I arrived at the curbside pickup location and followed the directions in the link sent to me. I received confirmation that the link worked and an associate would be out shortly with my order. After a 40 minute wait, I had to go inside, stand in a long line and pick up my order. On September 14, 2021I placed online order #335735211. Again I followed the directions and waited...and waited. After nearly 20 minutes I attempted to call the store. I was treated to no answer on multiple calls, just a voice machine that looped me back to where I started. I had to go inside, stand in line again. One of the cashiers had to call the person handling curbside pickup (Pamela) on the radio to tell her she was needed. Pamela walked to the front and asked the cashier what she needed. It was painfully obvious Pamela had no clue that I had alerted the store of my arrival at curbside or she just took her sweet time getting there. Thai seems to be an Anderson location issue as I have not had this issue at the Easley store.

The food is pretty good, and so are the shakes. It's a fun place to refresh, and in the summer you'll discover that a lot of folks think the same thing. The other side has some nice items, a bit on the pricey side, in our opinion, but there are still some nice tee-shirts and name-brand outdoor wear. All together we consider this a "must" for every visit to Brevard.
