If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before taking in my garments. I dropped them off and they were ready the next day. Which in my opinion was fantastic but when I came to pick them up I should've checked them there. I get home I check my items and BOOM... two of my items RUINED. My Balmain t-shirt had a bunch of small holes all over the left shoulder. Keep in mind I bought that shirt 3 weeks ago for my bday so u had only worn it once and I know for a FACT it was not ripped. I brought it in for having small stains from my birthday celebration. $600 shirt ruined. My green Marciano dress I've had for 6 years and have never had any issues anywhere else. They basically burned it and when I asked about the dress they had no explanation but that "it's always you first time customers that find an issue" now why would I intentionally have an issue with a business over a small stain I had on it. The little oil stain I had because I had dropped some pasta but I immediately poured some baking soda to help soak it up. The whole dress is now ruined because they over pressed it with heat and chemicals. The two ladies in there (Indian lady and Hispanic lady) were SO rude. I came in super calm and asked what had happened to my shirt and before I could ever tell her which one she said "oh the white shirt" I said "yes" she's like yeah you brought that in like that. I said actually no I didn't. They proceeded to show me footage of me dropping off my clothes but didn't show anything but shadows from the buttons on the shirt. I told them I didn't bring this in like this at all. They told me they didn't care and weren't going to help me. I left in tears. They were so rude. NEVER go here. $150 slacks ruined I dropped off my slacks, indicated a water spot/smudge to get out, and picked them back up later that day. Nobody said a word when I picked them up. A few weeks later I needed them and pulled them out of the closet. There were marks on the slacks and they had burned a hole in them. I should have checked them while onsite, but I didn't. I had dropped off a whole bag of stuff a couple weeks ago and I had them tape a few spots I had on one dress and one shirt. I just looked at that dress and shirt and they didn't get the stains out! What did I pay for? AND, the shirt is made of a sheer crepe fabric and I noticed that on the side of it, there are little snags now. My fault for not checking when I picked up the clothes, but I will definitely not be using them again. read more

I have used these cleaners twice over the past two weeks and have been very happy with the quality of the dry cleaning and the price. I got a 2-piece suit done for $14 - great deal. I walked out of this place today, un-drycleaned clothes in hand, because of the horrible customer service i received. I was showing her the stains on each item for the lady to mark with her tape and she was very annoyed at me for doing so. HELLO, this is a dry cleaners! She seemed very hesitant and used a smidge of tape for each one, and would tape one out of every three I'd point out. Then, another customer walked in for pick-up so she said to me, I can't mark these clothes, I have a customer waiting. She handed me the tape and said I could do it if I want. This was absurd- I didn't mind doing my own taping, but I am a customer too so she shouldn't have just ditched me like that. Or she could have asked if I minded if she helped him. (I was in a rush on my lunch break). Do not go to this dry cleaners- you will be sure to be disappointed. read more

I liked them for a while but as of today I will stop going. About a month ago one of my linene shirts was not pressed and they showed me these rips in the shirt 2-3 long narrow tears, the shorthad been worn twice and was good quality. I couldn't imagine how it had happened but wrote it off and tossed it. I picked up clothes a couple of days ago and a Ralph Lauren linen shirt of my husbands had the same sort of snag tears in them and was put aside, again there is noe explanation for this at our home or in delivery. He just wore another shirt from that lot and it has a hole in the sleeve. Some machine or handler is doing this, it is not happeneing on our end. read more

Love these cleaners. They do a great job and are super reasonably priced. I especially love that they don't put safety pins through the clothing and they use real skirt hangers. It probably sounds nitpicky but I've had things ruined because other cleaners have pinned skirts or dresses to regular hangers. We actually drive out of our way past 6 other dry cleaners to use Weslayan. read more

A great low cost cleaner .....still use this cleaner even though we moved out of the Galleria area!

I brought in 7 shirts, 2 were linens. The older lady gave me a receipt and told me the pickup date without bothering to even let me know what the total will be. The she decided to scrutinize the 2 linens shirts' collar tags and then told me that these needed to be dryclean instead of launder and starch. So i took my 7 shirts and proceeded to leave. She then blurted out "oh wait, if u really want to launder them we will do it". Too late lady, i'm never coming back to this place. What she didn't realize that i once owned a d/c so i know although they are linens, they CAN still be launder like the rest of the shirts. I think this is their gimmick so they can charge a higher price for the d/c instead of regular launder men's shirts price. The funny thing is the tags at the collars DO NOT have any care instructions whatsoever. The true care instructions tags were located near the bottom and on the side seams of the shirts! So what the hell was she trying to read? These indians/pakistanis are so unscrupulous with their business dealings and they think everyone are stupid so they can charge whatever prices they please. in fact, i don't recall there was a pricing chart anywhere within the store when i walked in. Great service! The staff is incredible and do an amazing job. One time I forgot an important USB in pants I dropped off and the cleaners called me to tell me they had it. I've been coming to this cleaners for a long time and highly recommend them to anyone in the area. The prices are cheaper than the other cleaners in the area and they use the same high product chemicals as the expensive cleaners around to clean your clothes. read more

Do not take your clothes to this cleaners if you want them back in their original condition. Twice they have discolored my clothing and tried to turn their mistakes on me! They refused to refund my money for the clothing and even charged me for their error. When I tried to negotiate with them they spoke in another language to one another and refused to even admit the khaki pants I originally brought into be dry cleaned were now colored green. The woman behind the counter has an evil attitude and looks as though at any minute she may slit your throat. I won't even go into how overpriced they are. We stopped using them despite several years of patronage as soon as we had an unbelievably bad experience. I rushed from a meeting across town to pick up our cleaning, which we needed very much since we were flying out of town the next morning. I sped, drove like a professional racer, etc., to arrive by the 6:30 closing time, and as I drove into the driveway, checked my Lexus clock as well as my iPhone. 6:28 pm! As I get out of my car with wallet in hand, one employee is walking in the parking lot to her car, and the other is locking the door. Despite kind and patient pleading with them, the woman stuck to her initial response to my plea for my laundry (and my assertion that both my auto and phone times were proof that I was on the property with time to get in the door) with a cold "we close at 6:30pm." We too have enjoyed good service at a cleaners actually more convenient to us (we are very loyal to good service companies, willing to drive further to do business for good service) despite it having Yelp reviews only a little higher than Weslayan. Just an FYI, and don't be surprised if they screw you over despite some obviously good luck that we and others enjoyed..for a while. 77027 read more
