When I called them, they asked if I wanted a refund or a "fresh" bouquet and I asked for a fresh bouquet to make up for the previous one. Two deliveries in a row, they sent wilted and dead flowers. At this point I wanted a refund. However, when I called the lady on the phone kept telling me their manager wasn't available and that I would receive a call back. I called three days in a row and was told the same thing. It has been over a month and still have not received that call back or refund. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them.
