She helped me get the three different rings under one name instead of the two it was originally under which will be a tremendous help in the future. She inspected and cleaned my rings quickly and chatted with me the entire time. I happened to have a watch that needed a battery and inquired if she could do it. After a quick check she said she was able to and started working on it right away. It only took her a couple minutes to change and then she told me about a special promotion that if I did I would get the battery for free. Of course I agreed and saved $25!! I was so impressed with her friendliness and helpful demeanor. I wish I knew her name to give her the props owed, but she is exactly why I love doing business with them. Everyone always seems willing to help you no matter what you are there for. I didn't spend a dime today but the sales associate helped like I had spent a million! Even though it's a chain jewelry store, the people act as though it's their personal business. Highly recommend!

I called Cartier to get it fixed…read morethey told me with the hinge being damaged that I most likely would have to get it sent to Paris and melted down and made into a new bracelet for 70% of the bracelet cost. I looked online to find a goldsmith and found this place. Looked at the reviews and all were positive. Took my bracelet up to the store and was met by an older gentleman. Right away I knew he knew what he was doing and he assured me that he could fix it for $50 plus tax And I would get it back the next day. So I left it and went to pick it up the next day and he did everything he said. Bracelet was well put together and stronger than the first day I got it. I give this goldsmith 10/10. would definitely recommend. Saved over $7000.
