In 2 years (half of it on lockdown because of the pandemic), I got my permanent residence status approved. Esther successfully filed my H1B transfer, handled the RFE, resulting in H1B extending extra 3 months with time recapture. As soon as my H1B transfer was completed, she pushed through again to get the PERM done, I-140 that gets me an EAD card and Advanced Parole for travel, then I-485, all very smooth. I'd say she has all the knowledge about what USCIS is looking for and is able to present my case in a perfect way.
