Betrayal. Went in for a routine recall repair after my being a loyal customer for years. They disconnected the car battery during the procedure and when they returned the car to me the GPS , radio, & heating/cooling display no longer worked. When I realized this soon after reclaiming my car, the "service" dept told me too bad and I would need to pay them to replace the entire display unit to the tune of some $300. Very untrustworthy, total lack of integrity, all about them soaking the customer for more $. Bush league betrayal from the only dealer in the county. We went in to find a car for our high schooler. After looking at Honda, Toyota, and Kia we settled on a new K4. Tim, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient we examined various cars. With his help we bought a K5 instead of the K4. The entire staff at WH Kia were friendly and helpful. The sales managers both checked on us several times to ensure our satisfaction. The dealership didn't have a huge selection, but enough for us to have choices. The price was reasonable and we were happy at the end of the visit. This dealership does not do "market adjustments" like a certain Tacoma Kia and they will show you their invoice so you know what they paid. After I spent 4 hours buying the car and took it home, they called and harassed me, with threats of returning the car, losing a low interest rate, and other high pressure tactics to get me to agree to less favorable terms than were in the original signed contract. I went to West Hills Kia to have my car serviced. My service advisor was Nina Shaw, I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Nina said that she could get me in early. I was having my oil changed, Nina noticed from previous appointments that the brakes needed attention soon, she did a tire rotation and brake inspection and said the brakes were good. I had been taking my car to West Hills Honda where Nina was my service advisor, she did such a great job that we followed her with my Honda Accord to West Hills Kia. I took my Kia Optima Sx Turbo to West Hills Kia on May 26,2025 Memorial Day weekend. This second engine, previously replaced under an earlier recall, had also bit the dust after just 30k miles on what I had been told was a BRAND NEW ENGINE replacement. Its now August 23, 2025 and I am still waiting for them to replace the "brand new" remanufactured engine that was supposedly put in under the previous recall with another "BRAND NEW remanufactured engine" again. All summer I was told they are waiting to hear from Kia whether or not they will replace the obviously crap motor that was put in and lasted 30k miles. And because they didn't know if it was covered under the recall, they were unable to provide me with a loaner car. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS! I have been without transportation of any kind for 4 months! I am a senior disabled woman who is unable to walk without a walker and under doctors care for an upcoming hip surgery. I explained that I didn't have any other mode of transportation and was growing frustrated with the lack of concern and same excuse every Friday when I called for status. Seemed very strange that when someone other than the service manager answered the phone, no one was able to even find my service ticket in their system, asking if it was under a different name or if I was sure I was calling the right dealership. They would try to tell me my car was not with them to be serviced. VERY STRANGE At theel beginning of August I decided to call Kia Customer Care to inquire about the status of the engine replacement under the recall since I was told every Friday they were waiting on Kia to get back to them . SURPRISE SURPRISE.... KIA CORPORATE HAD NO RECORD UNDER MY VIN NUMBER OF ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM WEST HILLS KIA WHATSOEVER! Kia opened a claims ticket and contacted West Hills Kia. That was 3 weeks ago. They assured Kia that the engine would be replaced with another brand new remanufactured engine - as a courtesy at their expense - and have it ready for me to pick up by Friday 08/16. Kia called Tuesday 8/20, to make sure I got the car in satisfactory condition .. the car was not ready and I did not have it yet. Kia Customer Care was very displeased and emailed the dealership for status. Thursday 08/22 I received a call from West Hills guaranteeing my car would be ready to pick up Friday afternoon 08/23. NOPE In fact, when I called West Hills Kia to make sure before making the trip to the dealership, I got the same run around I had gotten all summer long .... WHATS THE NAME, COULD IT BE UNDER DIFFERENT LAST NAME, ARE YOU SURE ITS AT WEST HILLS? OMG and guess what? My car IS there and it is being worked on and it will be done by Tuesday 8/26..... 4 months of this nonsense. Can't even locate the service ticket for my car? Am I sure it's at their service department? I had to have a car to use on August 12 and 13. West Hills did (after threatening to call an attorney) decide to provide me with a rental car to use for 4 days. The service manager let me know that he PERSONALLY was covering the charges for the rental car..... 1. West Hills messed up when they performed the first engine replacement by covering it under the powertrain warranty and not the recall. 