Just for background I own 12 birds, they are cockatiels,parakeets, sun conure, and a ring neck. About 90% of my birds I have gotten as babies and i've owned them for a few years now. Going back to April this year, my family and I went in to purchase a Ring neck. They gave us the price of $800, ended up paying about $850. Mind you they had just sold my brother a ring neck , SAME color for $980. Anyways, the baby was still being hand fed. No problem. We took the bird home and that same evening I noticed they had snot running down its beak. Ive never seen something like this before so I messaged them the SAME DAY regarding this. They claimed it was normal and the bird was just acclimating to their new environment. Ok.. never had that happen. The next day the bird was getting weaker and weaker. We brought the bird home on a Saturday late afternoon, and by Monday morning around 9 something i was trying to get in contact with the shop calling them and messaging them because the bird was not looking good and showing signs of not making it. Once i got on the phone with one of the owners she was very cold over the phone, and asked how much did i pay and to bring the bird and i'll get a refund. Unfortunately on my way there the bird passed away. I went in the shop and told them what happened. There was a girl there with red streaks in her hair who was attending me (same girl who sold us the bird) and right off the bat blaming me and making me feel as if i killed the bird. She put the owner on the phone, I believe the other girl and she sounded empathetic, but after she said it could have been my house that caused the bird to die. Such as air scents, cleaners etc. I've had birds all my life growing up, i know what i can and can't have around them. She went as far as saying she would have to see my house to determine if that was the cause, okay go ahead. As someone who revolves their life around animals should know birds are known to hide their illness until it's too late. The owner never gave me a refund but she sure offered me a discount on another bird. Quick to take my $ but won't have the decency to reimburse me. Fast forward to now, my brother's couple went to ask about the ring necks and was told they had a batch die as well as 2 in the shop. This just confirmed what's been weighing on me for 15 weeks. I have not bought a bird since this incident due to how the girl at the shop and the owner made me feel. I felt humiliated crying there basically being told it was my fault. This was never a me problem. This is a problem with who they are buying their birds from. I didn't get a refund and a bird lost its life. I'm taking the next steps to making my report to the BBB.

Truly bummed they are closing the end of this month... Had good memories here coming here with friend picking up her dog from the groomers, walking my dog around the store, emergency pet supply runs, and looking at the exotic animals they sold. Made sure the bath was elevated for ease as my dogs are small. Even warned us of a German Shepard getting blow dried before we got started. They've got all the amenities, from towels, shampoo & conditioner (you're welcome to bring your own) and a variety of deshedding brushes. A literal pet spaw! Today was a different experience, everything was great till the very end. There was a groomer there and I asked if they can do a nail trim, (which I usually do myself or regularly at the vet) My frenchie is a 4 yr old 18lbs dog... a little bit on the hyper side but the groomer lost his patience and had an unnecessary attitude. To the point of claiming my frenchie 'bit him' (He does NOT bite) I was there, my daughter was there, and Javier was there if he needed help to get him settled we were all there. At the same time, if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. I mentioned to Javier that I regularly take him to the vet for a nail trim and the groomer's words were "there's also plenty of vet techs to assist in holding him down!" That was unnecessary banter and again if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. Aside from that, I WILL def be returning regularly for self service wash because everything else is great! Javier called back to apologize for today's experience so it def shows he cares. 10/10 recommend.

The treats I packed for him were still sitting in his bag and appeared not to have been given to him. Even more concerning, he came home dirty and smelling strongly of urine, which made me wonder whether he had been left lying or sleeping in his own urine. I also discovered a new bump/irritation on his face near his nose that was NOT there when I dropped him off. I have no way of knowing exactly what happened to him overnight, but seeing an unexplained injury immediately after picking him up has me extremely concerned about whether he was injured, improperly restrained, or handled roughly during his stay. I would like an explanation as to how this happened. On top of everything, I was unhappy with the staff's attitude and the way my dog was handled. I trusted this facility to keep him safe and comfortable, especially after paying extra for a suite. Instead, I picked up a dirty, smelly dog with unused treats and an unexplained injury. I will not be boarding my dog here again. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this Pet Hotel ask exactly where and how their dog will be kept and cared for before leaving them overnight.

I moved recently and could no longer frequent my old farm supply store to buy timothy hay for my…read morerabbit. I decided to come here for its convenient location and great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The store is fairly small, but it's very clean, efficient, and packed with a ton of cool supplies. There is ample parking and all the workers are extremely kind and helpful. I bought a bale of timothy hay, and the friendly workers outside helped bring it out and load it in my car. The bale was humongous, the price unbeatable. The hay has a lovely scent, texture, and color. I can clearly see the quality difference compared to the packaged Oxbow hay sold at pet stores, and as further proof, my rabbit went for the new hay immediately. Since my car was too small, the hay bale couldn't fit, and two workers proceeded to try various solutions to accommodate. They laid down cardboard in my car without me asking, to minimize the amount of scattered hay. In the end, they cut the hay bale into two smaller batches, secured one in the trunk, and gathered the rest in a box for my backseat. Everybody was incredibly nice and patient the entire time despite my car giving them so many issues. They also gave me advice on how to transport the hay once I got home. Everyone in the area should definitely come here for their farm supply (and bunny hay) needs!! I look forward to returning.
