I have been very ill for a prolonged amount of time. Many doctors visits later, still no answers…read more On July 15 I called my neighbor who does mold mitigation and he came over and told me my crawl space was full of mold. My bedroom is directly over the crawlspace. Maybe that would explain why I felt like I got hit by a truck every morning I would wake up. He recommended Foundation Specialist to install a vapor barrier for me and I called them the same day. Cody from Foundation Specialist came out to he very next day and he gave me a quote. It was several thousand dollars less than what I anticipated. Unfortunately, they could not do the work until August 24. If you've ever encountered mold, once you know you have it, it's a very unsettling feeling. He told me he since it was causing me health issues, he would do his best to get to it on a rainy day since it would only take one day. I moved out of home temporarily and on July 25, Andrew came in and did the mold mitigation. On July 31, I got a call from Jason and he said a crew of guys was looking for some extra hours and could they come the next day and install the vapor barrier? I immediately said yes. This morning 4 young men arrived looking sleepy (as was I) but ready to work. They got right to it. My house is 90 years old and made of solid concrete. It was a space probably no taller than 3 feet. Nick, Drew, Tony and Dame were very efficient and worked well together. They took the time to show me the vapor barrier and dehumidifier and answer questions. I didn't like where the drain hose was so they quickly rerouted it for me. They were friendly and I really appreciated them for coming out in a Saturday. I can't thank them enough. It was not an easy job. Whatever they get paid, it's not enough. Thank you Foundation Specialist for helping an old lady out. You really took a lot of worry from me. Thank you Cody, Jason, Dame, Nick, Tony and Drew for making my job a priority. Will definitely recommend your company.

Really, they couldn't care less if they do the job right the first time - or the second time - or…read morethird. I paid them in full - but for the babysitting I had to do - I should have been compensated. My "project manager" (Brice) who was supposed to manage the job - was a "no-show". I never got a call from him when things went sideways. He never visited the site after selling me the job. In the end - I would use someone else for my next drainage project.

We just purchased a new home and after 2 weeks we were getting water pooling in the unfinished…read more part of our basement. We called a waterproofing company, said "they were the most honest and had the best product". The guy proposed digging around the entire inside of my basement and then putting up a barrier paper. Was going to cost $34,000. However if we would do some advertising they would take it down to $24,000. Thank goodness we did not sign! We called EverDry and Fred came to our home. Did a very thorough inspection, said what the other guy told us did not make sense, that if what he said was true our entire basement would be wet. He said he wouldn't leave until he figured it out. Well after about 10 minutes he found that our water softener had two hoses that are supposed to go in the sump pump and only one was. He fixed it and we have not had any water since. Just goes to show you there still are good people and good companies putting customers first! Thank you Fred and thank you EverDry. J.V. of South Bend, IN

Note to self (Read more reviews) My experience with everdry has been anything but satisfactory…read more Great pre-sale talk and in theory the program sounds doable. In reality, for the salesman who doesn't have to do the actual work, "nothing is impossible". My everdry system was installed in the fall of '22. In '23 they were back out to fix the issue. The issue was, I had the same leak in the same spot as before. After some tweaks to the installed system I felt better. Alas, it was apparently just that '24 being dry enough. A couple more times in '25 they returned for the same leak. And so far in '26 a visit after a Jan, Apr, Jun leak (yep, same one). I did a follow up call this morning as I hadn't received any status/update of the workorder they were going to place on Monday. Today I was told July 23 was next available appt. I told them this was entirely unacceptable and they countered with, if we have an opening we can try to move you up. Just a suggestion from an unsatisfied customer, hire more help. 20K and 3 years of warranty payments to still have the same issue. This warranty with these results seem almost scam-ish. I'm not sure how anyone involved can think this is OK. With the number of failures they have, perhaps less sales and new install teams and more to actually follow behind and continue existing projects to a successful completion. My latest workorder on Monday was to also include some contact from someone in management to discuss "the customers" frustration with their inability to actually keep water outside. I assumed the basic premise of what they do. But so far it feels more like (N)everdry. Some of the work crews have been very solid and I appreciate their efforts. Even though the results haven't been good. Based on my experience, I can't recommend everydry. I'd go as far as to recommend anyone with a water problem shop around. Based on my last 3+ years you almost assuredly could not do worse. If management actually reads these or care to defend/explain what the issue may be, please contact me.
