The food runner was very nice and I wish we had them as our own server! The service... 2/5. All the other servers seemed great and ours took a long time to come to us for drinks/bring drinks. Someone in our party ordered a corona and it took 15-20 min for it to be brought and it wasn't super cold. At the end of the dinner she didn't bring a box like we agreed and when I mentioned it to remind her she said in a rude tone: "yeah... im bringing it in just a second". Overall, just not a great experience in that area. Everything else made up for all of that.

EZ-PZ, right? Well, not so much. We were seated near the fireplace in a busy dining room. Took forever and part of the next day to get a glass of water before putting in beverage orders in a half-full house. Put in the food orders, she wanted the chicken, I ordered the fish. She was happy, I'll just refer you to the pictures of my fish. We can be sure I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known then what I know now. So, mixed opinions on the food. Service? Pretty much slow and spotty. We gave credit for that to our server having a nearby party-time table with a lot of people, all enjoying their libations and trying to speak over each other. We could only assume the server expected a notably larger tip, maybe. All in, not the greatest use of our dining out money. Not sure we'll go out of our way to drop in here next trip in the area.

Chance to start fresh right? Well, sorta. They did add some cool new stuff, so props for that. And the service has kicked it way up since they reopened. Great folks serving. But there is still work to do. They have new plates. And they should have picked different new plates. Got a side salad and it was pretty generous. But the design of the plate has stuff falling off if you look at the plate wrong. It basically looks like the lid to something flipped over for a plate. Salad plates normally have a little room on the sides so stuff doesn't fall all over your table when you eat it. I am guessing someone thought this design looked cool without thinking about functionality. So another typical Northern Quest eating venue gaffe. They have Cubano sammiches now. Excellent! Cubanos are one of my favorite things. Except they massively overcooked it, making the bread too hard and drying out what probably would have been a great sandwich. Also, who the hell puts a Cubano in a panini press. Go see the world and find out how a proper Cubano is made ffs. I will say the onion rings at EPIC are a bajillion times better now. I feel like the food venue folks at Quest are starting to get a little more in tune with how food venues should be. Starting to. Still a lot of work to do. At least things are improving

They were nothing amazing but we were starving. We ordered our food at 5:40 pm and the onion rings came out in about 10 minutes. I ordered the fish and chips and the other meal was supposed to be pork tacos. 35 minutes pass and we finally flag down a random server because ours never came back to our table finally the fish and chips show up but not the tacos. The fish was horrible mostly breading with no seasoning (not even salt), fries were cooked well but were missing seasoning as well, the coleslaw was literally just mayo and cabbage. Another 10 minutes pass and they bring out some kind of pork salad thing so we sent it back to get the correct food. 20 more minutes go by and the "tacos" finally show up and somehow were cold and soggy. This may be our last time coming back to epic.

All were prepared to perfection. The poke salad was perfectly balanced with a variety of sauces to add as you like... Seasoned ahi tuna, avocado, pickled ginger, wakame, sesame seeds, togarashi, green onions, and unagi sauce. Most chefs that make a poke salad add goofy things like mango salsa, slices of fruit..... leave out like Riverbank Taphouse did! The flatbread was a cabrese flatbread with basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, garlic confit, and fresh basil. The brat sliders were a nice approach, because they came with all the topping options on the side, so you can add whatever you'd like. 2 kinds of mustard, beer pickles and red 'kraut (which is bomb!) Very nice experience overall. Very high end embiance, but very relaxed atmosphere and staff. I was impressed on even on their soft opening, our waiter was well educated on each individual beer I ordered, and they were not common beers! We will frequent Riverbank Taphouse. Tons of pics to follow.

Not just friendly and hardworking, I swear the drinks just taste better in here. If you don't mind smoke, especially cigars that range from mildly pleasant aroma to smelling like someone is smoking a poop blunt, this is a great place to have some drinks with friends.

I stopped in at Legends for a cigar like I used to before moving back to the east side of WA. I miss this place having lived here for over 10 years when NQC started their expansion. I experienced the awesome addition of the amazing outdoor sonic concert experiences and the Legends of Fire cigar lounge which I love and is unique on this side of Spokane. It was great to visit on a busy Saturday night. They only had two servers in the cigar lounge but they were gracious and checked on me in the seating area. I chatted with some of the folks at the bar which has a great vibe which I truly miss the most. It's great to visit and experience that again. I will always stop in when I visit family on the east side of WA state. Keep it up NQC!

I can't remember if they had any music playing, if they did, turn it up a notch. Service was decent, if not a little weird. There was one woman working, but she wasn't really working behind the bar. It was an order at the counter and take a seat type situation. She was plenty nice, but she was more cashier than bartender. We had two each then bounced.
