Tried to make me pay extra for sauce bought a normal burger combo came with no sauce lmao

I just paid $7.23 for a bacon cheeseburger that was smaller than the palm of my hand. The meat was almost razor thin and no flavor. All I could taste was the pickle and the mayonnaise. This is pathetic. Wendy's used to be better. You can bet I will never shop there again. read more

Something so little and simple can make a huge difference in how you enjoy stuff . I ordered a salad, and it was my first time ever putting the fried /dried crispy onions on the salad . I'm in love . The onions enhanced the salad tremendously. I didn't get a lot of green leafs in my salad which was a bummer, but still managed to enjoy it . read more

Service at the counter was great, food was fresh, and the store was clean -- even at the tail end of lunch rush. Sure wish other Wendy's stores in the area could take a few cues from this one. This is has got to be hands down the worst Wendy's on earth!!!!! The food is usually hit or miss.. Promotion today was for a peppermint frosty but they dont have that.. Today the service was trash they were only accepting cash(no problem) We have been sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and no employee or manager has said anything they are inside congregating ! I ordered a Baconator, their flagship burger, and it tasted like the Pattie's were boiled in the morning then sold in the afternoon. Sauce definitely carried this burger. Fries were toasty hot, though. read more

So I order 32plus in food via home delivery and the store didn't make sure they the driver takes the full order for the customer,restaurant and door dash are responsible for making sure they got the complete and right orders for the customers,so I call the restaurant and the manager for the restaurant basically blamed on the doordash driver wow so they restaurant dosent want to made any money and lose customers? Needs better management. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through where there is a sign that says "2 lanes always open" when there was one lane. Wouldn't have have been a big deal--- however, I spent half of that 20 minutes waiting to order at the window box. And half way through telling our order the employee abruptly interrupted and told me to wait again. read more

The absolute worst customer service ever at a fast food place. I waited over 25 minutes for a value meal, asked them to refund it because I had groceries in the car and would have never expected to wait that long for FAST food. Like most fast food. Slow, low quality service. Get your orders wrong always (such as my last visit with paying 2$ for adding bacon - and no bacon, and not putting any of the sauce that was ordered in the bags of the order. This was a mobile order-pretty straightforward. Not bad food though. If you want good service, go elsewhere... but if you want wendy's go ahead and go here, just be sure and double check the order! read more

This location can never get my order correct. I just ordered regular nuggets and got the hottest peppered nuggets ever. I cannot eat spicey foods so I had to throw my dinner away. I am a former worker here at this Wendy's location. They are terrible to their employees. Just to get surveys they make us do a survey and lie on it. They do NOT properly train any of their staff and they work them like mules. Half the time workers do not wear gloves to prepare food during the night hours, and they don't even wash their hands before doing so. and during the day they just throw on the gloves with out washing hands. Every employee (unless one of the few favorites) works their full shift, plus extra hours, and get no breaks. Including one of our best workers, a 60 year old women. worked 9 hours with no break. They didn't ask her if she needed something to eat, a drink, or even to take a seat for a minute. Nothing. The people who can talk Spanish talk with each other and think us other ones don't understand them. They don't take the time to listen to your reasoning for why you cant come in. Not even if it was an emergency. Dishes aren't washed properly. Ever. They are dipped in soapy water to get the visible food off of them, dipped in sanitizer water, and then put up. Many workers dip their non gloved hands into the fries and nuggets area with out washing hands. And if you ask for something to be taken off your food, 9/10 it they put it on then took it off when they saw the special order. They are not a good place to eat and definitely not a good place to work. Unless you like working longer for less money. I would suggest you think carefully before coming here to work or eat. read more
