AND he was candid about what he didn't know; not in an ignorance is my defense sort of way, but in a "I don't know this class of truck" way. But Val in finance was the absolute best. He got us a finance package I never expected. He saw our credit score and used that to get us so many extras, even though I was sold before his effort. They were excited to talk to him as he's bought a couple vehicles and hey, can he help out with inventory reduction?!? Well, no, but can you help get our 80k truck out of your service department since it's been there over a month and your third party warrantee is refusing to cover what you signed a contact to cover?? Buying experience? 5/5. Service experience?!? We need a lawyer. References? We have purchased or traded in three vehicles from PO Ford. The purchase for our last vehicle was top notch, until it wasn't, Hubby bought a crew cab Super Duty F250 diesel with ALL the trimmings, including a bumper to bumper and extended drive train warrantee, In two years only 20ish k miles of minimal driving, he only brought it into PO Ford for servicing and routine oil changes. Over a month ago, we were headed home and all of a sudden it made awful clunking noises, seized up, and we used AAA to have it towed to PO Ford. They started to assess it. They claimed the assessor found over $10k needing to be repaired. Third party warrantee says we did aftermarket work that voids the warranty. But we have paperwork showing $30k of aftermarket add ons by the original owner that were existing at time of purchase. We did NO changes. All oil changes and routine maintenance were by PO Ford. A week after submitting that documentation, they are claiming they have to submit further photos to the third party warrantee.... but it should be approved. So we have been without a very expensive vehicle for almost a month with repeated denials for a loaner, all because THEY didn't fully document upgrades on a vehicle they sold. Thank goodness hubby kept all the documentation from the original owner!! Long story short, PO Ford needs to buck up and honor their service warrantees. Edit. It's been over a month now. Supposedly the third party warrantee has now approved the repairs, including a known Ford recall (oil pan drip pan?) so we may have the truck back by the end of TWO MONTHS so it's drivable, and then will have to bring it back in to get further work done because parts won't be available first another extended period. So that means 2 months of not having a vehicle, at over $800/month payments , because PO Ford partners with a third party warrantee program that won't cover what they agreed to pay for for months? And multiple times refused a convenience vehicle? So much for the salmon season, so glad we bought a boat to fish using this fancy truck! What type of attorney do we want for this? read more

If you've driven by or have gone in to talk with them about a car, noticed the rundown condition of the building no new floors no new paint not even an elevator for older people. They are not honorable people, and we'll talk their a bunch of empty words with no explanation for their lack of hiring capable mechanics, not apprentices. Do not buy a car from this company. They do not honor the 10 point check when they missed a leak in the coolant system but did not make it known to me on the May check up. After they had to fill it with antifreeze but did not tell me it was low and/or may have a leak. Never could explain how they missed it because they did not check that part of the car because the car hadn't reached its 60,000 mile check when I took it in. So , the engine blew a head gasket at 50,000 miles. Speaking to the manager of the parts and service department treated me as if I was lying to him said to me "sound as if you're looked to catch us in something". Hmmm, liars! The guilt must've been felt at that moment. By the way every department at Bruce Titus Ford in Port Orchard, is in it for the money not the care of their customers . They want the money! They don't truly care for the customers . They have an explanation and an answer for everything. No truth just lies. My advice to anyone who reads this review. Many improvements need to happen before they get their reviews up. I took a gamble reading the reviews and brought my car here to get work done. Long story short they have good customer etiquette and working on customer service. The reason for a 1 star is the work they did on my car. I asked to have my brakes diagnosed and they did not even remove the tires to check the i initial problem. To keep it short, I didnt trust the work they did and had another shop take a look and they were able to fix the problem without jumping other loops and fixing unnecessary things. They take a long time to work on your car as well Save yourself the headache, go somewhere that will take the problem from the start. read more

So I brought in my van to get looked at after already taking it to a previous mechanic and getting a bunch of work done. The main thing already done Was the O2 sensor. I took in and told them everything that was already done. They told me they would need to do a diagnostic fine that is reasonable. After that they told me it was spark plugs and the throttle body needs to be cleaned and that would be 930.00$ plus tax. So I said no I would be doing this myself. I took the van back bought spark plugs and cleaned it myself for 50$ no fix at all. Then they came back that the O2 sensor was bad. I told them it was just replaced there isn't a problem with it. So for another 500$ they did a deep dive diagnostic and said it was coming back as the O2 sensor due to it not being a ford sensor. It was a Bosch oem equivalent sensor. So they replaced that for another 500$ and imagine that it did nothing at all. Now I am 1000$ and three weeks down and all they have replace is the O2 sensor that was already replaced right before I took it to them. After they found that the MAP sensor was bad so that will need to be replaced. This is where it gets outrageous they told me let need to get a replacement intake manifold and ford stop making them so they had to find one from a junkyard. I couldn't understand why they would need a new one is. The manifold bad, cracked or have a hole in it? NO they said 90% of the time when they remove the tiny T25 screw holding the map sensor in place they break off the bolt and need to replace the entire manifold due to them damaging it. So they would break something and charge me the 2500$ in total to replace everything. This is outrageous the van itself is only worth 4000$ and they wanted 2500$ to replace the intake manifold they would break. I told them no I would do it myself so I went online found the ford MAP sensor for 80$ ordered it and am waiting for it to show up. In the meantime time I removed the MAP sensor very very easily without damaging anything with simply removing the single T25 screw pulling it out cleaning it off and the van is already runnning much better. So I will never be talking my vehicle back to the for any reason at all. At least the regular shop I go to will reimburse you for the work they do that does absolutely nothing. This place will just continuously charge you for new parts and labor that doesn't need to be done or things they cause themselves I have never had such a horrendous experience at a dealership in my life never again read more

