I've been going here for about a year and absolutely loved it. A few months ago they changed ownership and re-decorated the place and it looks nice/OK. The change in staff is the main issue. They have hired people with very little experience, barely can take your blood pressure or draw blood, and just don't know how to talk to clients/patients. I really miss Marissa who was great. If it wasn't for Mimi and Jennifer, I would not go back and try another location. Every time I mention the new personnel to another patient in waiting area, she mentions the same issue with the new hires who don't know what they're doing or saying. I have to really force myself to go and pray I get Mimi or Jennifer. Please hire people with their kind of experience who can really relate to patients and do a better job of selling your services! read more

Nope. I bought a groupon for Botox, made an appointment and showed up. Then I learned that their appointment system is jacked so you only really have an appointment if they call you. So an hour later my Botox is done. The nurse was nice enough but there are plenty of places closer to me with good Botox prices that I won't be back to Coastal Aesthetics. read more

She is amazing and always does a great job. Mimi in the front office is amazing too! She is always very helpful and lets me know when they have specials on facials and botox. I won't go anywhere else for skin treatments. They do not rush you and always listen to your needs and really care about the patients. BUYER BEWARE!!! I used their appetite suppressant to lose a few pounds before my vacation. About a month and a half later I developed a rash that spread all over my body. The main side effect is HIVES. Everyone needs to know the RISK of using these products, which my dermatologist said is very common.
