However, my daughter, a Chase customer, never received the money into her account. We contacted Chase a dozen times via the app and email with no response. We verified that the Zelle contact info on her account is correct and has not changed. The funds appear to have disappeared with no explanation or trace. This is a significant amount of money, and it's unacceptable that Chase has not responded. We are requesting that Chase trace the transaction, locate the funds, and ensure they are credited to the correct account.
