Let me start by saying that Carlos, the store manager that I spoke to at the end, handled the situation beautifully. Prior to that I had walked to the back of the store to the restroom to wash my hands before beginning my shopping. What I saw upon opening the door was the most disgusting mess I had ever seen some human actually do to a bathroom. To say it was horrific is an understatement, and to whomever did this, "What is wrong with you?" I quickly exited and saw a pharmacy employee to my immediate right, telling him what was in there. He mumbled something and pointed forward. I figured I'd find someone else who would actually help. Another employee was walking out of the pharmacy into the hallway by the bathroom, and I explained to her the conditions. What did she do? She told me to go up front and tell someone. My reply was,"I thought you could tell someone or get help, since you work here." Her response to me was, "I work in the pharmacy," to which I replied, "Well I don't work here at all!" I went immediately to the front, asked for the manager, and Carlos was so kind and actually helpful. Shame on these pharmacy employees - who also use that bathroom. So good luck to them today, as they were just heading into their 30-minute lunch break when this all happened. (I could also easily identify these pharmacy employees, if asked, as I've seen them numerous times over the years. Unfortunately I did not get their names.)

At 8:30 this pharmacy called me and asked me when I'd like to pick up my script! I was sure there would be a wait, so I called to check and the person I spoke with told me it was ready and I could come in at any time. I arrived 15 minutes later and when I walked in, the pharmacist asked, "Are you Dan?" and after checking ID, etc walked from behind the counter and proceeded to go over every medicine in the bag, one by one making sure I understood the instructions. Total time inside was less than 10 minutes, and I've never received service like this at a pharmacy! Thankfully, I don't fall ill often, but the next time I do, I'll absolutely be back. What a wonderful way to do business!

They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis.

The prices of things will vary depending on what you're looking for but most of the time, it is pricer here than other places from my experience. I found parking easily and they also have destinated parking spots for curbsides pickup.

Consider it closed between 1 and 4:15 a.m. I've gone in twice around 1:40 a.m. and found the shutters closed. On the first occasion three or four people were waiting for 2:10 a.m., when a sign says someone will be back. My visit wasn't urgent, but I wonder if some of those people were coming from ER. Supposedly, I learned on my second visit (thinking the first closure was an aberration), the pharmacy closes from around 1 to 2:30, reopens for a half-hour, then closes again from 3 to 4 for computer update. Supposedly they reopen at 4, but I remember a time when it was closer to 4:15 before my shuttle-banging got them to open. (I repented my annoyance when I talked with the attendant.) I don't know how they rationalize such dismal service -- if the 1 a.m. closing is for lunch, why can't they have lunch at 3 when they're forced to close for computer update? -- but I do know my current impulse is to seek another pharmacy, even if it forces me to venture out on hot days to get in long air-conditioned lines. PS: I suppose some attendants will say "I'll starve if I have to wait until 3," but I've learned that even a cup of water or a quick nibble of something will appease the hunger. The delay, for me, makes lunch all the better.

My wife and I came here last night to look at baby strollers and car seat which they had some good selections on display. They had more floor displays here than other Target that we visited. The baby department is on the first floor, so just look at the directory so you know where to go. There are staff throughout the store ready to help, they didn't approach us while we were in the store but I went up to one to ask a couple of questions. There also an Ulta Beauty department as well. This Target has its own structure that you can park at if you want but I decided to park at the mall parking structure. There also a Starbucks and Pizza Hit inside here as well.

She often comes across with an attitude, slams items around, and makes customers feel like they're an inconvenience. Even simple products like Colgate toothpaste are locked up, and when you ask for assistance, she responds as if she doesn't want to help. The only positive experience I've had is with Leo, the cashier. He is always kind, patient, and respectful to customers. Another ongoing issue is that the store's machines frequently break down, and customers are made to feel like it's somehow their fault. The store also doesn't seem to have much in stock. I've noticed other customers complaining that no one comes when they ask for help, and when someone finally does, they often seem annoyed or upset about having to assist. Since many people in this neighborhood are elderly, it was especially upsetting to see them being treated this way. I hope management addresses these issues because every customer deserves to be treated with respect.
