Our son has taken the car he bought through the sales dept. to the service dept for the required/recommended maintenance and told me how friendly they were. He even talked me up to Brent and ME up to Brent. So there was anticipation on both our parts. I was not disappointed and I trust Brent wasn't either. Brent immediately puts you at ease when you're first standing at the counter. I've never experienced such friendliness and confidence at any other auto dealer service desk, and rarely at any auto repair place. David, who sits next to him, is just as friendly. The oil change and vehicle inspection charge was fair and the turnaround time was quick--1 hour. Brent also had entered on my receipt the recommended service for next time and the estimated cost+tax. Oh, they also rotate tires for free on a specified schedule. This saves me from making a separate appointment at Costco where we bought the tires. Another added bonus. In this day of COVID, my son warned me masks aren't worn at the dealership. Well, I wear mine and I'm fully vaxxed and boosted and simply THRIVING with antibodies. So, I'm good. When I got home, I told my son and my wife that Brent and David were so friendly and conversational that it was like I was taking my car to a couple of friends who run an auto repair shop. THESE are the guys we're bringing our vehicle to for servicing from now on. At some future point they'll be servicing the vehicle we bought from the sales dept.

This has been way too long in coming…read more CJ and his team did an amazing job taking care of us. Two weeks after buying a Lexus, the heater was blowing only cold air. Bellevue Lexus determined someone had used something to plug a coolant leak which seeped into the engine and caused damage, including a cracked block. No fault of their own, CJ helped me find a new engine with significantly lower miles than the old one, and some additional parts, and had his mechanic install it and paid for the labor if I paid for the engine. He really didn't have to do that since we bought it as is, but that's their attitude there, which was GREATLY appreciated. Anyone in the south end looking for good quality people to buy a used car, go talk to CJ and his team at NW Rides!

Saw a classic car posted on Craigslist which led me to 792cars website. The asking price was…read more$19,500. When I called and talked to them it was obvious from talking to the 1st salesman that he knew little to nothing about the vehicle. He was supposed to call back the next day but did not. I called again the following day and talked to a different salesman. After asking for and receiving additional pictures of the vehicle, I made them an offer under their asking price. They called me back later and told me they would no longer sell me the vehicle for the asking price, but if I wanted it it would be an additional $3000. You can't get much more unethical than that. I would suggest you run from any dealings with this dealership. My offer was a cash offer and I was willing to travel 1,400 miles to get there. Never been treated so poorly.

I read the other…read morereviews here and on Google regarding this place before I showed and that put me on edge a bit. on arriving though I found the exterior to be neat enough, clean and overall in acceptable shape. the office area is cluttered. I mean its bad. the staff on this visit was friendly and low/no pressure. the car I purchased I knew more about than the salesman (not saying anything bad here, it was a Nissan Leaf and not everyone is acquainted with it). we did test drive the car and even moved it to a nearby quick charger so it'd be ready for the trip home. the paperwork didn't go bad (mostly due to dealing with my credit union and not entirely their fault) but overall a bit slower than I expected. so the cleanliness and clutter of the office area sort of put me off but customer service this day was really above & beyond. the car's 110V charger was missing from the car. as soon as the owner of the business learned this he started hunting one down locally. in the end I left with the car and the 110V home charger. through the entire process the wait time for the charger could've added an hour overall. I'm so torn about my rating of this place because I really feel the the interior of the building really doesn't do them justice. the level of effort they put into that charger and interaction regarding charging the car before I left and getting me the home charger and the real face to face interactions really makes up for that interior. the face to face service should dictate 4-5 stars. that cluttered interior... hm. closer to a 2 star. if anything changes regarding getting me plates etcetera I'll update this review. update regarding the plates. I failed to mention that I addressed an envelope for the plates and registration (on Saturday) before I left there. I had the plates by the following Friday. I've never received my plates so quick with any other car purchase. these guys genuinely try for GREAT customer service.
