This company is amazing. I would give more than five stars if I could. I had a bee problem in front of my house called and spoke with Wes, the owner. He sent somebody out the very next day and sprayed the bees. I realized the next morning. The bees, were coming through the front window inside my house . I called again and spoke to Wes , he said he would try to contact one of his workers as they were all working on the east side. Apparently he couldn't get anybody to come so he himself, the owner, came within 10 minutes and took care of the problem I would highly highly recommend them, the pricing was more than fair. Friendly, fast service, and knowledgeable. We had an infestation of tiny black bugs, and they told us what they were (grass bugs), and how to prevent them in the future (better maintenance of our backyard). We use their services every 2 months, and it has kept the critters at bay. We have not had an issue with the grass bugs since, and other random bugs have not been an issue either. read more

We've been using WCPC for a few months now. Super nice, always on time and great communication when they are on the way out. Every time they are at the house they are super nice and polite. Always COVID-19 friendly as well as understanding with everyone being in the house and working around our chaos while trying to complete their work. Recently I was out of town and the night before I was to leave we found 2 scorpions where my kids had heavy traffic. Left a message using the Yelp messaging and they responded right away and set up time with my wife to come by immediately and put down another treatment inside the house. The last thing I needed to worry about was this while I was away and awesome that the response time and being able to rely on a company was huge. So hard to find reliable businesses. I requested tick extermination after my dog brought the nasty critters home after a day hike. West Coast Exterminators were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They confirmed what the veterinarian had told me about combined pet medications and home spraying to fix the problem. The number of ticks has decreased significantly, and are nearly entirely gone. West Coast's technicians have been good communicators regarding the problem. (It can take up to a year to completely rid the house of ticks.) West Coast Pest Control are incredible and specialized in pest removal. We recently purchased a house in Phoenix that had a large pigeon problem on our casita roof. We tried placing fake birds, spinning/sparkly deterrents and spraying them with a water hose but nothing worked, pigeons are very persistent. The West Coast Pest Control team came out and placed the necessary wires and spikes to get rid of those pigeons and deep cleaned the area. Only a couple of pigeons came back but West Coast Pest Control were quick to respond and applied the additional spikes needed to finally get rid of the problem and not one has returned.
