It was hot, flavorful, and checked all of the boxes for an amazing burger. No mess, no fuss, just good beef and good assembly. I wish I could vouch for the holy cluck but it seemed like there was more breading than chicken thigh. The chicken thigh was too thin but the layer of breading was so thick that it felt like I was eating just breading between burger buns. Since the thigh was too thin, it turned out dry and since there was so much breading, it was overly greasy. But, I guess it makes sense that chicken isn't a strong point of a burger joint. The Montreal smoked meat in the Reuben was a little dry and there wasn't enough sauerkraut, but overall, it was decent. If we're in the area, I would definitely eat here again. I'm not sure about ordering the ramen, though, since there are so many more sandwiches to explore, like the Philly Cheesesteak and the Mr. Rib, not to mention the burgers.

The combo comes with fries and a drink, and I upgrade my fries to the Cali fries- similar to In N Out's animal style fries which include their special sauce, caramelized onions, and cheese (you can also add other toppings too; my fam likes to add the spicy jalapenos and mushrooms). The service is always 10/10; everyone is super nice plus I love that they put each person's order in its own labeled bag! The restaurant is also pretty clean and the ambiance in general is very minimalistic - it's clear that the star of the show is the food!
