The staff seem to genuinely care for my baby, which is nice. I really like having the app to see what's going on throughout the day, though it's only as good as the events logged by the staff. Getting several pictures of my baby every day when they are at daycare makes being apart a little easier. In my five months as a customer so far, there has been one misunderstanding about dates the nursery was open/closed due to inconsistent materials on the holiday schedule, and there has been one morning when no one was on site to take care of the children when the center opened, and one of the parents had to call Christina to let her know about the issue, and so we had to just wait there in the lobby with our kiddos until someone arrived (bless you, Kathy!). This is not easy work, so I would say the cost is justified. I'm really grateful for the care my child has received from the staff here and look forward to continuing to partner with them in caring for my child when I am unable to do so myself.

I've seen it multiple times. The older ladies at the school are rude to the children, compared to the other groups, led by the younger women. I would never let my kid go here seeing how they treat people's children.

Everything changed after they left including the owner terminating our contract after our son spit on 2 students during a teacher transition phase. We understand that children are not perfect and knew that behavior incidents would happen. Our son got bit and spit on in their care. In our opinion 4 year olds need an environment where their strengths are built on and they go to preschool to learn rather than expected to be perfect.

However, the app is very well designed with a thorough set up process for the parent, detailing the needs of your children so that you don't have to repeat yourself every time you speak with or hire a sitter-the information is entered and viewable by the sitter you confirm. This makes hiring a sitter again as easy as setting a date, choosing which sitter friends to invite, and then choosing which one to confirm of those that accept the job. I was pleasantly surprised! The app was very efficient for setting up a sitter, and Brenda arrived promptly and was a huge hit with my boys. She took them to the park, kept the tv off even with multiple requests from my 5 year old, and even got my 18 month old down in his bed for a nap (practically impossible!) As she was leaving, my 5 year old was telling her all about what they would do next time she came, he had such a good time! Payment was completely handled in the app, Brenda used the app to clock in upon arrival, and to clock out when she left, so those extra 10 minutes she stayed due to me hitting traffic on my way back home were no problem at all. The extra time was prorated and charged to my credit card so that she got paid for every minute, and I didn't have to worry about a few extra minutes costing me another hour, or any hard feelings from the sitter if she unexpectedly had to stay late. I will be using the app again, I love the speed that you can find a sitter (had 3 sitters accept in the first 20 minutes!), the versatility of time provided, and the quality of service provided. I sent an email in October but never got a response. This lack of ability to reach anyone was a big red flag for me and we decided to have my daughter go to another center. I am shocked that nobody reached out to me because I had filled out paperwork 10 months before our expected start time. I don't know if they just aren't organized or if they simply don't care about prior agreements.

They cleaned up very nicely after their work. Parts are increasingly expensive and there's not much to be done to remedy this in this time of supply chain woes. I intentionally chose this facility after touring multiple because it was the cleanest and most colorful one. Although childcare is expensive in general, I wish I could give even more money to these wonderful people who take care of the most important thing in my life.