2. West Hills failed to address the knock sensor at the time they installed the BRAND NEW ENGINE as I was told , unaware it was a rebuilt engine 3. West Hills didn't not properly document that engine replacement nor was KIA aware of it for my car history 4. That engine lasted 30k and it crapped out with same engine recall issue. 5. Because of the way it was handled the first time, KIA was rejecting this recall because of that knock sensor they forgot to address and because nothing was ever reported initially KIA has repeatedly asked West hills for documentation and a copy of the service tickets,.along with followup emails for status and explanation as to why the car wasn't ready when they were told it would be on 08/20. KIA has not received any responses according to their customer care representatives. At this point, I'm thinking West Hills should consider a "courtesy" transfer of a 2025 Kia Optima SX Turbo. I'll see what I'm told next Friday.... read more

We took our 2017 Kia Soul into west hills Kia today. We made an appointment for this Tuesday. Now we where going to be gone on a trip and told them no hurry, we will be back on a the date given to them. The car had Code PO303, Misfire on cylinder 3. The car has 74 thousand miles on it. Still has the 100 thousand miles powertrain warranty. We dropped the car off Friday before the Appointment. We already know it has a bad injector or coil. Told by a Kia mechanic. We were not even back home an hour and Nina from west hills Kia called and said that our car has no warranty on it. Now anyone that grew up in Kitsap county knows West Hills Auto plex is called Crook Hill. But Kia has always been good to us till now. We said that we already checked and yes the car still has a warranty. Nina still said no it does not, you're the second owner. Which we are not. we bought the car from them lest than a year old with the factory warranty. So Nina tells us to call this 800 number. So now I have to do her job for her. We called another Kia dealer on the other side of the bridge. They found the warranty good. We text her back and said the car DOES have the warranty and she still said no it does not. so we told her not to touch the car and we will come get and take it to the other Kia dealer. Down fall, they don't have time this mouth because they are so busy. I'm assuming because everyone with a Kia has to go there from over here. The First Gentleman Alex we take to about the appointment was from nice and was confused when we left. we briefly told him what had happen, but we where so mad that we just got in our cars and left. So now we are waiting for the other Kia to see if they can squeeze us in. They had told us they hear a lot about West Hills. The bad part is, they didn't even look at the car before they started deny warranty claims! Not sure what other people thank of that, but come on, find out the solid problem before you deny warranty claims! So in short, if you live in Kitsap county avoid West Hills Auto Complex all together. Make the trip some where else. They only want your money and they don't want to help their customers. October of 2024 my daughter's 2018 Kia Sorento's engine threw at least two bolts from the engine, spilling oil everywhere inside the engine compartment and on the road. The car was under the 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. Kia put one requirement after another to deny coverage. After my daughter met the requirements, there was one delay after another in getting the repair. A "loaner" car was finally authorized in the middle of November. Even then one car needed to be returned because it needed an oil change. The second rental car would not hold air in the tire. The third vehicle was returned in December because Kia said it was costing them too much money to provide the car. The news my daughter heard today is the part finally arrived today and the car repair should be completed by the end of January !!!!! Kia service also informed my daughter the brakes on the car needed replaced, and because of all the delays, the service department would do that work for $800 !!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! read more

Just spoke with a Jose at KIA West HILLS dealership. I was asking about all of the malfunctions that my new KIA SOUL is having. My dash cam doesn't work , my windows have a hard time rolling up, my brake light sensors keep going off, and my backup camera does not work. I was astonished to hear him say that all KIAs malfunction. This is a brand new car. Do I have to have this brand new KIA serviced and repaired every month? How much money do these people want from me? Jose was speaking to me like a "snake oil salesman". Any car salesman who continuously cuts into a conversation about problems with his own car is not very smart. This is not about his car being broken. My brand new KIA IS NOT functioning properly. MaeKayla was my service advisor and she did an outstanding job in getting me a super cool clean and sleek 2023 rental while my car was getting diagnostics, oil change, and service. They even provide a FREE CAR WASH coupon upon pickup to a local car wash. Waiting periods were not long. Follow up and response time for phone calls and emails was incredible. