Mobile order with a baked potato! I'm going through the drive through the speaker says I'll be with you in a minute. About 6 or 7 minutes later. I tell her it's a mobile order.She says, okay, pull up front.So I sit in my car there at the window for a good 5 to 6 minutes.The lady comes and says, sorry, we don't have potatoes.Is there something else I can get you? So I said, yeah, go ahead and give me a Dave's single, no mayonnaise, no ketchup.She says, oh, just like the other one.I said, no I don't know what they ordered. So when she comes to the window with my food again, about 5 minutes later, I said no cheese on that Dave single.she says, oh well, you're going to have to pull up and wait for your food. While we have had a number of good experiences with this Wendy's since it opened, the last two or three have made this Wendy's just absolutely awful and we won't come back until they get their lives together. They can't staff the place enough to keep the dining room (which is fine and not necessarily their fault), and they are out of multiple ingredients every time we go (somehow more than other restaurants), and they have screwed up our food in shocking fashion. But instead of going back inside to get it fixed, I instead have to wait in line again for the drive thru, and they screwed it up again. It is so bad, I don't how how they are making it so bad. The final straw is we got home with the correct, but now completely cold, food, and I took a bite of the hamburger and there was a hard piece of bone or something similar in the meat. To go from so good to so bad in such a short amount of time is sad. Hoping they can get things figured out so we can return soon. read more

this nice new building is a total pigsty inside. the crew was unfriendly and dressed very sloppy. one guy had hair all over the place and we could actually see it falling on the counter while he scratched his head as we talked to him. the area behind the counter was disgusting. needless to say we left without ordering anything. i would recommend a penicillin shot before eating here. as the other review said i wish that a 0 star was an option here. read more

I downloaded yelp just to leave this review: I wish 0 star was an option because this food was terrible. I ran out of food at my house so I thought I would go to Wendy's big mistake!!! I started to eat my fries driving home and noticed the fries were so hard and hallow and got completely burnt in the oil. They might as well put a brick in my back because it tasted about the same. Well I thought to myself at least I have my 10 pc nugget and double stack. Nope, threw my 10 piece away as soon as I opened the container they put them in. I'm used to them putting nuggets in a paper sleeve like they do at other franchises but the container they put my nuggets in was completely drenched in this sharp oil and garlic taking liquid. The double stack was ok burnt but pretty amazing compared to the rest of the terrible meal. And they forgot my sauce, but O well, doesn't really matter since I threw my nuggets and fries away. read more

I have lived in Windsor for a year now. We have gone to this Wendys several times, each time saying we wont be back and finally we wont. Not one time have the fries been fresh. Each and everytime they have messed up on our order. Made the burgers wrong, added things on it or didn't take off what we asked. Spiders are more important than helping the customers. Had to wait for our order while they worried about catching a spider. After much anticipation, the fish sandwich is finally back. Last year they couldn't figure out how to make it, but I hoped that they figured it out this year. NOPE. I think it was cooked yesterday....actually overcooked yesterday and cooked again today. The guy at the window didn't even acknowledge me as he handed me the drink and bag. Horrible customer service. I asked for a particular chicken sandwich that I assumed was a lunch item (it was advertised at the beginning of the drive up). The employee let's me know it is a breakfast item only, which is fine. I replied oh I didn't realize a chicken sandwich was a breakfast item to which she snaps at me and repeats herself "sir we are no longer serving breakfast!" Learn to treat your customers well. On Super Bowl Sunday morning at 8am ordered 3 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits at the drive thru window. The sausage, egg, and cheese were great, but all 3 biscuits were hard as a rock which ruined the sandwiches. They never seem to get an entire order right at this Wendy's.
