We've been using WCPC for a few months now. Super nice, always on time and great communication when they are on the way out. Every time they are at the house they are super nice and polite. Always COVID-19 friendly as well as understanding with everyone being in the house and working around our chaos while trying to complete their work. Recently I was out of town and the night before I was to leave we found 2 scorpions where my kids had heavy traffic. West Coast Pest Control are incredible and specialized in pest removal. We recently purchased a house in Phoenix that had a large pigeon problem on our casita roof. We tried placing fake birds, spinning/sparkly deterrents and spraying them with a water hose but nothing worked, pigeons are very persistent. The West Coast Pest Control team came out and placed the necessary wires and spikes to get rid of those pigeons and deep cleaned the area. Only a couple of pigeons came back but West Coast Pest Control were quick to respond and applied the additional spikes needed to finally get rid of the problem and not one has returned. I found a dead spider in my house. Not sure why my cats did not take care of the evidence after they killed it. Of course a reverse google search confirmed my suspicions I had a brown recluse. Of course I now go all psychotic and believe I have an infestation of these deadly spiders. My girlfriend recommended West Coast Pest Control. I was able to send them a picture of my spider and they were wonderful. They listened to my paranoia and then reassured me it was not a brown recluse. Turns out it was just a plan old generic boring spider that looks like a brown recluse. So to say I got myself all worked up for nothing. I still had them come out and Aaron was wonderful. He walked me through what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. He was easy to talk to and made the whole process so much easier. I contacted West Coast Pest Control via Yelp and they responded to my inquiry quickly and gave me a quote. I have lived in Arizona for 6 years and familiar with pest in the Maricopa County. They did an initial pest service that includes extensive spraying inside and out (including the backyard perimeter). I was overall happy with the service, as we have seen dead bugs around the house. It's been a couple of weeks and we have began to see a few live bugs, but I live in a new build and understand that it could take a few more visits to terminate the problem we have. So so SO incredibly grateful for having found West Coast Pest Control! After moving into our new home my husband and I were less than thrilled to discover we had other occupants... scorpions! And many of them!! We would go into the back yard with a black light and find 20 scorpions in a matter of minutes. Wow, I was absolutely amazed with Wes and his team during our recent issue with roof rats. George and Wes both have been out to the house and always send a text about a half an hour before the arrive. They also accommodated my difficult schedule because I work nights. They came up with an easy to understand, short-term four-week approach to the rats with a longer, follow up plan that fit our budget and schedule.
