I walked in and walked for about 2 minutes before I started seeing suv I liked. So much to choose from it's wild. Prices are negotiable but make sure and take enough cash because there is a 9.74% (depending on your zip code) for every $1000. I was ready since I went with my friend that has purchased here before. I left with a 2017 Chevy equinox. All that I've had to do to it was change the tire monitoring sensors but it runs great. The front desk girl that looks like a horse was getting angry and worked up because we told her we didn't want to pay the taxes and registration there and that we would pay it with the dmv, which is how it's done at other "Legit" Auctions, we didn't have any attitude with her, we were calm and she was getting all worked up like if she owned the place lol we asked to speak to her supervisor and he was nice and tried to hear us out and she kept interrupting and running her mouth, her supervisor was even telling her in Spanish to be quiet and calm down lol it was ridiculous the way she was acting and very unprofessional. It really is strange how they make you pay taxes there, they let us go with registration but tried to push it on us but we know better and they knew that and didn't like it. They are tricky there. I didn't even do the auction I just chose the car we thought was good and they didn't even let us test drive it (when it was purchased non auction purchase) even tho they claim they are "Now" a dealership and an auction. Last I checked dealerships let you test drive a car you are interstate in. It's real shady the way they operate here, so be wise, because they are Raza taking advantage of Raza. Btw their starting bids are higher than most auctions. I definitely recommend going to any other car auction that this disgraceful business. So we came here for a car on a non auction day. They had a pretty dope selection of cars there for good prices. You don't get the price as low as you would at auction, but you also are getting to choose the car you want without others bidding and it's still lower than you'd find anywhere else. The thing I really liked about it though is that the car was smogged and there weren't any hidden problems or check engine lights. The one thing I thought was a little sneaky was they wrote on the windshield "105,000 miles". Then during the paperwork it said "177,000" and when I asked they said it's because there was a new engine with only 105k miles in it. Which on one hand I was annoyed a little and just went with it but on the other hand, now I was looking at a whole car and not just an engine with almost 200k miles on it. I've also realized that this is inevitable no matter where you buy a car and that was the only complaint I had. HOWEVER, the car was immaculate inside and out, it has been completely reliable with no surprises (and we have driven it roundtrip to both Southern Oregon as well as Las Vegas a few times with no issues ever) and it has been a great experience. Especially for the price we got it for. Very easy deal, no hassles, they accepted our offer below what they had it listed for, and we were not there the whole day playing games like you would at a dealership. Sooooo wth I bought a 2015 ford focus for 420. It ran fine for about less than a month before the engine light turned on. Instantly I thought to myself fml. On the title and on the dash of car it said 130k miles. I looked online and there's a way to check the vehicle stats by turning the key on but not all the way then holding the ok button in the steering wheel for 10 seconds to where a secret menu pops up apparently it had over 200k miles on it. I then took it to auto zone to see what's up with the light because there were no vehicle codes showing on the vehicle diagnostics (super sus) even though the light was on. I guess they did something to where even if the check engine light goes on the code doesn't pop up on the screen. It only shows up if you use a OBD2 scanner. Super whack. The problem ended up being the transmission (clutch actuator A stuck in on position) and I almost got into a accident because driving home because it kept slipping gears. This place sells nothing but lemons no joke. The mechanics there probably all work together to get these cars to the point where they work long enough to where you can't take them back anymore before they mess up. I should of known better and just walked out when this guy came in when I bought the car complaining that the catalytic converter went out right away asking if they could pass his smog like they did when he bought it so he can sell it because he didn't want it anymore. When you buy a car there they ask for 500 right off the bat as soon as you win the bid before you sign the paperwork that you don't get back if you change your mind. From now on I'm taking a Obd2 scanner with me when I make my next vehicle purchase. Warning stay away from this auction chances are if it seems too good to be true more than likely it is. These people aren't you're friends they are scammers that perfected the art of not being sued by selling vehicles "as is". me and my family came here on a saturday around 2:40pm looking to purchase a family car since we now have our two month old son. we were choosing between two cars but ended up going with a 2009 chevy impala. on the paper that was on the car it was mentioned it had been a 2010 & lower mileage. when we came up to the desk to purchase it they barely told us it was a year older (2009) and it had about 20,000 more miles than what the paper mentioned. after being there for quite some time we decided to take the chance at grabbing it. there's a $500 deposit. after paying the deposit you wait in line to pay the rest of the vehicle cost and if you want all the stuff regarding the dmv. we were waiting outside all the way up to 8:20pm the process is very slow so i suggest you go and get yourself something to drink and eat before coming. please keep in mind they do not let you test drive the vehicle. so if you see a car with a reasonable price you should remember it's probably for a reason. we had several fixings that needed to be done to repair the car we had. that put $2,000+ in repairs that we had to pay out of pocket because the car was not in safe circumstances to continue running especially with our little one. at the end of the day this place is just about making their sales. they do not have the heart to tell you the truth on what's up with the car, because guaranteed if they were to tell the buyer everything that's wrong with the car most would never even get purchased. even if we had token the vehicle back the company still takes 10% of the cars worth and keeps it for "re stocking fee". majority of the employees that were working were waiting around in the vehicles and drinking large counts of beer. also to mention when we opened up the trunk to put our babies stroller inside it reeked of beer. one employee who took our vehicle out for us had left his edibles in the car as well. also we do know they were his because when we first looked in the car nothing but an empty cup was in the front and after he got out the car from getting us the keys he then left his item. unfortunately i have to give one star as part of the review but if i could i would give 0 stars. read more
