Most times it was below average. My last 2 were completely worthless. I should have got up and walked out. I was also harassed by them when I only tipped 15% for a bad massage. Today was the last straw. It was a worthless massage so I left no tip so we got yelled at by both "therapists" (using that term very loosely).

I cancelled my Superbowl plans to make sure that I had time to fully enjoy my appointment. As I go to check in at the front window, I am asked multiple times if I am sure of my appointment time because they are closing. I show them my confirmation email from Yelp and they proceed to tell me that they no longer use that system to book. As you can imagine I am very very disappointed at this point. I wouldn't be able to get worked in and they offered to reschedule me. The whole purpose of me booking was because of the day available and the special that Yelp was offering. I do appreciate them offering me a better option to want to reschedule.

When I finally spoke to the owner, she arrogantly refused a refund, claiming her website says "no refunds" -- but that's a blatant lie. What's more concerning is that she might not even be licensed as a massage therapist in Ohio -- which could be illegal and against state law. I have reviewed many businesses and rarely complain, but this situation is so egregious that everyone needs to be aware of their shady and potentially illegal practices. I had a family emergency and followed what little procedures were available, yet they couldn't care less. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and downright dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business unless you want to be robbed, lied to.

Me and a group of friends constantly rotate through and we have gotten to know the staff there and have really enjoyed seeing them grow into a thriving business. Everything is very clean and professional. The massage therapists are wonderful. They really take your time and are incredibly talented. Each therapist has their own pros and cons. I will say one thing is that many of them don't speak English very well. A lot of them are Chinese but they do understand quite a lot and are able to accommodate your requests. They have foot massages too, which I have tried and very much liked, but my go-to is either a 60 or 90-minute massage depending on their availability. I would definitely call ahead to make a reservation since they do get busy especially on the weekends but they often are able to accommodate us as walk-ins even a few hours before. They are also one of the cheapest massages I've ever gotten. I found them off of a Groupon but I now pay full price in order to support them and their small business. Truly check this place out. It has really changed my life and how my back feels on a daily basis.

They have a keen ability to tailor the pressure of the massage to the individual. I come here with my wife and we get couples massages. My wife finds massages easily uncomfortable if the therapist applies too much pressure, whereas I enjoy a very deep massage. The masseuses are able to accommodate both of these needs flawlessly. The environment is very calming, with nice music being played, beautiful aromas in the air and very calming and relaxing vibes from the staff from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave. If you've never had a massage before, or you have had one and it wasn't to your liking - give Massaging Moments a try and it may be one of the best decisions you've ever made :D
