Aug 10th 2026 our sofa was dropped at the entrance of our house and the frame was broken. The young men they hired were obviously never trained. The new dresser (never used) backing was ripped when they tried to lift it. The case of baseball vintage hats never made it to our destination and on and on. The biggest hurt was seeing my new leather couch scuffed up on three edges and a broken frame that must be repaired. A $500 good will gesture was offered but this does not cover the damage. So sad....I am so angry that I can't express how I really feel. This has been a nightmare! The least they can do is repair the sofa.

The door shuts behind you and there is absolutely no light! This is a massive saftey issue! I can't believe they let her go in there on her own to show units. My last storage facility, the equipment was crap, the floors were dirty, and I was scared to be there after hours without a friend. The AC is kept at a good temperature here, and I like the fact that it can take a cat-4 hurricane.
