I cant say enough nice things about doing business with her-she is on top of things, helpful, available at extended hours as far as most storages go-she is willing to work with you and seems like a dedicated person on site, plus the place is always super clean!! I want to thank noreta for showing my mom and I that good sweet decent ppl still exist out there you made our lives a million times easier and made my day for sure:) im very happy to say my things are still stored with her there and I have no desire to use anyone else for my storage needs!

The rate you pay the first month will go up to almost double in a couple of months. After you have moved in you will learn the rent goes up. You're OK for the first three months, but after that, if you were paying $300, now it will cost you over $500. They know how difficult it is to move, so they take advantage of that. I'm sure it's good for their profits, but wrong to do to your customers, in my opinion.

The manager, Julia, and staff members Juan and Bianca, are personable, professional, and very attentive to both the customers' needs and continual facility upkeep. The storage facility is always very competitively priced relative to other nearby alternative storage facilities, and consistently, clean, well-maintained, and secure. I would highly recommend Frontier Self Storage.

A couple of weeks ago, all my cards, credit and debit were stolen and I had to get all of them replaced which if it's ever happened to you takes some time. I finally receive my cards and then proceed to call Frontier Storage to pay my bill. This of course included a $10 late fee. Julia who I spoke to just refused to waive the $10 fee despite my explanation of the circumstances. Her response was "well it's clearly stated in your contract- any late bills include a 10 dollar late fee." You mean the contract I signed over 2 years ago? And what about a bit of empathy and kindness for a customer that has been paying regularly for 2 years without a single issue. I get it's a business as I too am a business owner but here's a newsflash, you are still dealing with people. The lesson here is, a bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way. You treat people right, they will stay or continue to come back. So needless to say, we will be moving our business elsewhere. By the way, I guess she's not very good at math. I paid the $10 but she'll be losing out on $1008 in revenue instead! I hope the actual owner of this business reads this review and effectively makes some changes and teaches Julia about this thing called customer service. Stay away! Pay a bit more elsewhere where customer service matters.

It was extremely simple to book a unit on line and have it ready to move into with all the information supplied in advance on the internet. The buildings and grounds are extremely well maintained with the unit I rented in perfect condition and having the benefit of climate control. That's the physical side; all good. The service side is what separates any business from its competition and in this case the person on point on my first visit made all the difference in separating this unit from all before. The was extremely helpful and informative, pleasant and cheerful and made sure everything was perfect for our unit and visit with helpful tips. Thank you, Emmy! You deserve a raise for your excellent work ethic for Extra Space. I've already recommended ES to several friends based on the quality of the facility and the premium customer experience.

Mind you, after the promo price ended, I'm paying $333/month, believing my belongings were safe and well-maintained. Fast-forward to less than a year later, I visited my unit only to find it covered in rat droppings and not just a little, a lot. It was disgusting. I phoned immediately and spoke to the person working the on-site office, they admitted another unit in the same building had the same issue. I was shocked that this wasn't disclosed to tenants. She said they "don't notify anyone" and just wait for tenants to discover it themselves. Seriously? To make matters worse, because I don't have insurance, they told me there's nothing they can do. Now I have to throw away a lot of my things and I don't have a way to transport that stuff to the dump and they don't allow tenants to use their garbage or recycling bins. Despite asking for a call back from George Bishop (the higher-up), I never received one. This kind of lack of accountability and basic decency is unacceptable. If they know there's a rodent issue, specifically rats, the least they could do is warn people or take preventive measures. Instead, they continue to charge premium prices while tenants deal with the consequences. A household's worth of items ruined, no follow-up, and no concern shown. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. By the way, I just found out last week (Oct 2025) and this is the location that was the old Pepsi building before.
