He gave us a few options, but once he found out our setup was only a 3-gallon tank, he immediately changed his recommendation and suggested either one of two smaller options or simply letting the betta be the king of its castle. I also asked about getting a nerite snail, and instead of selling me one on the spot, he told me to come back in a few weeks because a new tank wouldn't have enough algae or biofilm for it to eat yet. But I haven't gone back to petco recently so I do not know the current conditions of the goldfish. The bettas do look quite healthier than other bettas I've seen but still they're in bad conditions. I was searching for a litter box, so I went to Target thinking I'll find one there. When I didn't find one there, I Yelped the closest pet store and this one came up. I called and the man was very friendly. I asked him if they carry litter boxes and if so for how much. He said they offer two one was $3.50 the other $15. I went with the cheaper option due to my budget. Man didn't charge me tax which was awesome. A flat $3.50 for a litter box was a great deal.

Made sure the bath was elevated for ease as my dogs are small. Even warned us of a German Shepard getting blow dried before we got started. Today was a different experience, everything was great till the very end. There was a groomer there and I asked if they can do a nail trim, (which I usually do myself or regularly at the vet) My frenchie is a 4 yr old 18lbs dog... a little bit on the hyper side but the groomer lost his patience and had an unnecessary attitude. To the point of claiming my frenchie 'bit him' (He does NOT bite) I was there, my daughter was there, and Javier was there if he needed help to get him settled we were all there. At the same time, if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. I mentioned to Javier that I regularly take him to the vet for a nail trim and the groomer's words were "there's also plenty of vet techs to assist in holding him down!"
