Cameron was super informed and easy to chat with about our preferences and curated the 3 glass wine flight for my partner, which was super appreciated! While we were there we saw two other ladies also try wine flights, and saw that those were also customized to their tastes. They currently have a special on Wednesdays where bottles are priced as their case pricing, so you save some money buying the bottle compared to buying one on a different day. Majority of seating is tables vs. bar. The cocktail menu is unique and fun, with the different drinks named after famous and infamous gunslingers. I had a Baby Face Nelson which was attractive and delicious. At first I though it was a little weak but towards the end it hit with a bang (see what I did there). I also took advantage of the ladies night menu and got a $5 cucumber mint G&T. The cocktail pricing is what you'd expect, ranging from $12 to $16. The wine list is not extensive and I would not describe this as a wine bar. But, I would come here seeking a fancy cocktail anyway. No food served, but door dash menus are available and there is also a limited menu for direct delivery from the Indian restaurant across the road. The outdoor patio looks nice. We were there on the earlier side, around 5 PM on a weekday. Service was pretty attentive with only one waitress handling the tables. I think if they found a way to serve some simple appetizers and put in a railing along the walkway from the parking lot to the door (thinking of my husband here) I'd give it five stars. They have a weird rule in that they insist on scanning your ID, regardless of age, up until 7 PM any day - this is so that no one who orders a drink can go next door and shoot (where they also scan IDs). The shooting range closes at 7 PM. So shoot first, drink later.

They had a special wine list for the event. I love sparkling wines & the Cava from Spain was fantastic! Sitting at the bar the Joui team took care of everyone so efficiently. I also enjoyed a glass of Champagne & finished off with an Aperol Spritz. Their wines to go selection is great & I picked up one of my favorite natural wines Meinklang from Austria to take home to enjoy. I can't wait to visit again soon.