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Car didn't even last 100,000 miles and service has been horrendous. I have never left a bad review for anyone, but I feel a sense of responsibility to tell you about Westhills Autoplex and Haselwood car dealers. After being a great customer and buying three new Kias from them over the past decade, I will never purchase from Kia, Westhills or any Haselwood auto dealership, ever again. I have never been treated like this by any other customer service industry in my six decades of living. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The general manager gave out his email and phone number saying to contact him if you need anything, which we did, but we received no response whatsoever after our multiple attempts to reach him. Also tried to talk with the service manager multiple times over many months and he never returned calls, voicemail or emails. The service reps on the floor are nice, but when there's a problem they can't help you and tell you they'll talk to the manager about it. I do not believe these people care a whip about us. We have been turned away time and again with an engine under warranty that was failing, was never properly diagnosed, and could have caught fire! It's happening to many Kia engines - google it. Here's the story that has been going on for a year and a half, while we were trying everything to get help for an engine that failed under warranty: I bought a 2014 Kia Rio, new, which started to have engine and oil consumption issues at 93,000 miles. We took it in over and over again trying to get it fixed, to no avail. Westhills Kia told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car each time we took it in, and kept asking to do oil consumption tests and "come back in 1,000 miles," which we did and they repeatedly found "nothing wrong." Were they purposely dragging their feet, or do they not know how to properly diagnose and repair engine problems - until the warranty expires? Not only has Westhills Kia blown us off time and time again, telling us there was no problem with the engine repeatedly until it seized and melted the catalytic converters, but because they did nothing but tell us to "come back in another 1,000 miles" repeatedly, until it failed just as the odometer turned past the 100,000 mile warranty, Westhills then told us it would cost $4,000 for a new engine. After months of trying to get reparations through Kia Consumer Affairs (who would never follow up as they said they would - we had to continually call them for months to get any answers at all) they gave us a "goodwill new engine" but instead, they didn't do a full engine replacement as they seemed to imply they would, and only replaced the block, which proved to fix none of the issues. The engine still shook like crazy when fired and still had the same terrible noise as before and this "new engine" has a warranty of only 1 year or 12,000 miles when it should have been "lifetime" since it definitely began to fail under warranty and we took it in repeatedly for help, while under warranty. After the "new engine" was put in, they said the catalytic converter was melted and we had to get that replaced for $1,800. We did that and then they said the cylinder head and valves needed replacement but Kia denied helping us because it was, "out of warranty." What a bunch of lemon companies! We have been out of a working car for a year and a half now and have a car that failed within the warranty - and neither Westhills nor Kia corporate is offering to fix the issue completely or replace the car - but they do offer to keep taking our money for repairs that don't work! We were told by a service rep at Westhills Kia that Kia engines are failing like crazy - so I googled and found it's true and that there are class action lawsuits for engine failures and engine FIRES! So far Kia has settled over $1.3 billion dollars in failed and deadly engine lawsuits. Just to warn you, DO NOT BUY FROM WESTHILLS OR HASELWOOD AUTO - and DO NOT BUY A KIA!! A few years down the road, you will deeply regret ever believing in them. read more

I purchased an EV6 from West Hills Kia a week ago and am very happy with them. They were the only dealership I could find in the region that did not add markup on this model. They did require inclusion of some dealer-installed options that I would not have selected or that were priced above Kia's list price, but in the present situation of this model like many being in short supply, this was a much better deal than the $3-5k over MSRP I saw elsewhere. Not surprisingly, West Hills Kia had no units in stock when I contacted them in August. They required a $500 non-refundable deposit to get in their queue, which I decided was worth it. Two months later, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a car for me. I wonder if it helped that I checked in with them monthly (I didn't want to be forgotten) and I'm not somebody who tries to drive a hard bargain even in buyer-friendly times. Stephen Taylor was my salesperson and was terrific. He was straightforward about how the process works, was friendly and easy to work with throughout, and knew the car's features