The staff and the Dr here are the worse, to say the least. If you want a pleasant experience, don't look here. I specifically told her I did not want to fill a wisdom tooth and that I wanted it extracted. She just looked at me dumb. Honey, if there are hard to reach for cleaning and flossing why would I want to fill that? I wonder is her pocket book has anything to do with her decision. Another situation is where I've been asking for a clearance for my daughter to get braces and I've been waiting for over two weeks for something they keep saying they will do by the end of the business day. I have been going to this office for years. The quality of the office is declining significantly. The areas are dusty and dirty with water spots in the ceiling. At my last appointment I used the restroom to brush and there was a strong smell of urine and the floors were filthy. Brandy Burnett has the worst attitude and gets offended if you question her work. Do not use this dentist. She is intentionally aggressive and has issues with properly serving client complaints. The hygienists and front office staff are polite, but they are aware that Brandy Burnett is the problem. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the state board. If you have experienced maltreatment from this sadistic dentist, I suggest you do the same. She is not fit to serve the public in any capacity and should be removed immediately. read more

Beware of this place. If you want a positive dentist experience you won't get it here. I have proof in my mouth that this work is not great. I have been given the run around for the past four (4) and a half months for my crown that was promised by October. Here it is December and I don't have my crown, and now that I requested a refund they tell me I can't get a refund, that I must have the work completed through them. And this wasn't the first problem since I have been going here, but stupid me went back anyways trying to give them a chance. This dental office is a scam!!! Trashy office ran by trashy old woman. The doctor is so far in debt that she makes patients wait 8 weeks for a permanent crown and then blamses the LAB when in fact it's because she doesn't want to pay the lab fees!! The place is covered in rust and dust. " Doctor " Burnett doesn't have her patients best interest, just hers. The old lady that runs the front is rude, and talks about patients when they call and ask concerning questIons. The old hygiene lady barely has any teeth and she's cleaning teeth??? WHAT A JOKE. The only good ive seen in that office in years was the sweet assistant named Brianna. she was lovely, and I hope she finds better employment!!! OH! and please don't bring your children here, she will diagnose them with multiple fillings with out a proper x ray to show the parents JUST TO MAKE money. I am 51 years old. I've seen many dentists prior to visiting Dr Brandy Burnett and even more dentists after. I saw her years ago but the bad experiences she gave me remain with me today. I read reviews of others saying how nice & great she is & i can't help but wonder is she biased? She was so enormously rude to me. The problem is complex but she referred me to a specialist to solve my problem after she realized, i didn't know a previous dentist had broken a drill tip in my mouth. What I'm trying to say is that she drilled on a front tooth until she couldn't find the source of a pain. After other xrays, she referred me. The surgeon told me i had a broken bit deep in my gums. oddly it had been in my mouth for many yrs (by a different dentist who is a fraud. Don't get me wrong Brandy is not a fraud at all. She's in a category of downright mean.) I just recall her saying aloud, "When was the last time you had a dental cleaning?" And being super disgusted. She made a big stink about it. A total scene. Other patients could hear not see us. I had recently had dental surgery so i couldn't properly brush which prolly disgusted her, she asked about that after humiliating me. During drilling i had enormous pain. She just kept yelling, "breathe!". You have to breathe!! Other dentists say, let me increase your nitrous or give another shot. Not her. The one plus, she had a very nice dental assistant who tried her best to comfort me. Very nice woman. It made for an awkward situation and neither of them let me see my front tooth turned into the size of a chicklet. Save your money, time, effort & grief by finding a different dentist. read more

This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been. I came in for an initial visit and cleaning which the hygienist was great but afterwards things went downhill. The following appointment I was called 10 minutes before arriving that my appointment was cancelled due to personal reasons by Dr. Burnett which in itself is fine albeit late for them to call but life happens I can understand. I have had to rescheduled 3 more times each time taking off work and only getting notified maybe 30 minutes prior that Dr. Burnett would not make it in. I would rather have my barber work on my teeth than go to this office again. Constant pain after a cavity was filled and when I complained she recommended I see a specialist because I must have a problem. I did find a new dentist and I'm very happy and have no special issues or sensitivities. Makes me remember something my father warned me about, "Kid, don't forget that even doctors, lawyers and presidents can graduate at the bottom of their class". I strongly suggest to avoid this office. I had my implant done with Dr.Burnett, and I'm far from pleased with the results. The gum around implant is discolored (not sure how that happened), the tooth shade that was picked is way too white and doesn't look natural with my teeth, the shape of the tooth is very square. After coming in today for a teeth cleaning and relaying my concerns about my implant she had done only a few months ago she said that there was nothing she could do. Literally all she said was "There is nothing I can do" and literally just walked away. No empathy, nothing. She actually didn't even care to hear all of my concerns I really wish I had done my research and found someone that cared about their patients and did great work. I'll know for next time. read more

