For $4.50 you can add embroidery. There are different sizes for the bandanas as and you can pick out the fabric you like. Turnaround time was only a day or two. The pen Manager explained the specific refills in detail. Bonus, she wrote down the details of each model on the back of her business card. I've used their gift wrap single sheets to cover a very worn box (lid and bottom) which I disappointingly cannot find a replacement for the dimensions as equal in depth. Their gift wrap single sheets also make a nice decor cover to a plain folder to express my free-spirit CHARMED personality. My favorite was their stamp collecting line which has sadly discontinued, the existing travel line and Parisian line. I immensely enjoy their products particularly their gift wrap single sheets. Where there is creativity stems talent where one can personalize a custom gift taken straight from the heart!

I barely made it past the cards and stickers after 30 minutes. The items are a bit pricy but that's the general trend of stickers and cards from smaller creators. Alan was rude, patronizing and deeply inappropriate as he attempted to intimidate the store manager, who held her own with impressive grace and strength. There were several customers in the shop that night, and it seemed that most were unwilling to leave until we knew that the manager and her staff were safe. We were relieved when security arrived. Kudos to the manager for her poise under pressure, her commitment to protecting her staff, and unwillingness to give in to his attempts to intimidate or take the bait of engaging with his review.