very well (particularly given that it's still new and there aren't that many of them). I'm glad I took him up on his offer to pick me up at the ferry terminal. He's been great about checking in since the purchase and answering my further questions about the car's features. As evidence of his willingness to help, Stephen gave the example of another customer calling him at 4:45 AM when he needed help with his car. Stephen truly impressed me with his willingness to make car-buying a good experience, and he's simply a very nice, likable person. The only negative about the experience was that on the Sunday I came to the dealership, having filled out as many forms in advance as possible and with an appointment, I had to spend six hours at the dealership. The finance department, who needed to execute the forms with me, was short-staffed due to illness (I'm glad the staffer didn't come to work sick). Stephen did give me the news of the delay once I was there (no one strung me along), and the finance person was good to work with once he was finally available. I don't know if the dealership is having trouble with staffing, like so many businesses are, or if I just had bad luck that day. Still, given the industry's situation and how good the rest of the experience was, I'm a happy camper and would highly recommend Stephen Taylor and West Hills Kia. read more

I let them know I previously called and was given approval to purchase the car and license out of state. The finance person was arrogantly rude and aggressive with his negative response. He first stated it takes too long to make title for out of state and I responded with it didn't matter how long it took. After advising him a few accurate purchase points... he responded that he just would not sell to an out of state customer. This is discrimination. My son and I still purchased the car and registered it in WA. It shouldn't have mattered which state to title as we still bought the car. I had not so great credit, and instead of trying to force me into a car I could not afford (like a competitor did), my salesman at Kia listened to what I needed and helped me finance my first car. Every time I visit Kia to have my car serviced, it is a pleasant experience. All the technicians are knowledgeable and they don't try to rip people off. A fair price for a fair service. Terribly experience. Took my car in to repair back up camera. Kept my car for 3 days and told me they would cover my rental with Enterprise. Enterpise charged me for the rental. I have contacted Kia (James service manager 3 times) and he will not get back with me, even although he told me he would take care of it. Wont return my calls. He asked me to submit my amex bill, which I did. I wrote an email, cc both general manager and quality assurance manager, but no one has got back with me. I opened a dispute with my credit card. To top it all, when I got home, my camera wasnt working. Also told me that it would be $175 to diagnose and fix the camera, ended up charging me over $300. Bad business, terrible work ethic. Was looking for a hybrid SUV and contacted numerous dealerships. Julia, the internet coordinator, was by far the best contact at any of the stores I shopped. Very responsive and helpful. Appreciated how she answered my questions directly and didn't rely on automated messages like most of the other dealerships. They had a Sportage Hybrid available and were one of the only dealerships regardless of brand offering their car without thousands of dollars in mark ups. They also offered a very fair trade value right off the bat. Stopped by the store and Lea helped me. She's newer to the industry but would definitely recommend her. She's friendly and eager to help make the process as easy as possibly. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. The sales manager, Colton, made things easy and didn't try to throw in any hidden fees or things that many other dealerships do. Cody in finance helped with the paperwork. Where to start. Wife and I got a new EV9 from them. We wanted a specific color and were told we'd have to wait for it to come in which was fine. What wasn't fine was the date kept changing from a couple weeks to maybe over a month to maybe tomorrow and many times with little to no notice. Finally said we'd just wait and they said it would be in the next day and that the car would be prepped and ready by end of week. Made an appointment to come in and sign the papers and showed up only to be told the car never arrived (the one that was supposedly there like 5 days before) even though THAT MORNING I was told all was good for me to come in. About a week later the car came in and when we inspected it found that there was still a bunch of sticker residue all over the roof along with waterspotting and caked on dirt. Even the tires were over 20 psi over inflated. I told them and their solution was car wash tickets (to fix the fact that they didn't prep the car properly). Finally had a sales manager reach out to fix things and left the car with them for two weeks while on vacation and when I dropped it off showed him all the issues and he was very sorry and said it would all be resolved when we got back. Two weeks later, NOTHING had been resolved. Same residue, dirt, water spotting and everything. They were also supposed to put a paint and interior protectant on, NOPE. I texted the sales manager and NOT A WORD. This is a $80K flagship EV and I've bought $15K cars with better support and delivery. I would avoid this dealership completely if this is the way they treat clients with a brand new car (especially at this price point). I bought a Sorento from them maybe 8-10 years ago and didn't have any issues, but evidently that ship has sailed. read more