If I could put no stars I would! Went in because they said I needed a few "fillings" now keep in mind I had no tooth pain at all when I went in for my cleaning. I go back and get this "fillling" and have been having pain ever since, went today for a check up only to be told that I need a root canal because there is and infection starting in my tooth.... but wait... i thought that was why you did the "filling" now they want me to pay more money for a a specialist to have my tooth fixed after I have already spent hundreds of dollars with them.... please stay away from here at all cost!! read more

I received a letter from Brandy Burnett today and she writes "After careful consideration our office has come to the conclusion that your needs be better suited for a dental office better equipped to handle your needs". What a joke, She refused to fix a crown so she kicked me out of her office. How can she write "after careful consideration" to be the same as escorting someone out of her dental office for asking her to make it right. There was no careful consideration. I'm going start off by saying that I had been seeing Dr. Burnett for about 12 years, thought this was a Dentist that really cared but obviously making money is more important than making her patients happy. My Husband Warned me about her but I didn't listen, even after my Husband stopped seeing her my son and I kept going giving her our business and our hard earned money. After years of hiding my smile because of a brown cracked tooth, Brandy Burnett assured me that she was able to give me a beautiful smile again, long story short I have two front porcelain crowns one bigger than the other, when I went back to Brandy Burnett hoping she would adjust and fix the crown she told me I'd have to come out of pocket for that, why would I have to come out of pocket for something that should have been done right in the beginning!!. Dr Burnett and her staff are so wonderful. I work in sales in the dental industry. I could go to anyone, as I see the 'behind the scene' of all offices. Dr Burnett offers a level of service to her patients that I just don't see these days. I have had my husband and dad both go to her. She does impeccable dentistry. Her office is all digital with state of the art technology. I highly recommend Dr Burnett. read more

I am very disappointed with Dr Brandy Burnett as a dentist and as a person. Her card says that she is a "General & Cosmetic Dentist" and this was the reason I chose her. It means that she should take care of functionality and esthetic. I ended up with a crown in the wrong material, shape and color. And after contacting the office to let her know that I was not satisfied I got the response that I would have to pay an extra $250 for her to fix it. I asked what guarantee would I have that this time would be better than the first time and the answer was: "this time you are going to be involved in the process". Exactly. That is how it should be done in the first place. As a minimum, she should have shown me the crown before gluing and get my approval, which was never done. I am not sure if she just doesn't care about her patients or if she thinks that I don't deserve a good treatment because I am Hispanic. read more

Aren't you supposed to leave with a "just left the dentist" feeling. Believe it or not, I left feeling worse than when I went in. I went in because I had a pain in a back tooth and needed a cleaning. I forgot the reason, but they only took partial x-rays. The day of my appointment, the pain had gone away and she told me that I didn't need to worry if I don't have pain anymore. In comes the assistant to do my cleaning. She must have been fresh out of school. I have never been sprayed all over my face and eyes like that before. It taste like they were using reclaimed pond water. I'm not a smoker but I do drink red wine and coffee and I still had stains. My mouth felt fresher that morning when I brushed them than it did when I left that office. So disappointed. I will not be returning. read more

