The operations manger is clearly doing a great running this place as it was clear that DJ was in command. The lounge with couches to take a break was a great touch. Highly recommend. When we showed up - parking was a nightmare at the beach. I specifically asked about parking / general info ahead of time. Would have been helpful for the locals to give a couple pointers and maybe let us know that wrist bands need to be purchased for all beachgoers, but whatever - that's on me. Just seemed like a little common courtesy / customer service. Here's the real issue though. 1 instructor for 10 kids!! The beach lesson was maybe one minute long before he had all of them (ages 16 - 5yrs old) walking into ocean and getting pummeled in the break. They had no idea how to protect themselves or others from the surf board getting thrown around. Kids were getting smashed by boards around them. Several of the adults jumped into ocean to help the kids get past the break and stayed in water to ensure they were somewhat safe. The instructor seemed to only give tips to one kid at a time when he was prompted to give a tip (ie - when do you start paddling to catch a wave). Instructor admitted it was too much for him to handle on his own but that's just how WW operates. If it was a group of 10 random strangers there would be two instructors, but apparently when it's a 'private lesson' of 10ppl - only one instructor regardless of how rough the ocean is. Unacceptable. Dangerous. Should be ashamed of themselves. Find another surf shop for your lessons!

A mixed bag here. The whale watch I went on wasn't very fruitful. There were only a handful of…read morewhales and no dolphins. And the whales that we did we see weren't very close. Apparently, there was a school of tuna close by, and the whales were feeding on them below the water according to the shipmates. Now, that isn't exactly something within their control, and it's not like I was expecting the whales and/or dolphins to pose for pictures. Nonetheless, I was hoping for a little better of an experience. It's about a 4.5-hour experience with about 45 minutes of actual whale watching and the rest of the time spent getting to the spot and back. You can't really here anything the captain is saying unless your directly under the speaker. The trip could be a little better if they played some music on the way and back, but again, you wouldn't be able to really hear it that good. Having said all that, all staff encountered were pleasant and friendly and it was a pleasant ride to and from. Overall I would say it probably wasn't worth the price ($70). If I had seen more whales/dolphins I'd probably feel different. And again, I realize it's not something they can control, but it does have to factor into the rating.

Worst experience I've ever had with this company…read more Captain spent more time cruising around than actually getting us fishing. 70 people on a boat cramped shoulder to shoulder with no comfort to fish and tangled lines all day. Only 5 fish caught on the whole boat all day. I've been fishing with this group many times and it has gone nothing but downhill over the years. They don't care anymore and are just money grabbing at this point! Find another charter to go on.

The inside where you check in is very nice. They have a lot of guns for sale and tons that you can rent for the indoor range. The prices were very reasonable, and I think renting the shotgun was only $10. We did the grouse course? We went right when they opened at 9 AM, so we had the place to ourselves. I absolutely loved it and had a great time. They had a good variety of skeet. It was harder to hit them than I thought, but I held my own. I'm looking forward to trying the indoor range and skeet shooting again. Highly recommend.
