They've got a lot of creative burger options that are highlighted in other reviews, but I prefer to keep it classic and they can definitely deliver on that as well. The fries are consistently crisp, and I really like that fountain drinks are self-serve and include their flavored lemonades. I've always had someone come by ask how everything is, which is pretty rare for counter order places like this. They offer an all-day smash burger combo with fries and a drink for around 10 bucks which is a good value, though with just a single small patty is not quite enough food for me. The quality was better than typical fast food but the burgers were the most fattening thing I've ever had, we could barely finish them. Way too heavy with little to no greens besides pickles, the sauces were sickly thick turning the burger into mush about halfway through eating. The chicken tenders weren't good either, very bland and weren't cooked consistently. Parts of them were crunchy and others were soft. Overall, this amount of food should not come out to more than $40 without a side and drink included. And, in my opinion, every basket should come with 1 sauce instead of paying for a small cup for $0.50. read more

Ordered a BLT Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/spicy mayo and the pickle fries. While all of the food was fresh and delicious, I don't think the pickle fries were for me. They were still fresh and delicious and I did still eat them. It was very clean inside and the staff were friendly and helpful. I let them know that their bathroom was out of paper towels and they took care of it right away. My food came out super quickly. The fries! This is all we tried so far, and we will be back. We also got an iced tea. It was really good, but back to those fries. The person that was helping me, a girl with short hair, said they are the best she has had, and she has tried a lot of fries.... She was right. Finally made it to a Killer Burger! The food was pretty good. Not overly greasy for the burger even with the blue cheese spread on it. The fries were crispy and also not unnecessarily greasy. It's nice not to have grease running down my hand when I am eating a good burger. The guys working were friendly and efficient and getting the food to us. I was running errands at Fed Ex store and saw Killer Burger (KB). It was my first experience at a KB and I am hooked. The tall nice young man at the register where I ordered was friendly, funny and offered wonderful insight to help me place my order. While I waited for my takeout order. I saw all the employees wiping tables, checking on customers and keeping busy. They weren't just standing around and on their phones. This new location was great! The staff were all super friendly! The food came out quick! I LOVE not having to wait a long time for my food! Burgers and fries were cooked to perfection. Bacon was thick and cooked like it should be. I just was at their soft opening but they've already got it running like well a oiled machine.
