order but here's the catch there were Four people ordering anyway we finally order two frostys and a medium fries ONE OF THE frostys was peppermint don't recommend and when we get our food we receive just fries ( I had PAID for these large frostys ) and we were like were are our frostys the girl just rolled her eyes and when went back and gave us SMALL frostys and we were like excuse me we had ordered large frostys and she seemed to huff and rolled her eyes again and looks at our ticket ( IS OUR PAYING WORD NOT PROOF) and she goes and get us not small but medium frostys at that point we were done ( not the first time with trouble with THE SAME EMPLOYEE!) I want to congratulate this Wendy's for having the absolutely rudest staff of any Wendy's I have been to. To the manager on duty( Latisha) on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at 12:30 pm, before you are rude and condescending to people while taking orders, you may want to take a breath and make sure you are getting the bloody order right. Guess they don't teach the difference between a hamburger and cheeseburger at Wendy's Management school. When my 74 year old father went in to get his order made correctly he was treated to a second round of rudeness by Latisha. Incredible that anybody with her foul personality would be allowed to scrub a urinal much less be promoted to a managerial position. However, despite being rude, at least you spoke to the patrons unlike the person who was handing out food that just flippantly tossed the drink tray into my hand, nearly dumping it. If you two are so miserable at your jobs, consider getting a job outside of any field where you have to interact with paying customers. You both have the personality of a burnt pine cone. Update: I completed the survey on the receipt and was treated to an email from the rude manager. It reads as if it is a third grader's written statement about a playground incident! This was the emailed statement: "I Lakeisha Pinson didn't take your order sir I was just on cash, when your father came into the restaurant I noticed he had a bag I being the manager stated is there something wrong he slammed the bag on the counter I said to him calm down sir and he than slammed his hand on the counter at this point I walked away . So if me walking away would make you call me names than that's your perception. Have a great day, Lakeisha Pinson, General manager" First of all, this is a lie. Her name was on the receipt and the voice of the person that had a name tag that said manager is the same rude voice on the speaker. Notice no apology for rudeness. No apology for getting the order wrong. She only wished to point the finger at a 74 year old man trying to get his order right. I spoke with my father in law and he absolutely denied Ms Pinson's accusations. If he is lying, it is the first time I've known him to do it. Ms. Pinson would have been much better served by simply apologizing and understanding that she may need an attitude check and an English 101 class with a focus on punctuation. This is my last time at this location. You need to hire better staff. Got my order wrong as usual, had to go inside to get it right. While I was in there two employees were either arguing with each other, or just that loud. There used to be a young man named James that worked there that was so nice, I dont know what happened to him. You need more employees like him. Also the food never tastes right. The hamburgers are either overcooked or undercooked. And lumpy greasy fries. Of course Wendy's fries are the worst anyways. You should go back to the original fries. Berea Wendy's is the BEST in the area. You need to get Chik-fil-A to hire and train for you guys. read more

Ate there today and the girl working the register said they only take cash. We got cash and went back to order and the girl yelled back to the back "oh they got cash" and then said "y'all must be desperate". While this is all happening, a guy comes in and yells at her asking if she has his cash and she tells him that her cash app isn't working. We had people in the car and the cashier complained about how much food we were ordering. We got food for four people. The food was good but terrible service and a little fishy with the whole cash thing. read more

This restaurant opened during the pandemic, so maybe I should give a little more grace. But this is the worst run Wendy's I've visited. I live 5 minutes from the store, but I've tried it for the last time. You never know if the dining room will be open. Most of the time, it isn't, but sometimes is. The frequently ate out of various products. You can never count on getting what you want. And it takes a long time. Guess I'll wait for Wendy's when I am elsewhere. Started with the trip to the restroom which had paper towels on the floor and the dispenser hanging open. When ordering we observed the worker handling the fries without gloves and pushing the fries into the containers with her hands. The floor was littered with food and trash. We waited for a few minutes while observing the work behind the counter. We were never addressed while standing there so we left to eat at Arby's. This is a new store so very disappointing to see it in such bad shape. read more

If i could give a 0 for this place i would. they were so rude, we already had waited at the drive through speaker for a good 5-10 minutes and there wasn't even anybody in front of us, could've been online orders or something inside so not that big of a deal. but when we got to the window the guy said nothing and just put his hand out so rude from the get go. we didn't have straws or forks for what we needed. We were missing a drink for one of our meals so i told them and that was the end of the world. we sat there for another 5 minutes and still no drink. We got a large meal and they eventually just gave us a small one. but i was so annoyed we just left. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

A car full of my friends were very happily greeted with a very sweet voice. Madison was willing to take 4 orders through the drive through without any problem. She had a great attitude about serving us and gave us our orders swiftly. When one of our drinks was forgotten she was immediately on top of it apologetically and gracefully filling it right then and there. read more

My wife and I like their salads, but they come with one caveat. You don't always get what you want... But in our case it is frequent. On one of my first visits I ordered the jalapeño salad. Got a total of "3" slices. Thank goodness I had some in the frig. So 2 days later I ordered another. This time I asked them to make sure they got the jalapeños right. So I asked for more on the side. After I got home and oped my salads, wow! I scraped about a third of a jar of jalapeños off. Once we got one salad dressing, but not one for the other salad. Twice I have not gotten the glazed pecans for the pecan salad. So, the other night I did not get my pecans and my wife did not get her parmesan cheese crisps. I was so frustrated I went back to Wendys. When I told them of my issue one lady said rather sternly, with an edge, "I put them in the bag they are in there, in the bottom." Well we had dumped the bag upside down looking for stuff. IT WAS NOT IN THERE. I will probably continue to use Wendys, but I will never leave their store again without checking my order, By The Way, Wendys is the only fast food restaurant to have never gotten back in touch with me after a complaint. This is not my first complaint about Wendys. I did not eat at Wendys for a 3 year period once, because they never contacted me over something quite big. read more

This restaurant management and employees are very rude and can never get a order right. Today my daughter ask for no ice and was given a drink with ice. When we sent it back for correct order they used their hands and another cup to get ice out and gave her a large drink 1/2 full with a drink that tasted weird. Not only that the sandwich tasted weird so we threw it all out and threw entire order in the trash. Beware !!! Don't waste your money the management doesn't not care about food safety. I was not feeling well today - grabbed the wrong wallet as I left work ( the one without my credit cards) went thru the drive thru and realized I did not have enough cash to completely pay for my order ( and no credit cards)! I apologized to the young man ( Chris) at the window told him I coUld only pay for part of my meal - he insisted I take the entire order and asked I just pay it forward! I honestly started crying! It's so surreal when someone does something so nice they don't have to - especially when u are not feeling well and just trying to get through your day! I love this new Wendys! So glad they are in TR and so grateful they have hired such nice people! Thank u Chris ! I promise to pay it forward and hope your management sees this and takes notice what a great employee you are!