There was one little communication glitch about keeping the car overnight of 1/13, and luckily Jacob helped us pick up the car for our anniversary the next day (Jan 14). You got us right back in on Friday Jan17, for the rest of the service (tire sensor replacement), and recall notice. There was also a slight delay in getting our bumper to bumper warranty coverage for the sensors. Thanks for sending me the multipoint inspection report later in an email. I noticed that the battery report did not include anything about the condition or strength of the battery, which is now 5 yrs old. All it said was it "passed" the inspection. Is it possible to check the battery strength and how much life is left? I don't want to get caught with a dead battery in winter! Buying a vehicle was a smooth experience but their service department does not run well. Made an appointment for an oil change and diagnostic on an intermittent electrical issue (which has a service report out on it). Apparently the appointment just got my car in line, not to actually do anything. 2 hours later it's just getting attached to the machine. BTW, had a first appointment of the day and was told my assigned service rep would be in 3 hours later. WTH? The service rep that checked me in should find a non service role. I came in with two concerns ($205 "per concern"), a parking brake light and check engine light. I was contacted Jacob, who said they needed more "financial time" to "fully diagnose" the check engine light (the parking brake light was caused by a bad battery). Since I agreed to pay $205 to get the diagnosis in the first place, I asked why I was being asked to pay more, and he said sometimes they need more time than usual so it's an extra $205. I asked what the limiting principle was--what if he needed even more "financial time" a hour later?--and apparently, there is none. So, rather than paying $410 dollars (or more) just to diagnose the problem, I told him I'd come pick up my truck. I came in to pick up my truck and I ask for all the codes he pulled and information he got thus far in the process. Jacob suddenly looked flustered and said he needed to talk to the mechanic. He disappeared and returned after a few minutes and, it turns out, they didn't need more financial time--it was a "miscommunication." He said his mechanic just needed to confirm they wanted me to diagnose the check engine light (the reason I brought it in in the first place). They had pulled no codes, had no information, and were well on their way to ripping me off. Absolutely corrupt. All in all, I ended up paying over $600 for a battery. I would have been charged over $800 had I not asked for the codes. It took about a month for me to even get this appointment, and then he wanted me to reschedule another--or I could wait there for God only knows how long until they diagnosed the problem. I left. This is going to be a somewhat lengthy review, so sorry in advance, but since I almost never give out 1 star reviews I want to make it clearly why they have earned this rank. I purchased a new, 2018 F150 from Port Orchard Ford in 2018 for my mother. The sales experience was nothing to write home about. I had identified the truck ahead of visiting the lot and called to ask them to have it out front and ready for us to view and let them know when we would arrive. We arrived on time and we're frustrated to find that they'd made no efforts to locate the truck on their lot. We had to sit and wait a solid 30-40 minutes before they brought the truck around. But whether, we can move past this. The sales guy was annoying, I hate being sold to and he clearly had a talk track he used on everyone and was going to take us down the same path. I eventually had to stop him and say "we'd like to buy the truck, we don't need your pitch". Even though we paid cash we were forced to sit with a "finance manager" who was so intelligent she didn't even know you could pay your auto insurance any way but monthly....again, we can look past that. It was the truck my mother wanted and we left with it that day. My issue starts years later. Turns out Ford, in all it's wisdom, used a water based lubricant on the handles of its trucks from 2017 to 2019 (might be 2020, don't quote me on that). So, the first time we had a big freeze the doors would no longer stay shut. So now my 75 year old mother is driving a truck with doors that won't stay shut. I'm sure you can see why this is a problem. Now, I don't fault Port Orchard Ford for Ford making a bad decision. I also don't fault them because Ford is unwilling to recall this clear safety issue. These things are out of their control. What is in their control is how they deal with it. Enter service manager, Rick. I scheduled the truck to be looked at when I discovered the issue. They had me bring it up and they repacked the handles with the same product (and made a mess of the doors at the same time, so that was fun for me to fix). When that didn't solve the issue I made another appointment for them to see what they could do. Before my appointment I get a call from Rick letting me know there was nothing that could be done. No suggestions. Nothing. Just let your elderly mother drive around not knowing if the doors on her truck will stay closed. I didn't expect a free repair, even though the truck is still under warranty. But a helpful suggestion would have been great. Even if I had to pay for it, give me anything other than a "there's nothing we can do about it". That is unacceptable. I ended up taking the truck into my local mechanic who replaced the handles and $800 later the problem is fixed. Seems like Port Orchard Ford could have offered the same solution. But Rick clearly doesn't care and I'm guessing that behavior comes from the top down. He definitely struck me as someone who followed the leader but didn't lead himself. As service manager, I'd expect better if I was the higher ups. I'd want someone who cares about customers. Long story short. I'll not only never buy a Ford again but I'll never buy from Port Orchard Ford or any other dealership in their family. My message to management at Port Orchard Ford: In a small community like this I suggest you find staff that cares. read more

