Often 30 min+, which is insane for the type of place they are. At least it is somewhat mitigated by them having a decent app that tells you the status of your order, so that can save you some of the time. A brief "sorry about that" at the end came across as an afterthought rather than sincere concern. It's now nearly a week later, and I still have not received a refund for the tip. Person in charge said they cannot refund my tip from the store but it must be corporate. Wrote a little note on my receipt, put it in the drawer and said they will submit a request. I left feeling completely ripped off and unvalued as a customer. The impression I got was that because this location is in Bridgeport and likely has plenty of business, losing a customer simply didn't matter. Mistakes happen, especially during busy periods.
