A nice surprise for a small Island locale! We are visiting from AL, staying at Holiday Inn vacation club - where there is no gym. Vacations do not mean skipping my workouts so I was thankful the resort had vouchers to use this gym. It's fully loaded with standard cardio equipment, machines, cross fit gear and has everything I could want in a gym! It's also 24 hrs with key code access making it very convenient. I've gone in the mornings between 8-10 am and only a handful If people have been in it while I was there. Gym Owner is very meticulous, has a place for everything and really likes everything in its place. It is clean and they offer the use of towels, fresh water to drink and restrooms on site. There are TV's in the cardio area and music in weight areas. They do offer monthly memberships around $55 a month per person. A little prices, but was well worth the use for vacay!! read more

We stay in RV resorts in Galveston & work out here while there. It's small but has all of the necessary equipment to get our workout in. And, they offer monthly memberships with no contract. read more

Great little gym! I was here in Galveston for the weekend with family and I am an early riser-gym fanatic. I saw they had 24 hour access so at 5am I drove over. No one was there but I called the number on the door and the owner gave me an access code. I was able to workout alone and paid for my day pass when he arrived. Came back the next day at 5am and did it all over again! Truly a great escape from family lol read more

Nice local gym. It has everything you need for a great workout without the crowds. Usually there are only one or two people there. It gets a little more crowded after work but never too crowded. No classes just machines and some weights. They have great ice water and coffee plus headphones and towels. for use if needed. read more

I have been a member for the past year and a half and have been extremely pleased with this west-end neighborhood gym. This gym has a more than adequate number of treadmills and elliptical machines for cardio work-outs. Also, an excellent assortment of free weights and machines. In addition, the gym is very clean and has 24 hour access. Mike, the owner is very helpful, kind and addresses everyone by their first name. This gym checks off all the boxes for me. read more

Great annual memberships for locals and short-term memberships for visitors. Clean bathrooms. Fresh, cold water and ice. This is a great gym. They have everything you need for a great workout. They have free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The owner is very nice and helpful. We were visiting for a week and he took the time to get to know our names and ask us how we were doing. I highly recommend this gym and will definitely come back if visiting again. read more
