Lol didnt see much of the actual Bill's practice sessions since i was so busy checking out my surroundings. Still need another to visit to walk around outside to see the giant Buffalos and walk the Interactive Park including a 1.7 mile trail around the grounds. Cant wait for football season to begin. I felt very confused on parking but we just did Google maps and followed traffic it wasnt as bad as I thought. We ended up parking at ECC and there was no charge for the practice. It was easy in and even easier out. It was a 5 minute walk to the back gate B of the stadium. My only beef was I was told that my small purse was too Big. Had to walk back to car. Keep in mind I measured it and I use this purse for Sabres games. I was told it needs to be smaller than my hand. Keep that in mind when taking a purse Reason 1 why I gave this a 4. Walked in and wow very roomy and didn't know where to start. Since this was general admission we just walked around and took it all in. Not all food places were open but we had fries, burger and a drink were reasonable. Everything is no cash and the Bills store is strange you place your bag in a box and it reads what is in the bag. Not sure how accurate that will be in time. We took pictures in different areas of the stadium I think views are great. I am sure there are obstructed views but overall I think it's good. Seats are higher than normal nice for me a tall person. And when someone gets up to leave their seats, Lots of room and great leg room. Only concern seats seem cheap plastic. Not sure how wear and tear with the weather will keep them lasting long. Bathroom for women wow lots of stalls. It was very clean after the practice but as I stated less people at this time. Remember if you are waiting for someone. Its enter only and exit only so if you are waiting for someone they are coming out another door. We Walked out the front to view the Buffaloes. That was an awesome addition with some things and tents for before game experiences. Nice walkway around the stadium. During a game and a full stadium it may be more crowded than when we went but I think this new stadium was a good idea.

Saw a World Junior League Championship hockey game here and was impressed with the facility…read more Although I was at HarborCenter in the past, I've never seen a game and the experience -- aside from sometimes finding the entrance was great. Once you get into the building, taking the elevator to the 7th (?) floor will bring you into the arena. There's not a bad seat in the house and the vendors seemed to be more reasonably priced than a game at the KeyBank Arena. I had a pretty decent chicken finger sub while I was over here. For a hockey game, it's a great venue...and I'm definitely curious to learn more about renting skates/etc and coming here for that -- seems like it would be a great place for some indoor skating as well!

And what if a famous person played here? Well then his name would be EPIC ESTRADA or EPIC CLAPTON. Obviously. Seriously did you know Eric Clapton gave a drunken racist speech on stage a few times? I heard one of them on YouTube, it was horrible. Put me right off him. I'm sure it's the reason why Layla left him. He definitely wasn't wonderful that night. This is actually my favourite place in Western NY to play soccer (football, futbol). It's not as fancy as Sahlen's, and female friends have told me it doesn't smell very nice here (because of the Ice Hockey probably), but it feels like home. The employees are absolutely wonderful, the refs are usually very good, the teams that play here don't usually try and cripple you and break your legs, and in general this place is good times and good people. The guy who runs it (doesn't own it, but pretty much runs it), is Mark, and he is one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with. He's so accommodating and just nice on every level, and very professional. The other guys that work here such as Isaiah (sp?) and the cute girls that do the scorekeeping (one in particular! swoon!), and the referees like the two from England (one from Birmingham, one who vacations in Florida), and so on... Plus I have a habit of winning championships here, so I like it. I think I've won something like 6 or 7 championships here in the last 3 years... 4 or 5 of those were in the last 6 months. So yay Epic. It's always good to win, right? Sahlens is where I always seem to get injured, and it's super far, and super serious... and Sportsplex is... well, I'll review that another time and explain. They have all kinds of other cool sports as well as soccer... just look on their website for full details. And they have a small and a large soccer field, and I like playing on both. Especially on the small one because it matches the kind of little 5-a-side games I used to play in England, it lends itself to players who are good at close control and tight-space-skill which is definitely one of my fave types of game play. So Yay Epic.

One insisted on popcorn, while the other wanted nachos. The popcorn must have been delicious because he had to sit a whole row away from us to prevent his brother from repeatedly grabbing handfuls. It's definitely an overall win. Between the atmosphere, the games, the fun promotions, and the fact that I spent just over $10 on snacks for the boys, I really can't complain!

The Bisons Event team absolutely nailed it. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the venue space itself was perfect. From a planning perspective, the entire day was completely seamless. We didn't have to worry about a single detail, which allowed us to be fully present and cherish every moment with our guests. Usually we go here for a few Sabres games, Bandits games, and a couple of concerts every year. We've been lucky enough to take a tour of the locker rooms and even skate on the ice for some special events. As much as people hope for a new arena like the new, incoming Bills stadium, I like this old arena and all it's quirks. Don't come here hungry and make sure you get there early for a good parking spot.

The ice rink starts out warm but by the middle of the 2nd period the heat is shut off. You can really feel it by the 3rd, so dress warm. Seating is bleacher style, hard wooden benches. Come early and sit in the back row so you can rest against the railing. There is elevator access on the bottom floor but it isn't obvious. They play bad music really loud, sometimes you can't hear the announcer. Its fine for a college game but overall not that great of an experience.

It all seems new and clean etc. if I were a student I'd probably like the environment. I'd definitely like the parking which is super easy.

At the…read moretime I entered the school, the program had a great reputation, with teachers and staff that had years of experience at the college and in the field. My class was the first class where they took on almost twice as many students. This meant they had to cut the clinic time in half for us because they no longer had enough sites to place us at. The long time director knew this would have negative consequences for the students and for the field, and because she opposed this, she was fired. After that things really started to deteriorate and a couple long time teachers began their exit. I felt like a guinea pig for almost two years. There was an extreme lack of leadership and many students came out unprepared due to not having enough clinic time. The only real message Trocaire College gave me is that they ONLY care about money. I got a good degree, and afterwards a good job, but for the price you pay you might as well go to a community college where you'll pay 1/3 the price. save yourself the trouble.
