The most amazing customer service from a laundromat. A good value and environment I strongly recommend this establishment to everyone.

I've never written a negative review--assuming it's better to say something nice or to shut-up--but this place is so appalling it deserves one. It is above all else filthy with surfaces covered in powdery detergent and gunk, and there's an odd and unpleasant smell. The flimsy wire bench has enough room for 3 people if all of them are razor-thin and don't mind touching. When one moves or gets up, the whole bench rocks like crazy. There used to be a nice lady managing the place. She was the one, I assume, who kept it clean, in addition to dispensing quarters for paper money, and running a quirky, nice little hand-made jewelry concession behind her counter--all the while playing peaceful classical music. This was a long time ago but I do remember at least then that the place was clean and a pleasure to be in. I was so disgusted with the recent visit that I pulled my bathroom rugs out of the dryer while still damp just so I could get out of the place. And when I went to load my two tote bags, one of them had been stolen! I hope changes will be made to bring the place back up to decent standards. read more

I brought my bedspread down for wash in big machines. Note on door states that they are open but no hot water and some machines not working. Did not need hot water for my wash so used big machine (28 quarters) that had a note that it was a working machine taped on front. Throw in quarters come back later to bedspread in the machine but soaking wet. Spread must weighed 20 lbs. Call phone number provided but just got answering machine. Left my info no response. Washed the spread again (28 more quarters) in a different washer it did go through the spin cycle and spun the water out. Took the spread home to dry didn't want to risk the poor performance with the dryers. I'll be checking back for my $7 refund. A real disappointment and a ruined Sunday afternoon read more

Went here for the first time today. Won't be back. Very cramped...if someone is folding their laundry, you can't get past them to use the machines. I have not seen a laundromat change machine that won't take 10s or 20s in years (what a pain!)....not mention how incredibly fussy it is about ones...spits most of them back out. No single load machines, so don't bother coming unless you have a lot of laundry. And the double and triple loaders are at least a couple dollars more per cycle than any other place I've been. I like to go here. Its clean and never too crowded. They only reason it didnt get 5 stars was the change machine is very picky and that stresses me out. Also, there are not any single load washers. Double loaders are too big for my needs. read more

I've been using this laundromat for close to 20 years. Whenever I want to wash an oversized comforter, or when my washing machine is being repaired, or I've let the dirty clothes pile up for too long, I head over here from Acton. In 2 or 3 hours I can easily clean the equivalent of what would be 20 loads at home. Yay! I was here today at 7:30AM & it was relaxing & wonderful as it always is. (I wasn't aware that it opens at 5AM every day, so that's great to know.) Anyway, the lovely woman who owns, and runs, the laundromat is a treasure - always a kind smile on her face - and she makes sure the place is spic-and-span all the time. The machines (& dryer filters) are kept clean inside & out; the floor is clean & polished; the plants are beautifully maintained as well. There are several different sizes of washing machines, which is very convenient. There's also dollar-changing machine, so you'll always have enough quarters, and there are also machines with single-serving detergents & fabric softeners. And the icing on the cake is the classical music - a very nice touch. Lastly, the location is fabulous because while your laundry is doing its thing, you can walk all around West Concord, which is a lovey little town with plenty of unique shops. I count myself very lucky to have this wonderful laundromat so close by, and I will continue to look forward to my visits :D read more

Looked for a laundromat in Maynard and could not find it so came here. This place is disgusting. Not only is there not a human around to help when the machine does not dispense quarters, but it looks like it has never been cleaned. The ceilings are filled with cobwebs and bugs. The washing machines have green algae growing in them. DISGUSTING. Filthy and should be shut down. Cannot recommend at all and if I could give no stars I would read more

I went here today and all I can say is AMAZING!!! The machines are high quality and extremely efficient. The woman who was working was so kind and helpful. Has classical music playing and nice bright, clean atmosphere. They even provide great reading material. I will definitely be back! read more

Ugh. This place is beyond disgusting!! If one of my articles of clothing were to fall on the floor I would literally feel the need to burn it. The last time the floor was mopped and this place was given a good clean I was most likely in diapers. I felt like I was doing my laundry in a creepy strangers basement. In one corner by the front door I noticed a giant nest of spiders and spider webs with dozens of flies stuck in them. There are 4 chairs in the whole place. My suggestions? Frighten clean this place! Throw out all the crusty plants and wall art that is so old it is faded from the sun, a fresh coat of paint and modernize the change machine. read more
