We pulled up, and saw multiple workers standing around looking out the windows. We walked up to the door, and found it was locked. The dining room wasn't closed until 10 pm. The door was locked though, and when we looked inside all of the workers who had previously been standing around, magically just disappeared. So they closed and locked their doors 15 mins early before they were actually supposed to, and the workers rushed us while we were going through the drive-through. We had a vegan order and it would've been simpler to order inside, but they locked us out way too early. They were in such a rush to make us leave that they forgot to put multiple items from our order in our bags. And when we came back around, because we couldn't go inside, they didn't even apologise. Our food tasted disgusting as well. It tasted like it was too many days overdue. They also put a couple pieces of chicken in the vegan order even though we asked multiple times for no meat. This just made me feel like they didn't want to take the time to actually get the order right. They just wanted us to leave, and for their shift to end. Very disappointed. This was a great little break for me on my adventure, unfortunately my car overheated, and the water in the car steam exploded, but they were all so supportive and so nice, all in all a great Wendy's experience with wonderful people. read more

This Wendy's in Warrenton is one of the best I've been to. Food is always red hot The staff is friendly. The place is newer and is kept very clean. The fries this time were a bit cold. But all in all they do a very good job here. So if you're near by stop in !! read more

When you think of Wendy's you think of food to order with precision. But not this one. Inattentive workers and poor leadership. The past two weeks I've filed two complaint and frankly, I'm just not going back. Inside is often out of ice, it's not uncommon to stand at the counter and wait a while to be acknowledged by staff even though they're standing 10 feet away. Special orders, yep... they mess that up too. Probably the worst Wendy's I have ever experienced. Dave must be rolling over in his grave on this store's service. read more

During a long trip we decided to stop here to stretch and grab a bite to eat. We went in and stood at the counter for 20 minutes without a single acknowledgement from one of the 7 employees in eyesight. Third time is definitely not the charm. After being treated rudely, for the third time through the drive-thru, I've had enough of their over-priced burgers. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go across the street to DQ. The food is much better, the service is always fast and friendly, and you won't get dinged 9.00 for a burger. Or go down the block to Applebees for a sit-down meal at the same price, or over to McDonald's for a kid-friendly experience. Honestly, Warrenton is way too small and have way to many food places for them to behave the way they do with customers. read more