Dealer told me it was available and that that "they are already pulling the car up" for me to look at when we got there. Drove to Bremerton, about an hour. Waited about 20 min for someone to check into things and tell me the car was sold "quite a while ago." Classic bait and switch nonsense. I understand that dealers exist to make a profit, but I can't abide by outright lies. When I complained the floor staff guy just turned his back on me and walked away. On the small chance that they weren't lying and something was lost in communication between the Internet sales guy and the floor sales team...then they're still incompetent. This dealership was awesome to work with. After having some sketchy experience with the Renton Kia, we headed to West Hills. At West Hills, they gave the BEST price on our EV6. They were honest and upfront about the lease and followed up with phone calls after the deal was made. They didn't forget us like some businesses do after they have your money in their hands. West Hills Kia was by far the worst dealership that I've ever had to deal with in my whole life. The salesperson, his manager, and the finance department were super hard to deal with. They had a hard time giving me an itemized cost of the purchase, tried to charge more than what was listed in the windows sticker, almost forgot to deduct my deposit from the total price, tried to sneak in a $299 vin tracking service, and didn't notify me ahead of time they needed to run a credit check even on me even though I was paying cash. The whole transaction took over three hours to complete. Other cars I've purchased before took less than 1.5 hours to complete. Needless to say, I will never buy another car from this dealership again. read more

I purchased an EV6 GT-Line from West Hills Kia and had a mostly positive experience. I placed an order with this dealership for the car back in June 2022, as at the time they were the only dealer in the wider Seattle metro area not charging a dealer markup (and many were charging $5k or more over MSRP). Only requirement was some dealer accessories. I shot an email asking if one accessory could be removed and still reserve a spot - yes, $500 deposit, no problem - given a 3-6 month "average" delivery window. I checked up with them monthly from September, and unfortunately kept hearing that Kia hadn't accepted my order yet. Frustrating but not West Hills' fault. In December my persistence paid off and I was told that while my order was still stuck in limbo, someone with a very similar build had backed out and I could take that order. The only difference was the seats. I confirmed via email that our previous negotiation about dealer accessories was still good. The car arrived in early February and I made the drive to the dealership. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about my appointment time and they weren't quite ready for me in the morning, but it was handled gracefully and they still were able to help me out and quickly get the car charged and presentable. The second wrinkle was when the price sheet came out, it was not for the previously negotiated add-ons. It was missing accessories I had requested and included a Pulse brake + dashcam system we had explicitly agreed to remove. The trouble is, that these are already installed in the car by the parts department, which is why I'd negotiated them away in advance - to avoid this exact problem. Aside from that, there were no other surprises though. Fees, taxes, registration were exactly as expected/advertised and the base price was MSRP as promised. We had a few back and forths about it with adjusting offers, and eventually West Hills removed the Pulse line item from the sheet even though the brakes and cam wiring were already installed, and added the additional accessories I requested instead. It was some added stress during the buying process, but not a lot of stress, and I believe both sides were satisfied. Haley was great and friendly during the test drive before handing me off to insurance. Second Haley at insurance was friendly and not at all pushy when I wasn't immediately interested in changing providers. The gentleman in finance (sorry, I did not take notes!) was also incredibly friendly and not high pressure in selling additional products at the last minute - took "no" easily. All-in-all it was about 3.5 hours from coming in to leaving with the vehicle. The process was slowed down by haggling over my trade-in (expected) and the accessories (unexpected). Everyone was friendly, sales pressure was mostly low, and I got to leave with an amazing new EV6 at MSRP (+ a few accessories that I actually want). I would recommend this dealership. read more

