    Tasterschoice ..

So I've bought two cars from this place and I guess all the auctions are pretty much the same because you never know what you're going to get when you get the car and when you do get the car you're gonna have to fix it a little and that's not the problem with this place The problem with this place is that they don't let you START The cars before they auction off the cars and I think that's a big scam The reason being that they don't want people stealing the car keys to the cars which if you think about it why would someone steal the car keys to these auction cars because the place is so tight I can't drive off in these cars and they have security! So anyways I stop going to this auction place. I won't buy any more cars from this place. So it's funny because the auction guy was like we test drive these cars and we make sure they're in OK condition and I was like OK? But when I bought my car I noticed there was a check engine light and I told myself I was going to drive it straight to the mechanic and it was only a 15 minute drive and when I got to the mechanic shop my dashboard said inside the car shut off engine there's no Oil pressure when I opened up the hood there was oil everywhere and it wasn't just one oil leak that he found they were many so I'd stay away from this place.....

My experience with West Coast Auction was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The bidding…read moreprocess did not feel transparent or fair. It appeared that the same vehicle was being bid up repeatedly until the reserve price was met, creating the impression that bids were being placed by parties other than genuine buyers. Instead of allowing real market demand to determine the final price, it felt like the auction was structured to push bids higher until a specific number was reached. This made it difficult to trust the legitimacy of the auction. On top of that, communication was poor, and questions about bidding activity and reserve pricing were not clearly addressed. For an auction platform where people are spending serious money, transparency and trust are critical. Overall, I would not recommend West Coast Auction. Based on my experience, buyers should proceed with caution and be aware that the final price may not reflect true competitive bidding.

I called same day and took the car back the next week for the to fix which I doubt they did got it back a week later and the same issues came about. I will be taking this to court because how dare you sell a car knowing it's a piece of shit! Now I'm stuck trying to fix a car that was messed up from day one

I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. They showed up on time and got the job done. They followed through on getting all the material removed from the premises and actually made a little more than the original estimate. You can't go wrong with Premiere Auctioneer!

I do have to say that Robert does present well; very charming and full of optimistic visions for the large estate sale to which he was entrusted. None of it was real though, the sale was not advertised to the extent which I was promised and at the sale there were only of handful of people who showed up. It did surprise me that Robert was on a first name basis with the 6 or 7 people who all walked away with what has to amount to the deals of the century! Nothing went for anywhere near it's value even though the quality of the things to be sold was substantial. The only positive thing I can and should note is that Robert was faced with a monumental clean-up in the home prior to the sale and whoever he did use did an amazing job. It hurts me greatly to have to write such a poor review, this sale took place months ago and it still haunts me. I feel a responsibility to alert any potential clients that they really need to go into any agreement with their eyes open. I wish I had had the courage to stop the auction when I realized what things were being sold for, it was just shocking and I would hate to see anyone else have to go through this awful heartbreak.

This was GREAT!! I sold my GMC Acadia to them. I was skeptical that this wasn't a legit company,…read morepartially because I had never heard of this business model of selling your car, and partially because of the name (it just didn't sound serious.) But I researched it and decided to go for it. It turned out to be the perfect happy medium between doing a dealership trade in (most convenient but least amount of money for your car) and selling my car privately (huge hassle but most amount of money for your car). I made an appointment and went to the Woodland Hills location. The whole thing took about an hour. They did an inspection, posted my car on their portal, and ran an online auction for 10 minutes where we watched a TV screen as about 50 dealers looked at my car. I got about 12 offers I think (10 is average) and I accepted the highest one. You don't have to; you could walk away if you wanted. But that offer was considerably higher than if I had sold my car to the dealership as a trade in. Maybe not as high as a private sale would have been because they are a middle man, but WAY less hassle. An hour versus weeks of fielding emails or phone calls, letting people test drive it only to be ghosted ... no thank you. They wrote me a check right there and I left my car. I had a friend pick me up. It was SO easy. I will definitely do this option again next time. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who handled everything; she was great!! Shout out to her and apologies for forgetting her name!
