We got our food but wow was it a process and then we received an unexpected "show" during it. Stopped in here to get a quick bite to eat and ordered a basic value meal (burger, fries, and chicken nuggets). Something was delayed with the fries and was holding up all of our orders. After we got our orders, which were ultimately correct and hot at least, we ended up having to listen to the day manager (presumably), berate all of the employees that were working about different complaints over the last few weeks. It was really uncomfortable and the manager wasn't letting the employees speak their peace. It definitely could have been something that was handled further back in the kitchen area in a lower tone. Other patrons were in the restaurant and they all looked equally concerned. I felt really bad for the employees because they seemed like they were trying their best. We did the drive through for lunch today. Service was fast and overall it was ok fast food. I had the avocado chicken salad. The dressing is Marzetti southwest ranch, a great product! Salad was fresh and good except it came with 3 small undercooked mushy pieces of bacon- yuk. The junior burger, fries and chicken nuggets were for my grandson. Ordered using mobile order, sat and waited watching cars go through the drive thru, called in and person that answered replied with, "there are only 3 of us working, we will get to your order as soon as we can". 35 minutes later my order comes out, I go home and my chicken sandwich does not have the bacon on it. I call back and the manager states, "I know it has 3 pieces of bacon on it because I was training my coworker as she made it"!! Dont stop in here for food. Keep driving on to the next place to eat in the area. Reason being: my husband and I stopped in here on our way to a concert at Hobart Arena. When we first walked in the door, the line was all the way from the register to the door. There had to be at least 12 people in line infront of us. (It was the dinner hour.) It must of taken 10 minutes to finally get to front to give them our order. The gentleman behind the counter had said that he never ran the register before. There was a manager there too, but she was busy filling the orders for the dining room and drive thru. We placed our order and it was filled quickly. However, when my husband opened up his sandwich, it was the same sandwich that I had. (Me #8, he ordered #9). Given that we didnt have much time and the line was still long, he decided to eat it. It was also hard to find a table in the dining room area that had been wiped off from the previous customers. He also went to the restroom while were in line. He noticed that the toilets, the sinks and the floor was not very clean. (We should of walked out the door right then and there.) I dont know if this place is always like this or not. Place a has a horrible fly problem. My family and I watched in horror as a fly went into a frosty and they served it out the window. I am not exaggerating when I say that we were being harassed by flies. My husband said it looked like someone went #2 all over the men's stall. I tried to order food and the employee was too busy on her cell phone. She eventually looked up at me and said, "Ya??" with an attitude. I said I'd like to order but your obviously busy. All the while she was STILL texting on her phone! I politely said I'd just wait for her to be done, because apparently it was more important than me. She let out a sarcastic sign and said, "well order already then!". I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave right there and then, but I had hungry kids on a cross country trip. I had to go through with the order. I gave her my order and she never made eye contact with me. She got my food and I kid you not threw it across the counter to me. She never handed me my receipt so I retrieved it from the kiosk myself. You can bet your butt I did the survey on back! I doubled checked my order before and you wouldn't believe what I received if I didn't post the pictures for you. My kids chicken and fries were in Frosty cups. Seriously!? Not a review on food as I was ordering for Door Dash customer. However, during prime lunch rush they had only one cashier. Painfully slow service. Only three people ahead of me in line yet I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. Finally order, and they give me fries that were already boxed when I arrived. Lukewarm at best. Had to go back to the counter to get ketchup packs as their dispenser was on the fritz. The kicker, though, was seeing the manager from the Waffle House across the street (yes, in his WH uniform and wearing his nametag) come in to complain about his order, as they were shorted a large fry. After waiting in the drive through for over 30 mins for my order at 6:05pm on a Sunday. When I inquired about the length of wait to the person at the first window, the manager Angela, inserted herself into the conversation and shouted at me that they were busy. Stopped by for lunch today and went through the drive through. Got my food (which is EXTREMELY over priced) and got to my destination. When I went to take a drink of my tea, something was preventing the tea from coming up the straw. I investigated and found a plastic bag stuffed in my drink. It looks to be intentional because the bag was ripped open. I called to report this incident and they offered for me to drive back in and have my meal replaced. No thank you. This Wendy's is the worst! I eat hear around twice a month and they are so slow Sunday's evenings between 6-7. Wait time has taken as long as 15 min and that is in ththe drove Thru with just one car in front of you. At least half the time my spicy chicken sandwich won't even have lettuce on it and most of the time my fries are old. Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. I've given this place at least 3 chances to redeem themselves and they just get worse. First bad experience, waited in line for 20 minutes when there was only one other car in the drive thru. When I finally got my food, it was cold. All of it. Like it had been sitting on the counter and they just forgot I was there. Sent a complaint to the manager via email, never heard back. Second time, sat in the drive thru for at least 25 minutes and when I finally get to the window, cold food again. And the drinks weren't even close to what I ordered. And the last time was just this past Friday, sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Literally. 30 minutes. There were two cars in front of me. The first person sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before they even said acknowledged they were there. Same thing happened to the guy in front of me.
