30 minutes no sub... freakishly slow as my grandpas fucking balls. Not much else to say Took 39 minutes. Only two ppl were working then someone comes wondering it super slow from the back room. This location is NEVER OPEN (even though the online hours state that they are.) April 29 @ 5:34....closed. I went to the restaurant....closed...chairs on tables. I called...no answer. May 5 @ 4:15...closed. I took the time to place an online order.....location closed yet again. I love Jimmy Jon's subs...but this location's hours are VERY unreliable. Well, not sure what to think about this place. It has been closed in the middle of the day recently, but they were open and busy today. Not a big fan of their menu, but they have one sandwich I like. I go there because it's fast. There were four people working, but only one making sandwiches and they weren't in any hurry. I waited at least ten minutes, then realized my order was setting there and nobody had said anything. On the plus side I'm pretty sure the cashier gave me too much change. Hit or miss is how I'd describe our experiences at this JJ's location so far. We've had some great sandwiches, for sure. Tried them all and we really like the Tom Turkey, the Pepe and the Vito. Our most recent order was sort of yuck. We all chose the Pepe, and for some reason the ham had a thick, hard and really unpleasant rind that we had to manually remove in strings. The bread was stale, too. You never really know how the order will turn out, I guess. One thing that's consistent is the cleanliness of the store, and the staff is very nice. And yes, they make those sammies in a flash, as promised. Their kettle chips and cookies are always good, the kids always get these as a side. We'll give them another shot, as there aren't many options for subs in town. I may just stick with the Tom Turkey sub from now on. read more

Great sandwiches and service at this Woodland Park location, but every time I walk in I feel like I'm at a rave; the music is WAY too loud and the last two of 4 nights I've been in they are always playing dubstep or some type of club. This was my first visit to this popular sandwich chain after hearing about how great their bread is and of course their freaky fast delivery. I had the vegetarian (#6) 8 inch sandwich and my boyfriend had the bootlegger club (#14). To my disappointment, they forgot the avocado spread in my sandwich. The homemade French bread was very soft with a nice crust. The staff quickly assembled the sandwich but they should slow down a bit to make sure all the toppings are included. I prefer having different options for bread instead of only one. The sandwiches are just OK nothing to write home about. The service was good and the restaurant was super clean! In order to stay ahead of the game, they could use more time on the sandwich assembly line instead of rushing through to meet their promise of freaky fast delivery. I'm typically not one to complain, but my coworkers and I come here very often for our very short lunch break. EVERY TIME I come here you guys take so long to make my sandwich, by the time it's made my coworkers are finishing up and I have to take mine back to the office. This has happened three times already and it's to the point where I'll probably not be returning. It's supposed to be freaky fast .. not freaky slow.. Freaky Friendly not so Freaky Fast. I would say about 50% of the time my order takes over 30 minutes to be delivered. This last order was around 50 minutes. I like the idea behind the companies "freaky fast" promise however if that promise can't be met, it shouldn't be advertised. I will order from JJs when I need a quick delivery in between my meetings and I've been disappointed several times with the delivery speed. However, the staff is always kind and apologetic when I call to confirm my order. And rarely is my order incorrect, just takes longer than other jimmy John stores to get their orders out. read more

This is probably my favorite Jimmy Johns in the whole pikes peak region. I have been to many JJ's including some of the originals in central Illinois, and this one is just...better. The place is clean and well kept, the food is fresh, the service fast, and the staff is friendly. As sad as it was to lose the Mangia Mangia's (famous from kitchen nightmares), it couldn't have been replaced by a better joint. Can't wait to go back! read more

Visited JJ's for the first time today. The food was alright, but I had to shout to the cashier what I wanted. The music was incredibly loud. I like music, yes, but I'd rather have a pleasant interchange with staff. There was a young staff in place and the music may well fit there working style. I may try JJ's one more time and if the cashier can't hear me, I'll go elsewhere....other choices available in Woodland Park. read more
