OK, so I ordered a New York Met hat, a black and white one I received a Mets I believe it's called the 47 hat, blue and orange with a bent rim that looks like you've been sitting in someone's closet for the last 30 years. I reached out and contacted the company and told them they sent me the wrong hat. I was told no returns because it was on sale whether something is on sale or not you have to send the right product if you don't that's on you. do I highly recommend you do not deal with this company. Pretty cool store overall and decent selection but the dudes working there are pretty miserable and standoffish.

Ordered shoes on a Th morning and shoes were not packed until the next day and not early enough to be ready for Fri pickup-- they were not picked up until Mon afternoon! They don't get shipping pickups on weekends for some reason. Called after nearly two weeks and a shipping delay and they blamed UPS. Mark was pretty defensive, said they have a small team of 3 and so many other orders and on and on. No apology. Blamed everyone else instead of owning it. Yes, UPS ground is what it is, but if you order and a Th morning it should be picked up before Mon IMHO. read more

Do not order online! You pay shipping if shoes do not fit, be aware that all brands don't fit the same. I paid shipping, to return in order to get correct shoe size but was sent back because I used the actual shoe box, my bad. Lost out on an exchange or refund. Please be aware that online orders when retuning, must be in a box besides the shoe box, and you have 10 days to request a return. Only set back on the online orders. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!! I placed an order for some sneakers obviously without trying them on. I knew adidas ran large so I ordered 1/2 size smaller. When I received them, I realized they were still too big. So, I called the same day I received them to figure out how their exchanges worked. The guy on the phone told me that I was responsible for shipping them back as well as shipping to receive them because it was my fault for ordering the wrong size!! They couldn't even tell me for certain if they had the right size to exchange them for. When places don't even provide the return shipping label for a lesser shipping cost it can cost up to $20-$25 to send something like this back. So now I am in for $25-$30 to return a pair of shoes & I'm left to start over again. Possibly not even an exchange! Who does business like this? read more

I purchased some ultra mini uggs but the size is a little too big, so I reached out through email, instagram messaging, and tried calling their fake ass number they have listed. Don't order from here. It's even crazier because they're constantly sending out promo emails and posting on their instagram so WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? I purchased shoes from this business during Christmas season from their website. I returned them at my expense for shipping and have yet to hear anything from them. As of today you call their business number and it says disconnected. I called a few weeks ago and it was in service so not sure what is going on. I have the tracking from my shipping and it was delivered to them. They don't respond to emails so don't bother. I messaged on Instagram and FB and nothing from them. Is their online business a scam?? I am going to reach out to the BBB next but will see what happens. Anyone out there reading this please don't order from their online store. They have some cool hats, but one of the guys working there is super unfriendly and unhelpful. He acts like he's too cool to help you out. In addition, every time I go in there are boxes everywhere so you have maneuver around in order to look at the clothing/hats. Pretty crazy how boys can get with their style- particularly when it comes to kicks and hats. Tagged along with the boy to his stores.... Came in here, the staff was super friendly and informative. When I say informative, I mean it in the highest sense. We asked a few questions, since we were west-coasters visiting NYC for the first time. After all, we don't want to step on toes.. we just want to get along with NYCitziens and know where the finest is. The friendly man helped us so much. Wow, just wow. It's very difficult to impress me with service but this store knocked it out of the park. The staff was beyond amazing, not only was able to find my perfect size with what I was looking for, but went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top notch. Every one who was in the store seemed very down to earth and made the shopping experience that much more special. It's rare to find this in stores especially shoe stores where most people just grab you a shoe and keep it moving. I got great recommendations and walked out with exactly what I was looking for. If you live in the Upper West Side or even Hell's Kitchen, you're a little far from the sneaker shops that get the Tier 0 releases. Luckily, West NYC is here to be your savior. West NYC is pretty convenient to get to by subway, and it's a quick walk from the station. The shop her isn't large by any means. Half of the store is dedicated to clothing, and the other half is for shoes. Here, you'll find all your streetwear brands, as well as their own West NYC brand. Prices range, but are normally around $30 a tshirt. Now if you're coming here for sneaker releases, then prepare to line up. People from Uptown and Midtown are going to stop by here, so be prepared to camp out early. I've walked passed West NYC, and see over 50 people in line for a sneaker release. The staff here is pretty chill, so that's always a plus. Not much more to say aside from the fact that if you like streetwear or sneakers, then you'll probably come to West NYC at some point. Just be prepared to wait in line if you want those exclusive kicks. read more

Nice little spot in the city.. pretty clutch in my experience.. i wouldnt call it a hype beast spot but they have a variety of dope items. Some classic stuff some new stuff. I was looking for a north face jacket the 700 and none of the north face stores had it.. not even online! So this was my last resort.. i called them they checked and they didnt have my medium but they let me know they had a large (the northface stores didnt have any sizes) i went in to try on the large and it avtually worked out. Perfect balance of a boutique sneaker shop and discount sneaker store. Very chill store clerks are super helpful and proactive in helping you find the shoe you are looking for. The back of this place has some solid shoes deeply discounted as well, so if you're like me and don't want to spend over $100 on sneakers, you can generally find a great pair on the sale rack. Here and Extra Butter RVC are my favorite locations- great store. They have a tier zero account for most things but every now and again there are kicks they don't get. Lester, the owner, Mike, the manager, and Al, the designer are all good dudes. I really like Al's collabs, and always look forward to them. The clothes are nice and low key- good looking clothes for regular guys. You can almost always find a good deal in the store also on some Asics, Saucony, or New Balance. Pretty dope spot. I went here looking for some cool New York apparel (10Deep, Supreme). This store reminded me of a boutique you'd find in LA on Melrose. They have all the latest urban streetwear, but what surprised me the most was that they carried a lot of Cali streetwear here, particularly there large selection of Crooks & Castles. I ended up buying a fitted cap repping their store's brand... it was really clean. It was in Mets/Knicks colorways, and had West inside of a basketball with NYC on the back. The underside of the brim was orange. Their kicks are pretty cool too, and it spans from AF1s, to Js to Vans. This was the only store like this in the area and if you're in the Upper West Side, check it out. Hell, check it out even if you went to SOMA. read more

It's hard to find exclusive kicks in this part of town. Thank God West takes care of that issue. West carries a very nice selection of sneakers ranging from Nike to vans. However, the clothes shouldn't be overlooked. They carry tees you can't find anywhere else. The staff is cool and knowledgeable. I'm always in the neighborhood, so I always stop by.
