It's been a little over a year since going to this location so I'll just speak about my previous experience. EVERY TIME we ordered our large natural lemonade (without ice because of the amount of bacteria found in an ice machine) We were served it cut with water and/or sprite! Drive through only so the claim could be made that it was 100% lemonade. We didn't watch them pour it but we do understand the level of push back (rude employees) we got when going inside and asking them to try again. My son is allergic to carbonation and unfortunately this very scenario happened more than once. Where is corporate? Let's start with the restrooms - the women's smelled like cat urine. My husband said the men's had no soap. Not even an empty soap dispenser. The dining room was filthy. The tables, floors. The area of the kitchen I could see was dirty. The speed of service was SOOO slow. The one person taking orders was also bagging them or putting them on a tray. So she's take an order and then move over and fill it, while the line continued to grow. My husband ordered a jr cheeseburger with ketchup only. He got one with onions and pickles only. He scraped them off and ate it because he didn't want to wait another 20 mins for a new, correct one. I thought maybe someone called in today and that was the reason but In reading other reviews it sounds like this is just how it is. I didn't check yelp first, shame on me! Lesson learned! I wish I could give it 0 stars. I get my food and right away it's always cold! Barely any sauce, dry, and bacon as hard as a rock and hard as rock fries!! You would think if the fries look brown and hard they wouldn't serve them... but no of course not. They also gave me a jr bacon cheeseburger with no cheese and HALF of a burger and never told me. This location was recently remodeled so decided to stop and check it out. While the place looks great it's still the same old problems here. Dining room was dirty, not being wiped down at all. Food on the tables and floor. Order was messed up and this was the smallest double bacon cheeseburger I've ever seen. The nuggets were barely warm. I was informed they were all out of baked potatoes but only informed of such when I got to the window and that it would be an hour before they had more. The salad I ordered looked good, though, hence the one star I'll give them on this review. I understand there was a recent remodel of the location, but good grief. It's Wendy's, it isn't gourmet. I know what I'm in for when I step through the doors or hit the drive-thru. However, this location kinda sucks for two reasons... 1. The men's restroom was filthy, smell really bad and had flies. 2. You can't read the menu board because of the soda machine. No really. You have to walk back and forth to see both sides of the menu. Unfortunately, you don't have a lot of options when it comes to fast food in this area but this specific Wendy's is horrible. If the girl working the drive thru hates her job so much perhaps she should just move on to another job instead of talking about how much she "hates" customers and "people" with the window open and customers there. I did a mobile order in hopes it would speed things up, which means my payment submitted online thru the app. When she opened the window she stated my total expecting money, and ripped the back back... all I said was "I paid thru the app since it was a mobile order" and she started mouthing off to another employee about how much she hates "people". It already to me 20+ minutes to get thru the drive thru... at that point, I "hate"'people too but there's no need to be so rude and disrespectful over your own mistake.