If I could give it negative I would. I should have listened to the last reviews. I also received a letter stating pretty much that I should find another dental office. I went in for a filling a day after a deep cleaning where Dr. Barnett injected me way too much to numb me. I was in pain for 2 days not from the cleaning but from the injections. I went in the day after the deep cleaning where it would have been nice to know that they were going to inject me again. I told the lady no I will do it some other time because I was already hurting and I went back in forth because I was told at the front desk I only needed one filling rather then two. HORRIBLE dentist office. Routine cavities have had to be fixed by other dentist....and they have the WORST customer service. The worst!!!! I've been cancelled on repeatedly because Dr Burnett decides at last minute to take the day off. I got a call day of....after taking off work for my appt. They don't work any Fridays....and are so unaccommodating. Avoid this place. I called to schedule a new patient visit for me and my 2 children. They called to cancel to cancel because the doctor was out sick and rescheduled my appt, then they called back to reschedule a again due to the doctor being booked. No one never gave me the option to be on call in case there is a cancellation, they are rude and very short with you as if your service doesnt matter. I dont know if the doctor is aware of this, but in all the 3 times i've scheduled an appointment it was a problem. If this was a government assistance place i could somewhat understand the delay, but we have great insurance which was already verified and a co-pay. BOTTOM LINE...THEY WERE RUDE AND HEARTLESS AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE TRASH ON THE BOTTOM OF MY SHOE TO THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! read more

Wow, where to begin. I've been going to this office for awhile and never had any issues until recently. Where to begin: 1) Had a lower left molar (I think) that she did a root canal on and a crown. Within a year, tooth rotted and busted. She said, sorry...just happens. Money lost ! 2) Still have an upper tooth that has cold sensitivity! She has worked on it twice, both times charged. Still hurts & only option is a crown at $400 after insurance. Money lost! 3) Had a partial denture done here 2 yrs ago. Tooth fell out and she says it'll be 5 day turnaround. Told her can't do it now due to my job, she says (basically) take it or leave it. I'm frustrated but accept it. Ask them to find out cost. I get a call a few days later stating it would've been $117 before insurance since out of warranty but she no longer works on dentures. Flat out lie by her office!! I was told to go to a Prostadontist. 3a) Same visit - was there less than 10 minutes. I go to leave and was told it was no charge since no work was done. Find out they still billed my insurance. After questioning the charge, I now receive a letter stating" After careful consideration our office has come to the conclusion that your needs be better suited for a dental office better equipped to handle your needs. Wow... very unprofessional. She kicked me and my family out because I was disappointed with the corrective actions on my partial and questioning the charge. Isn't it a right of a patient to question anything services being rendered? Buyer beware: it's her way or the highway. Don't show frustration or question anything and you might have a sub-par experience assuming the sticker price of her services are covered under your insurance.! read more

Every single one of the 8 crowns.........and yes, 8 because Dr. Brandy Burnett said I needed them, have either broken in pieces or broken off at the gum line. The first one she fixed blaming it on a poor lab construction and she would use a different lab. After that, she refused to fix any more saying the "window of opportunity had passed" Window???????what happened to a crown lasting for more than 2 years. My mouth is such a mess now that I have to have a bridge from my teeth breaking off and her shoddy work!!! read more

This "doctor" is the classic example of why people hate going to the dentist. Like the other review, I had the same experience with them calling to confirm my appt (gave me the wrong time twice, I might add...I had to finally tell them when my appt was for!) and them not having the cost for me as promised. Then I went in, and had agreed at the first appt to have all my cavities filled in 1 day, because i didn't want to go back in 5 visits for a cleaning and cavities filled like they originally wanted. Well, the doctor decided she wasn't going to fill all my cavities like I wanted (6) that she was only doing 2, and not the cleaning, as was also scheduled. Needless to say I lasted about 30 seconds in the chair before I got up and walked out. She has absolutely no people skills, and is so rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness I never brought my kids to her...I probably would never have been able to convince them to go to a dentist again! Really suggest anyone keep looking if you need a dentist...this one is NOT an experience worth having! read more

This dentist messed up my crown. TWICE! The first one was huge and bright white. Not a match for my teeth at all. Another impression was done and sent to the lab she uses. Same lab that messed up the first one I sure. The second one never felt right and I went back to Brandy Burnett several times with complaints of pain, food getting lodged in between the crown and the teeth closest to it. Every time she just said "the contacts are fine." Its now 2 years later and the crown is crumbling to pieces in my mouth. I no longer have dental insurance and don't have the almost $1,500 to fix it. And until the crown is totally removed we won't know the full extent of the damage. Possible cavity or root canal needed. All due to her sloppy work and superior attitude. The office messed up three appointments. I would get there and they would tell me "Sorry, your app't is net week." The whole office there is inept and I advise STAY AWAY! I feel like a fool for putting up with them as long as I did and would love to sue for damages. read more