10/10 experience with the service we received here. From communication on all parts to getting the actual vehicle fixed (and it staying fixed) everything went flawlessly. It's a world's difference from the other dealerships around here. We've taken my vehicle into the West Hills or Halzelwood whatever you call it Ford and dealt with their rude service department and extreme price gouging. We've also used Goodyear in Silverdale for our vehicle and the issue came back but 3 months later- took it back to them made them fix it twice more and the issue still kept coming back. We were hesitant to go to Bruce Titus after being so mistreated at West Hills but are so glad we took the chance. Our vehicle has since had no issues, we are happy with the price we paid for the service we got, and would recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

We have given this dealership chance after chance, my family and friends will not be coming back. My wife's car was brought in to have the camera looked at. When they said it was fixed she went to pick it up and she didn't even get out of the parking spot before she realized the camera was still broken. We then dropped it back off and again they said it was fixed, (it still wasn't fixed) when she went to pick it up the LUBE TECH brought her car around. When my wife got the keys from him, his hands were covered in black grease. When she got into her car there was black grease all over her door panel where the handle was, steering wheel and seat. She has WHITE leather interior and we still can't believe they didn't use a seat cover let alone have someone who isn't working on motors bring the car around. On the third attempt they call us and tell us there is a recall on the camera. Which we looked it up and that recall has been out since January. So our time was wasted because they never even checked in the first place for recalls. We had to bring my wife's car back in for another problem, they were good about keeping the interior clean and seat covered. However when she went to pick it up, on the passenger seat there was a cleaning rag and cleaner sitting right on the seat with no cover! Then a day later my daughter found a sharp tool left in the center console next to her! I truly can't believe how many chances we have given this dealership to make it right (which they haven't tried, only apologized) which would be great if it only happened 1 time. I reached out to Shane (General Manager) and his response was there are other options of places out there! Any owner that has that response clearly doesn't value their customers. Sabrina was quick to answer emails and very friendly. I worked with Ruben to try and place a order on a 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage addition. Ruben was great and super nice. I never ended up ordering my Bronco Sport just because there was just to little information about the vehicle online and at the dealership to feel comfortable about making such a large purchase going in blind so to speak. This place gets 5 stars just based on Sabrina and Ruben. I feel like the dealership did all they could but just wasn't given enough info from Ford about the new Bronco and features. I highly advise anybody who is car shopping to read my review and decide for yourself if you should continue to look at vehicles at this dealership. I Purchased a 2020 Ford explore from them and I was excited to get the vehicle however it took a while to get the vehicle then they had to fix a bunch of recall items and then I had to wait even longer for the optional equipment that was supposed to be with the vehicle because they had to order it. Do your research in regards to the trade in value of your vehicle because they tend to give you between five to $7000 less than what your vehicle is actually worth that was my mistake for doing it. When I was dealing with the finance manager Val he is overly nice and he uses that to his advantage to screw you over. He sat there and told me that Ford motor was giving me an 84 month bumper to bumper warranty with free oil changes as part of my purchase for the vehicle. This turned out to be a huge lie when I looked at my contract I didn't see being charged for it so I thought to myself oh this is great I started to have trouble with the vehicle so I just got rid of it and several months later I received a check for over $7000 from this extended warranty company that was not Ford motor suffer what I thought was going to be a free warranty being thrown in by Ford motor according to Val was indeed a lie and I was being charged for it. I'm not the only person that has come across this and if this is the way a business is run I don't want to deal with it you're supposed to be part of the community and not out to completely screw everybody over and to tell lies that's what is the worst the telling of lies so consider this dealership carefully people and run as fast as you can if things don't sound right and I wouldn't trust the kindness of these people because they're going to screw you over this is my experience. read more

If I could give it a zero star I would! We drove 4 1/2 hours to buy a Ford F-150. We had a great experience with Keanu out sales representative, but the sales manager (Patrick) was such an tool. He was very rude and unprofessional. We sat around not knowing what they were doing most of the time. They didn't care about us at all. I've had so many better experiences at dealerships. Also the guys lied to me over the phone about having too many of a certain model in stock when they indeed had none. Offered me $7500 less than what my car was worth for a trade in value.
