While Dr. Doscas was a great doctor, I'm puzzled by how this was all handled. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.

The confirmation email I received listed only the appointment time, address, and parking information -- it contained no mention of any consultation fee. On the day of the visit I was charged $750. When I questioned the amount, I was told that was the correct fee based on our prior conversation. I left the experience feeling the consultation fee had not been clearly or accurately disclosed in advance. The office itself also raised concerns. There was no secretary or front-desk staff, and the space is shared with a beauty salon, chiropractic office, and other services. All communication was handled directly by the doctor. The lack of transparent pricing has left me with no choice but to file a claim in small claims court to resolve the matter.

I decided to find someone closer to my home and canceled my appointment after the second time they rescheduled. It was a blessing in disguise. Not only was I able to get a sooner appointment closer to home, that wasn't rescheduled, but I also was given clear directions, thankfully. I was told to make sure I had someone drive me home, which was accurate as I wasn't able to drive for at least 2 days after the treatment and was told to stay off my feet for at least 2 days after the treatment. Does this doctor want people to purposefully worsen their physical conditions so she can repeatedly inject them and prescribe them with pain medication? Not only that, but Dr. Massih was impatient and rushed her appointment. How can you get to understand your patient's issues if you don't give them the time to explain their ailments? And even with the limited time she gave my mother, she would talk over her and ignore her concerns. She even angrily opened up the appointment by asking my mother "why [she] was even here." And when my mother asked Dr. Massih to explain the side effects of a certain procedure, Dr. Massih insisted that she would only tell her once they were cleared to do the procedure. So, basically, she wanted to pressure my mother into making an appointment for the procedure first before explaining anything. Is this a doctor who cares, or a doctor who simply wants money? Every time I saw him, he said at his table with the injections in front of him in the tray, and the only thing he could do is sit there and arrange them and make me feel very uncomfortable while he played with him Giving me no attention not even knowing who I was and he did not even remember give me the injections or looked at my chart to see what was done. On the last time I saw him he did the same thing and I asked him " why are you playing with those, are you wanting to give me a shot?" he replied, and asked me in his words " have I have already given you one" I flipped and asked him no not ask him I told him you don't remember the first time you gave me that shot? And then he said to me " why are you here?" Are you joking? You don't even remember the times you've seen me and the things that you've done or you don't even remember who I am don't look at my chart don't even open it while I were talking to even see what was done. I told him you are a disgrace as a doctor, your ethics, as a doctor has something to be imagined. You are the biggest quack of a doctor I have ever seen, and I will inform my attorney. As soon as I walked out, I was on the phone with my attorney and I told him that I no longer want them to see me and what all took place. The attorney was shocked when I told them and said to me with that they will no longer send people to them for what they've done to me. So, if you have the opportunity to see a different doctor, then going to this place, go to it, don't let this facility do the things to you as they did to me. It was a freaking nightmare.
