The crew Joshua, Jonathan, Jaxson & DJ treated everything as though they were moving cartons of eggs. They were so polite kind & considerate. We worked together for two full days. Their attitude was always positive. I was SUPER nervous that something precious to me would get damaged in such a move. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The pricing although not the least expensive of the (4) movers we interviewed, was reasonable & fair. Nick, thank you for sending us such a wonderful moving team ! My husband is 79 and had three back surgeries and still…read morecannot walk well and we paid top dollar for white gloves service which means packing and unpacking with care. They didn't even finish packing us before they drove the other stuff into our new house and just dropped it off. I found empty candy, wrappers a shoehorn and a battery in my underwear drawer. Because they had my credit card for the down payment and the second draw they used it for the final payment of $5300 and charged it without running it by me and the credit card company will not listen to our side of the story, even though I've sent them numerous pictures of the mess that they left in my house. Do not contract with this company unless you want to be stuck with a mess for months.

The girl showing me the unit was fantastic, but the unit was not. It was across the street form…read morethe main building. When you open the door you are plunged into TOTAL darkness! The door shuts behind you and there is absolutely no light! This is a massive saftey issue! I can't believe they let her go in there on her own to show units. You have to walk further down,...in the darkness before a motion light comes on! And that's not the only part that not light. No way would I rent there. I'm sure this is against employee rights too. NOT SAFE!