BUYER BEWARE We went to buy a car for one of our 16 year olds for her 16th birthday. We ended up buying a 2019 kia Niro, after driving it 30 miles the engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership, the service dept looked at it and said it needs a new Cadilac converter. West hills kia didn't want to fix the car so they wanted to put us in a different car. We spent all day Saturday and majority of Easter Sunday looking at cars that weren't even close to what we bought for the year of the car and the features. The management team sent us on WILD GOOSE EGG HUNT for cars that weren't where they were even supposed to be. And then were told we had to make a decision off a picture and no test drive because the car was in the detail shop. West Hills kia finally refunded us our money because "they didn't have anything in their lot that we liked". Then the next day posted the same car for sale for the same price that we bought it for, after saying to us they were sending it to auction. Where is the integrity in that? We will never buy a car from here again. The salespeople were great and not pushy but the rest was horrible. Management kept saying they were going to make this right and they were so sorry this has happened to us, but never made it right. read more

They claimed that there were signs attempted rodent ingress in the cabin fresh air intake. Of course, this upset my wife and they charged her 650.00 to supposedly put rodent barriers in. This is the first car I have ever owned that this was deemed necessary and we have had many cars in areas far more rural. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service and your vehicle purchase. West hills KIA has lost our trust and our business. read more

I had a great experience with Blake from West Hills Kia. I was actually looking to purchase a Hyundai but he was able to help me out. I have talked to him before and really enjoyed working with him. He was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. He provided an excellent purchase experience both with setting up the purchase to a first class delivery. The first kid who met me at the door was incredibly sweet and approachable which was the only positive part of my experience here. Unfortunately they had no car to look at or test drive...the gentleman who came in afterwards to try and make a deal was unprofessionally put together. I'm not sure he had showered or brushed his teeth in days and was very odd putting. He continued to try and get me to test drive every other car than the one I was interested in and also suggested I put a deposit down on the car I liked but hadn't even seen/drove. We bought a new KIA EV6 a year ago. Customer service was fine while buying the car, but has been terrible since. We have had several service department appointments only to show up and they either don't know what they are doing or don't have the part they need or in the latest case don't have the tires in stock that the car needs after this long conversation about what tires we need when we made the appointment. We go back the next day to have the new tires put on and once again not the correct tires. Seriously. I'm willing to forgive mistakes, sometimes even incompetence. But I'm not willing to forgive not caring that you made a mistake or are incompetent. Do not buy a car from them. read more

Something ever piss you off so much by the experience alone that it keeps you up at night just stewing? That's west hills Kia. I get it. They are there to make a buck and boy do they. I'm trying to be civil. At this point I been waiting on a check they are supposed to send to the financial institution for the difference. That check may never come. It's been well over two months. Also when I bought my car (don't get me wrong I like the car but it was also over priced by 4K) it was supposed to be detailed another day. No big deal, I thought and waited a month and it was "No problem, we will get right on that to schedule your detail appointment" it's been well over 2 months. One of the seats smells really weird. I can't even place the smell. Another dream of them doing right by me is gone. I know now that I should of took my first impression by the first sentence that was spoken to me and walked right out. I don't know if the person was trying to be funny but it came off a little suspect. You are going to look me up and down and tell me "oh, I'm so glad you speak proper English" what is that supposed to mean? Honestly I was rather insulted by that. Then go into some Segway how not everyone does. Uh, no duh. We live in the great melting pot. Edits added The add on, the finance department was supposed to send the check and my financial institution still has yet to receive a check. The check we were told would of been around $6000+ (taxes and what not is the +) they told us we would get the smaller sum in the mail and we did $980 (for the smaller warranty we paid for) which we made the first payment with. The reason we were supposed to get this was our trade in and the amount of warranty unused was supposed to go towards the car loan. The original vehicle we bought was a lemon, we had it just under 30 days. They also knocked down the original vehicles price by nearly 7K. (We paid more for it. Swindled again) Still, with