I'm traveling stopped there get an oil change at Walmart. Me and my husband walked across the parking lot to find out that their doors were locked past opening time. We stood there waited for a while then walked to Starbucks came back .. we called cause they were still closed and they said it was a staffing/scheduling issue so the dining room was closed.... so we walked to go get our car came back afterwards. They were open but screwed up the order‍ we ordered breakfast and they put our sandwiches on hamburger buns instead of biscuits/croissants... oh and Same amount of staff was in there when they were supposedly closed due to staffing, lol will not be stopping at this establishment again read more

Wendy's is typically one of our favorite places to eat. However, we will NOT be eating at this Wendy's again! It was absolutely filthy! From the moment we walked in our feet stuck to the floor and we had to fight the flies to eat our poorly prepared food. The lettuce on my taco salad was literally rotten. The host was Wayne. He was extremely rude. When we walked in the door there was a dog laying inside. I walked up to the counter-he looked at me and said "that isn't a service dog"....and I said (to his surprise) that it wasn't mine. What if it was my service dog? He didnt ask me-he TOLD me it wasn't a service dog. He then asked another customer across the restaurant-"hey Barney, is that your dog", Barney said it was-Wayne didn't tell him to make his dog leave. So why would Barney's stray dog be ok in the restaurant (even though Wayne said there couldn't be a dog in there), yet my possible service dog wouldn't be there? Next Wayne proceeded to ask me "what do you want", I told him I wasn't ready to order. At that point I was ready to walk out-but the others with me were hungry. Once I decided I told Wayne I was ready (since he walked away from the counter to do something else) and he told me that I would have to wait a minute. Once I finished ordering he put my cup in the counter-it fell over next to a pile of cigarette ashes...yes ashes on the counter. We got into the car and found the fries to be old ( not hot). Very bad experience. Definitely not worth the $35 spent. Fast food has become the price of eating at a sit-down restaurant. I won't be returning to this or in fact another Wendy's. read more

We go there regularly as I LOVE the Pecan Chicken Salads. The lines are always a little long but the food is always fresh and the workers are always nice and polite. I do wish they would open their dining room though. It would be nice to be able to go in and sit down at a table and eat. read more

Absolutely the filthiest Wendy's I have ever seen! Stopped at 8pm on a Friday night. Our first red flag should have been the fact that there were literally no customers in the restaurant or any cars in the drive thru, but we needed a place to stop and usually can rely on Wendy's to be consistent. The men's room smelled like a sewer complete with flies and trash everywhere. Not sure the thing had been cleaned in days if not longer. The restaurant it self was not much better. The pop machine was leaking water and syrup all over the floor. Their solution was to put a Caution wet floor cone up but didn't bother to clean it up. Trash cans were full and some were overflowing. Every single table was dirty with either a sticky residue or literally trash still on them - I guess since the trash cans were full there was no place to put the trash. Oh and the bathroom flies were also present in the dining room! I have no idea what the people working there did. When we walked in the girl behind the register was just standing there. When we came out of the bathroom, she was still standing there. After we ordered, she was still standing there. When we walked out she was still standing there. I can't make this up! With as much filth and trash in the place you think she could find something to clean, but I guess her job is to...well...stand there. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague! read more

