I've made various purchases along the way. I looked at my ring recently an realized that the head that held my center stone needed to be replaced. Over the years it wore out much like the tires on a car. I stopped in to have them do that work for me. The service was very polite and efficient. The knowledgable staff has been the same ,I assume because it's a family group. The repairs are done on site in the workshop that you can see from the show room. They have at least six jewelers/repairmen full time there. My ring was ready a week from drop off. I picked it up and again the service was polite and welcoming. I noticed later that there was something that needed an adjustment and I broke my pearl necklace, so I stopped back. They were very happy to do the adjustment and restring my pearls and the turn around was very efficient. Every staff member each time was friendly and helpful. Even when it was busy or couples got engaged there. It's a joy to have a local family business here in a time of chains and on line shopping. If you need something they probably have it , they can make it, repair it or order it. And they are so close !!!

She helped me get the three different rings under one name instead of the two it was originally under which will be a tremendous help in the future. She inspected and cleaned my rings quickly and chatted with me the entire time. I happened to have a watch that needed a battery and inquired if she could do it. After a quick check she said she was able to and started working on it right away. It only took her a couple minutes to change and then she told me about a special promotion that if I did I would get the battery for free. Of course I agreed and saved $25!! I was so impressed with her friendliness and helpful demeanor. I wish I knew her name to give her the props owed, but she is exactly why I love doing business with them. Everyone always seems willing to help you no matter what you are there for. I didn't spend a dime today but the sales associate helped like I had spent a million! Even though it's a chain jewelry store, the people act as though it's their personal business. Highly recommend!

Ian came out and I could tell that for such a young guy he has a real passion for restoration. I knew he would take good care of the door. The door was removed and all hardware carefully stowed. Not only did the company strip down the wooden door they also cleaned up and recoated the original hardware. The door looks INCREDIBLE. It was stripped of its old coatings, sanded, restained to match the original color and sealed. I have no reason to embellish this: the door looks BRAND NEW. Ian even searched around and found new escutcheons to replace the ones that were missing as long as we've owned the house. We're more than happy with the job: we're ecstatic! I mean, the work performed for us was beyond next level.
