A previous visit had me waiting in the drive thru with 4 other vehicles for 25 minutes. I thought maybe they were just really busy and decided to give this location another try. Today, 6 cars total in the drive thru and this time a whopping 35 minutes just to get to the pick up window. Then at the pickup window it was another 7 minute wait! There didn't seem to be any hustle or urgency inside the kitchen. No apologies. I suggest Sonic or McDonald's across the street. Or just a sit down restaurant. We eat here occasionally. Today my husband came in for lunch. Stood at the counter for 5 mins without being acknowledged at all. He walked out. So tonight we decided to try again. We ordered. There were 4 other couples inside. After waiting for our order FOR OVER THIRTY MINUTES, we requested our money back. Instead, they BEGAN making our order. There was no apparent reason for this delay. Did this Arby's location get a new owner? We have always left 5 star ratings for this Arby's! Now after this week's meal they deserve nothing better than a one. My husband and I had our usual take out meal. Both sandwiches were ok, smaller and with much less meat. The cheese-sticks were loaded with salt and not edible and the jalapeño cream cheese poppers had a string of cream cheese. The wait in line was ridiculous and it appeared that we were the only customers at 5:30. We will not be back and with what we experienced this establishment is doomed! read more

This particular Arby's is surprisingly the best fast-food place in town to eat (Wendy's is slow and tedious and mediocre; Taco Bell is dirty and the service is awful; McDonald's is worse than mediocre in food quality and it's perpetually understaffed). Good service, clean dining room and restrooms, food not that bad. read more

The store is disgustingly dirty. The same greasy footprints on the floor for several weeks. Tables are simply wip with a damp cloth and not scrubbed clean. Condiment dispener is dirty and several are empty. Management needs to step up and CLEAN store top to botto. read more

I placed a online order specifically stating that i wanted No onions or tomatoes on my chicken wrap . When i received my food there were large chunks of tomatoes and onions. The portions were not as they usually are . I ordered 3 drinks and only received 2 . The man at the window was not kind or polite . And this isn't the first time that this has happened . None of the staff had name tags on . It truly is just disappointing and frustrating that the staff is so rude and the food is not as I ordered. read more

Heading home from an off-road excursion we stopped by for some quick and easy roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. And man, did it really hit the spot! Thank you Arby's. For a fast food restaurant, this is a good stop on your way through town. The server was a young ski dude type guy, but amazingly upbeat and accurate! The facility is clean, even the restroom. We had a French Dip meal and Crispy Chicken Meal. Both were good. Among the better Arby's we've been to. read more

I just went through the drive-through here and thought I'd take a moment to write a comment. There were several cars in the queue, the outside sign is advertising hiring for all positions. They were busy and, I'm guessing like many places, understaffed. But, despite all this, they were so incredibly friendly and professional. The gentleman taking my order (Joey, I believe) was so sweet and engaging and friendly while taking my large order. There was a young girl filling the ice cream machine (or something) but, whatever she was doing, you could tell she was taking care to do it right and not make a giant mess! The girl giving me my food (magenta face mask with air filter...couldn't catch her name tag) was so sweet. I asked for a drink holder and she happily gave me one, even doubling it up since all my drinks were large and heavy. And I even saw the manager working right alongside his 'kids'. I just want them all to know that their efforts are noticed and super appreciated!!!! read more

This Arby's is really cool looking- the building used to house a steak restaurant- there are beams on the ceiling and it has a great atmosphere for a fast food restaurant. My husband would give it 5 stars because he loves the food, but I have celiac disease and they have almost no options for me. I got the salad with turkey and there was almost no turkey. I wish they would come up with options for me- I know we would go more often if they did. read more