So traveling with grandkids we wanted to stop for lunch somewhere, quick, easy on/off road, somewhat healthy where everyone could find something to eat! Kids wanted Wendy's and their 4for$4 so we stopped! Most of the fast food restaurants now have an array of fresh salads for those who don't want burgers/fries. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken and was pleasantly surprised! Large amt of fresh lettuces (yes more then one type), feta, good portion of grilled chicken, red onions and navy beans with an interesting squirt of humus crisscrossed the top. I ate it all! The kids got the 4piece chic nuggets, small bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink for $4, mine was $7.20. We all had a .50 frosty to top us off. On the road and hungry, my family stopped here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything quick about it. It took almost 1/2 an hour just to order our food. While the location didn't have changing stations in the bathroom, they did have high chairs for children (which could use some cleaning - as well as the floors). I'm unsure if it was a lack of staffing, poor management or both, but this location could use a review. Customers should not have to wait that long to order food, while employees are chatting on the floor of the restaurant. After we received our food (which we had to switch to ToGo at that point), we had to stand back in line just to ask for ketchup packets. Not wanting to wait for my food to get cold just for ketchup, I decided to just open my sandwich and use the ketchup dispenser by the soda machine. As I turned to leave, I almost slipped and fell while holding my seven month baby - as the "wet floor" sign had been pushed out of the way, no longer proactively warning customers of the potential fall risk. The likelihood of us passing through this town again and stopping is rather low, but I do hope the owner will take the time to reevaluate its location and employees. On a good note, the cashier was sweet and could have used some backup - as she was left to manage taking the orders and prep them for customers. read more

Amazingly they got the order correct. The food was not good whatsoever... barely even good enough for me to feed it to my dog. The person that was on the ordering thingy machine took a very long time to process each request. I liked its accent though. I ordered a Homestyle Chikin Sandrich. I inserted a picture of the amount of mayonase that was on that sandrich. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. WHY EVEN GIVE ME ANY MAYO AT ALL IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE ME AS MUCH AS A TRINKLE. My dear mother ordered a single combo. She thinks it was extremely dry even though she had asked for multiple condiments. We ordered my dog a plain hamburg since today is his birthday. He did like it I think. I mean who knows he can't really review it. He eats his shit so it probably tasted about the same. He would eat probably anything. Except radishes he doesn't like them. The lady that gave us the foods eye makeup looked pretty good though. A really nice black smokey eye indeed. Also my father CANNOT stop beltching up his food. AND my sisters breath smells so odd. By far the WORST experience I have ever had at any Wendy's. Not only was the person running the register rude and impatient after rushing us to complete our order she didn't even bring what we ordered out. We had to wait for part of our order even tho the store wasn't busy. We didn't receive the other half. Not to mention she was badmouthing us while having the headset active and when we spoke up she said she was speaking to someone else. All in all terrible service. I have never used yelp before but after the experience I had, I felt like I needed to write a review. For starters I walked in and there was a fairly long line and thought "Oh well it's lunch rush and it'll be okay". I was very wrong about that. This wasn't going to be okay. The line moved at the pace of snail. I could have used the bathroom and cleaned it(which I'll get on about in a few)but finally I'm ready to order. I place my order with my family and wait for my food. I wait a bit longer than what I should have for a fast food place during lunch rush. After getting my food I went to get straws and condiments for my food. As I walk closer to the counter I slip and almost fall dues to the seeping soda machine that's not even functioning. So I ask the people to fill my soda since they can have a working machine. They do so and I go and enjoy my mediocre meal. After I'm finished I decide to use the bathroom. BIG MISTAKE! This had to be one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever been in. There was a herd of flies that was trying to reproduce to improve the population. There was also trash all over the place. My final thoughts on this insightful review are that this establishment should be embarrassed to call itself "Wendy's"! The management was terrible and so unprofessional. I hope someone high up reads this and decides to fix it. Heed my warning those who read this, DO NOT eat at this Wendy's!!!!!! read more

Come on--it's Wendy's---but they 1. DID get my order correct---NO ONIONS on my sandwich and 2. The lady was very sweet and kind--as I was in the drive-through. 3. I swear the All Natural Lemonade must have Crack in it--it's so good--the lemonade is not cheap for a large--but really good. read more

It's Wendy's. What else is there to say? Our orders were made correctly. Fries were satisfactory though a little short on salt. The value-priced fries contained a lot of fries. Chicken sandwich was adequate. Never have thought a whole lot about the drink refill process at Wendy's. You always end up cutting in line for a refill. read more