the warranty and trade in they told us should knock the price down once the check was received by the bank. This payment should of been paid by mid July at the latest. So they have us paying 30K!!!! For a car worth 14k. They ruined our credit and the possibility of buying a house. We should of gone to the dealership up the road from me which is amazing! It's not affiliated with this bigger dealership at all and the buying experience was amazing. Go to a small place. Go to a place that cares about future sales not just a quick sale. Go to a place that allows you to think about the purchase. We needed a bigger vehicle. This was supposed to be an exchange and not a trade-in. The car we originally got from them died in the middle of the road. Not once but twice. I was also told the reason they couldn't detail this car was because their detail shop burnt down from another vehicle they planned on putting on the lot and selling. I also have the original Vin for the car We got and am checking to see if they sold it to another dealership. If someone bought it because I told one of the guys on the lot that it needed to be yanked and not resold after he asked. I told everyone I could to yank it. From the mechanics and the manager at the time. Also, they made us feel like they were losing money on our purchase. Don't let them do you like that. They have insurance for these reasons. They could of easily done right by me and my family but chose not to. We lost so much money to them. Other people's stories I've heard, I have no idea how they stay in business at all. Does anyone know a good attorney? Car buying should not be like this. If and when the money is revived I'll pull this. Thought I'd wait for the beginning of the month, in case it was on its way and being processed BUT financial institution still haven't received anything and neither have I. I just hope when I take this in for the oil changes we paid for in advance that they don't actually screw that up. read more

We recently purchased our second Kia from West Hills Kia and I can't say enough how impressed we were. Were there a couple of glitches? Yes, but the primary one was of our own making and despite that, our salesman (Tom) and the general sales manager (Scott Kovacevich) made it right! We thought we were purchasing the trim package that had all the safety features we wanted and didn't discover until we drove it home that we hadn't really paid attention to ALL the features that our salesman described. And he did faithfully describe and show us everything the vehicle had on it. The next day when we got a call from the dealership and we said we weren't thrilled, we fully expected to be stuck with a car we weren't happy with. They said they would make it right and they did. A search was initiated and a vehicle was found that fit the bill. Long story shorter, they brought the new car up to West Hills. When it got here, we went in to pay the difference and take the car home. There was a minor mechanical issue that was discovered that needed to be corrected so Scott arranged, after giving us several good options, for a rental car for us to drive home while the problem was being fixed, at the dealership's expense. When the repair was done, Tom drove the car to us (we live over an hour away from the dealership) and took the rental back with him. Both Tom and Scott couldn't have been nicer (even providing lunch while we waited), or more professionally seen to our needs and happiness with the car we bought. Will we go back when the time comes to trade in? You betcha! We couldn't be happier. read more

I got a quote via edmunds.com and the inspection process was quick and easy. The facilities were very clean and I noticed staff always wiping down chairs, tables, surfaces every 10 minutes or so. Wow! We ran into battery issues on the road. Stopped in to Kia on a busy Saturday on our way to Yakima for the Yakimile. They got us in, battery changed out and back on the road in 30 minutes!!! Decided to buy a 2022 KIA NIRO EV just before year end to get the electric car Federal tax credit so it HAD to be done & documented prior to year end. Started on the phone with Jeff the GSM who bent over backwards to get model & color of my choice then brought in Blake E. who did all the leg work, get ready, final delivery & tutorial. Those are the mechanics which most can do. Here's the real important things; respect, professional, personable, friendly & sincere. A rare combination but these guys have the total package. I have bought 2 cars through West Hills Kia...that being said you would think that customer service might be a little better for a repeat customer. The service department is excellent, but the sales department is lacking. Every time I get my car serviced, they approach me and ask if I would like to trade in my vehicle because they are looking for well maintained used cars. I tell them what I would do and if they can meet that then we could talk. They say they will call me asap, then don't. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if it only happened once, but this has happened multiple times. My next car will most likely be purchased elsewhere, but I may continue on with their service department if possible. read more
