First they lied and told me they could sell the extended warranty for $2,900. Then they tried to sell me the same warranty for *$9,000* on a car where they were offering the identical warranty on their own website (same car) for $5,700. They just inflate the prices and try to screw their customers hoping they don't notice. See screenshots below. Then the finance manager claimed it was a "GM manufacturer's warranty" even though that was a blatant lie. It was for a Corvette and he later admitted it was done by Toyota Financial Services. Then they claimed a third party warranty would offer Used fake Chinese parts. Yet another lie. All in writing. Then they promised to reserve the car with a credit card. I told them to send me the info so I could give them credit card for the deposit and book travel. They didn't send it and I followed up three times today. They kept blaming their email system not working and other excuses. He finally sent it as I was walking into a 4PM meeting, and I told him I would sign it when I walked out and call him. I called him as I walked out and he told me that he had someone else coming to see the car and that "they had been trying to get a hold of me all day" - another COMPLETE LIE . I had literally called them FIVE times that day, and had spoken to him less than 90 minutes before. I have the call history to prove it. He also told me they had "30 salespeople competing to sell that car". When's the last time you saw a small town car dealer with *30* salespeople? These idiots wasted hours of my time, and lied repeatedly at every step.
